The substance composition, properties, and areas for use of five large scale varieties of technogenic high-alumina mineral raw materials are considered: aluminothermal slags, organic synthesis catalysts, abrasive slurries, aluminium slags and alumina dust. With combined use on the basis of this secondary raw material it is possible to produce more than twenty forms of different product: refractories, ceramics, abrasives, cement, slag neutralizers, fluxes, proppant sands, glass fiber, sitalls, coagulants, pigments, etc.  相似文献

Activated carbon can be produced from a large variety of raw materials, basically by two methods, physical and chemical activation or a combination of both. The adsorption properties of activated carbon vary with the feed materials used and the way of activation. Production cost may be lowered by choosing a cheap raw material and performing a suitable production process. Agricultural and forestry residues, or generally, biomass residue wastes could be used as suitable raw materials for the production of activated carbon. In the present work, different agricultural residues such as hard shells of apricot stones, almond, walnut and hazelnut shells, rice hulls and residues of liquorices were used as precursors. The activation was performed using phosphoric acid under the same conditions. The results showed that at the selected experimental conditions, the type of biomass as well as the final activation temperature, heating rate and impregnation rate of the chemical agent had the greatest influence on the quality of activated carbon. The quality of activated carbon was evaluated in terms of the iodine number reflecting the surface area. According to the results, activated carbon from the hard shells of apricot stones had the best adsorption properties and the largest surface area.  相似文献

The factors that determine the technogenic safety of chemical fibre production are structured. Methods of minimizing some negative environmental consequences in chemical fibre technology are revealed and elaborated: creation of textile auxiliaries that satisfy environmental and process requirements; creation of a data bank on the corrosion resistance of materials and inhibition in fibre production conditions; preparation of thread-guide parts with a given surface microrelief that reduces thread wastes and wastes formed in replacing worn parts.  相似文献

为提高浮法玻璃原料化学需氧量(COD)的测定效率,研究了混酸消解法测定浮法玻璃原料COD值的影响因素和最佳实验条件。根据原料的物质组成、加工工艺及其在酸性水溶液中溶解能力的不同,浮法玻璃原料可分为易溶的化工原料、难溶的钙质矿物原料和难溶的硅质矿物原料三种类型。利用正交实验研究了不同原料种类、不同的硫酸和磷酸比例及其不同加入顺序、不同混酸消解时间等三种因素对混酸消解法测定COD值实验结果的影响,结合平行实验得到了混酸消解法测定不同类型原料COD值的最佳实验条件。研究结果表明不同种类原料COD值相差较大,硫酸和磷酸的最佳比例为4:1,最佳加入顺序是先磷酸后硫酸,化工原料的最佳消解时间为15min,矿物原料的最佳消解时间为30min。  相似文献

An integrated study of various wood-utilization wastes as raw materials for the production of carbon adsorbents was performed. A technology was developed, and granulated sorbents from various wood wastes were prepared and characterized. The regularities of pore-structure formation and the physicochemical properties of sorbents were found depending on the used raw material, binding agents, granulation conditions, and the process parameters of the thermal treatment of granules.  相似文献

Due to the numerous increase of the building energy consumption and huge volume of industrial wastes produced in China, the development of thermal insulation materials is quite needed. Herein, foam glass ceramic, a kind of thermal insulation materials, was fabricated by using solid wastes high alumina fly ash and waste glass as the main raw materials. First, in this study the proportion scheme of this research was designed by using Factsage 7.1 and the foaming agent was CaSO4. Secondly, the decomposition of calcium sulfate and the influence of process parameters, namely the sintering temperature and the foaming agent additive amount, on the microstructure and mechanical properties of foam glass ceramic were investigated. The experimental results showed that when the proposed foam glass ceramic was sintered at between 1180 and 1220?°C, it exerted excellent macro and micro properties. The optimum parameters were 2% CaSO4 addition and sintering temperature of 1200?°C, and the corresponding bulk density and compress strength values were 0.98?g/cm3 and 9.84?MPa, respectively. Overall these results indicated that the preparation of foam glass ceramic made up a promising strategy for recycling industrial waste into new kind of building insulation materials.  相似文献

The possibility of using natural and technogenic materials from the Kursk Magnetic Anomaly region, namely, quartzite-sandstones for introducing silicon oxide in the production of medical containers, as well as using electric filter dust from the Oskol'skii Electrometallurgical Works as a nontraditional pigment for brown pharmaceutical containers are investigated. The properties of experimental glasses based on quartzite-sandstones are not inferior to industrial glasses and meet the requirements imposed on medical containers. The advisability of tinting glass mixture in the feeder channel using electric filter dust is demonstrated.  相似文献
