为进一步提高铁基形状记忆合金(SMAs)的记忆性能,研究了电脉冲处理对不同预变形量FeMnSiCrNiNbC合金形状记忆效应的影响.并对其微观机理进行初步探讨.结果表明,不同预变形量的Fel7Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC合金经300V、1 Hz、13s电脉冲处理,形状恢复率(η)随预变形量的增加而增大,当预变形量为10%时获得最大η值(83%).SEM分析发现,随预变形量的增加,电脉冲处理诱导出NbC颗粒的数量更多、尺寸更小,进而有效改善合金的记忆性能.  相似文献

研究了电脉冲处理对预变形Fe13Mn6Si13Cr4Ni0.1C合金形状记忆效应及其显微组织的影响。结果表明:电脉冲处理能加速Cr和C原子的迁移及Cr23C6碳化物的析出,降低时效温度,缩短时效时间,并能诱发Cr23C6碳化物的形核。因此,与10%拉伸预变形后再973K,1073K时效的合金相比,10%拉伸预变形后300V,1100μf,1Hz电脉冲处理的Fe13Mn6Si13Cr4Ni0.1C合金,其形状回复率能在300s时间内从固溶态合金的32%提高到87.2%。  相似文献

研究了电脉冲处理对FeMnSiCrNiNbC合金形状记忆效应的影响,并对其微观机理进行初步探讨.结果表明,Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC合金经5%预变形,300 V,1 Hz电脉冲处理13次后形状回复率达到80%,比800℃时效1000s获得的最大值提高12%.SEM分析表明,电脉冲处理可在极短的时间内加速诱导大量、细小的NbC颗粒在基体内析出,进而有效地改善了合金的记忆性能并提高了效率.  相似文献

采用显微硬度测试、拉伸试验、金相观察和TEM观察,研究冷塑性变形对Mg-6%Zn-1%Mn(ZM61)合金时效硬化和力学性能的影响。在420℃固溶处理1h后,对ZM61挤压棒材试样进行室温拉伸变形,塑性应变有3种:0、5%和10%,预变形后再进行人工时效。时效硬化曲线表明:预变形可以显著加快硬化速率且提高峰值硬度;然而,当应变量由5%增加到10%后,峰值硬度并未增加。室温拉伸性能表明:预变形量增加,屈服强度和抗拉强度增加,伸长率略有降低,且屈服强度的增加幅度大于抗拉强度的。金相组织观察表明:当预变形应变量为5%时,金相组织中未观察到孪晶;预变形10%的组织中出现了大量的孪晶。TEM观察表明:预变形可以增加峰时效态组织中β1′杆状相的数量。  相似文献

To further enhance shape memory effect (SME) and improve treatment technique in Fe-based shape memory alloys, an Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC alloy was subjected to electropulsing treatment after pre-deformation. The results show that the shape recovery ratio increases with the amount of pre-deformation up to 10%. The maximum shape recovery ratio after electropulsing treatment is 8% greater than that after ageing at 1073 K. The number of NbC particles induced by electropulsing treatment is increased and the size of the particles is decreased with the amount of tensile pre-deformation up to 10%, and NbC carbides are precipitated more quickly through electropulsing treatment than by ageing.  相似文献

The effect of different manufacturing techniques on the shape memory effect (SME) of the Fe14Mn6Si9Cr5Ni alloy has been studied. The SMEs of casting and forged alloys are similar. At ambient temperature, creep and stress-relaxation experiments of the casting alloy show that the casting alloy presents a good creep rupture strength. The manufactured pipe joints of the casting alloys keep jointing under a tensile force of 20 kN and keep sealing under a pressure of 5 MPa. Those excellent mechanical properties satisfy the requirements for pipe jointing in general industrial applications.  相似文献

研究了热处理对Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC形状记忆合金回复应力的影响。结果表明:(1)随着淬火温度的升高,合金的回复应力增加,在750℃左右时,合金的回复应力(加热时的最大回复应力"h和冷却到室温的回复应力"r)最大;(2)合金经1100℃×30min固溶后再进行时效处理,时效温度在450~600℃(时效时间为1h)时,合金的回复应力达到最大;时效时间(时效温度为600℃)对"h影响不大,对"r有显著的影响,当时效时间为360min时,"r达到最大,然后又降低。  相似文献

Single crystal, coarse-grained and fine-grained polycrystals of Ni50Mn25Ga17Cu8 high-temperature shape memory alloy were prepared. Grain size effect on the martensitic transformation was investigated. Compared with the single crystal, the martensitic transformation temperatures were slightly decreased by coarse grains, but were greatly decreased by fine grains. Strong grain size dependence of the kinetics of the martensitic transformation was monitored. The average activation energy of the transformation required for the fine-grained polycrystal was nearly four times of that for the single crystal.  相似文献

The combined effects of work hardening and precipitation strengthening were employed to improve the cyclic stability of TiNiPdCu-based high-temperature shape memory alloys. Annealing after cold deformation resulted in the formation of nano-scale TiPdCu and Ti2Pd precipitates, stable at high temperatures in Ti50Ni25?xPd25Cux alloys. The nano-scale precipitates were also observed to retard recovery/recrystallization processes at higher temperatures. It was found that the combined effects of work hardening and precipitation strengthening remarkably enhanced the high-temperature stability of the Ti50Ni20Pd25Cu5 alloy and increased its maximum working temperature range while keeping the transformation temperatures and recovery strains at sufficiently high levels. Precipitation strengthening helped to greatly improve the high-temperature cyclic stability of the alloy. Creep tests at 673 K under 500 MPa confirmed that the better high-temperature cyclic stability of the precipitate-containing alloy was mainly due to its higher creep resistance.  相似文献

为了进一步提高Fe-15Mn-4.5Si-10Cr-5Ni系形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应,利用OM、TEM及物理相分析等试验方法,研究了直接时效及固溶+时效热处理工艺对试验合金微观组织、第二相析出及形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明,试验合金经固溶处理后,因第二相粒子大幅度回溶,导致试验合金形状记忆性能下降较为明显;同时,因直接时效处理较固溶+时效处理显著提高了试验合金中Cr碳化物第二相析出量,使试验合金形状记忆性能大幅度提升。其中,试验合金在800 ℃直接时效可获得最佳形状回复率。  相似文献
