We report a rare case of adenoid basal carcinoma of the uterine cervix, unexpectedly found in a uterus resected for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 3. The patient was a 47-year-old Japanese female. She received a total abdominal hysterectomy under a diagnosis of CIN 3 of the cervix. Grossly, there were no significant findings in the surgical specimens. Microscopically, in seven of the 12 blocks of the cervix examined, scattered small nests of uniform small cells, which extended 4 mm below the epithelial surface, with dark nuclei and scant cytoplasm were observed. Peripheral palisading as well as the formation of gland-like or acinar structures were noted. The latter were positive for mucicarmine. Stromal reaction was not obvious. There were also foci of squamous differentiation in some portions of the small nests. Occasional mitoses as well as large atypical cells were also seen in this area. Immunohistochemically, the foci of squamous differentiation were positive for carcinoembryonic antigen. The epithelial surface in other portions showed CIN 3 with crypt extension. Distinction between adenoid basal carcinoma of the cervix and other diseases, such as adenoid cystic carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma with basaloid features, is important for clinical management because the clinical behavior of adenoid basal carcinoma is less malignant.  相似文献

The regular Papanicolaou (Pap) smear is cornerstone of women's preventive healthcare. The introduction of the regular Pap smear as a screening tool for cervical cancer has markedly decreased the number of deaths from cervical cancer. During the past decade, however, the rate of death from cervical cancer has remained relatively static. This screening method is known to have a high rate of false-negative results; therefore, serial examinations are necessary for optimal sensitivity. The sensitivity of the routine pelvic examination is further increased with the addition of colposcopy to cytologic screening. Patients identified as having disease by colposcopy and biopsy but not by Pap smear (false-negative), are followed up, and the progression of their disease is documented until the Pap smear reflects the known change. A total of 276 patients whose Pap tests showed "no abnormal cells" and mild dysplasia (CIN-1 [cervical intraepithelial neoplasia]) by colposcopy and biopsy, who opted not to be treated, were followed up as a function of time. The results of the Pap test on the 276 patients progressed to a low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LGSIL) or higher within 42 months. In this study, false-negative Pap tests that were identified by simultaneously performed colposcopy became positive within 42 months; therefore, careful repetitive screening is necessary. The author argues that a definitive, prospective study on the addition of colposcopy or similar adjunct procedure to the routine pelvic examination, in selected cases, is needed.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The 1991 Bethesda System for cervical/vaginal cytology reporting defined adequacy criteria for the unsatisfactory designation. Most laboratories have implemented these criteria, but clinical implications have not been established. METHODS: Researchers at two university hospitals retrieved by computer search all unsatisfactory Papanicolaou (Pap) smears taken between January 1994 and July 1995. Of 71,872 total Pap smears, 208 (0.3%) were unsatisfactory (corresponding atypical rate of 9% and a dysplasia/carcinoma rate of 6.5%). Time interval to follow-up and clinicopathologic outcome were determined. RESULTS: Approximately 26% of unsatisfactory Pap smears were from patients with a history of epithelial abnormalities. The majority (129 of 208 specimens; 62%) of follow-up Pap smears or biopsies occurred within 6 months, 5.7% within 6-12 months, and 1.4% in 12-18 months. Approximately 31% had no follow-up. The first repeat Pap smear or histologic specimen in 144 patients with follow-up was negative in 107 (74%), unsatisfactory in 6 (4%), atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance in 15 (10%), squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL) in 13 (9%), and malignant in 3 (2%). Nonmalignant conditions contributing to the unsatisfactory smears on histologic specimens (12%) included cervicitis, endometritis, endometrial hyperplasia, and polyps. Progressive abnormalities after the first repeat specimen were noted in 7 patients (5%). A total of 23 of 144 initial unsatisfactory specimens (16% )were found to be from patients diagnosed with SIL or malignancy when all follow-up specimens were analyzed. CONCLUSIONS: The majority of patients with unsatisfactory Pap smears had follow-up studies within 6 months. A significant number (16%) of those with follow-up had eventual diagnoses of SIL or neoplasia. Benign pathologic conditions also contributed to unsatisfactory smears. This patient subset was more likely to have a history of abnormalities, confirming the importance of peer/hierarchical review of unsatisfactory smears.  相似文献

A total of 1580 new patients underwent colposcopic evalution in the Dysplasia Clinic at Nassau County Medical Center. Of these patients, 186 had abnormal Papanicolaou smears associated with pregnancy, 150 were referred because of in utero exposure to diethylstilbestrol, and 1244 were referred because of abnormal cervical cytologic smear or suspicious cervical or vaginal lesion. Further analysis of this latter group revealed that 1184 (95%) patients had satisfactory colposcopic evaluation, and directed biopsy showed the following: 10 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma, 9 of carcinoma in situ with microinvasion, 118 of cervical carcinoma in situ, 110 of severe dysplasia, and 424 cases of mild to moderate cervical dysplasia. All of these patients subsequently were treated accordingly. Evaluation of final histologic specimen revealed a very high correlation with colposcopically guided biopsies. In 54 patients, where colposcopic evaluation was unsatisfactory, diagnostic cold knife conization was performed. Final histologic diagnosis disclosed a more advanced lesion in 30 patients (or 56%) of this group. The result of this study shows that satisfactory colposcopic evaluation is a highly accurate method of evaluation of abnormal cervical and vaginal cytologic smear.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To assess the present state of diagnosis, therapy and follow-up of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in Austria. MATERIAL AND METHODS: 100 questionnaires were sent to all departments of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Austria. The anonymous questionnaire consisted of 22 multiple choice questions. It was possible to choose one or more answers by ticking applicable boxes, with the option in individual cases of giving additional information in the form of free text. RESULTS: 55 (55%) departments returned their answered questionnaires, indicating growing consciousness of quality control in medicine. It was found that in the collection of cytologic specimens 67% of the departments used a wooden spatula and cotton swabs. Management of patients with Pap smears indicating low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) and abnormal colposcopy, in 36 (65%) departments consisted of punch biopsy for histological diagnosis. After 3 recurrent Pap smears indicating LSIL, 76% of the hospitals treated such patients by conization, regardless of the histological grade of the lesion. Following inadequate resection of CIN III by conization, operative management of patients was the most commonly used regimen. CONCLUSION: We regard the results of this survey as a basis for the development of further quality management strategies in the prevention, diagnosis and therapy of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in Austria.  相似文献

Forty thousand consecutive cytologic smears and subsequent diagnostic procedures resulted in the diagnosis of 41 carcinomas in situ, 35 microinvasive and invasive carcinomas, and 24 severe dysplasias for a yield of significant neoplasia of one lesion per 400 Papanicolaou smears. Twenty-five of the carcinomas in situ and microinvasive and invasive carcinomas were diagnosed in patients with atypical smears indicating that all patients with persistent atypical smears require evaluation by tissue examination. Seventy-eight percent of the 119 patients subjected to conization either had carcinoma in situ, microinvasive and invasive carcinoma, or significant cervical dysplasia. Post-operative complications following conization were negligible. In addition there were no postconization deleterious effects on three concurrent and nine subsequent pregnancies. A history of gonorrhea places a patient at a higher risk of developing cervical carcinoma. Annual performance of cytologic smear evaluation is indicated in all sexually active women and in all virginal women over 20 years of age.  相似文献

Twelve cases of ovarian metastases from cervical carcinomas, most with clinical manifestations of ovarian involvement, are reported. The patients were 23-73 years of age (average, 43 years). The ovarian and cervical tumors were synchronous in eight patients; in three, ovarian tumors were discovered 10 months, 2.5, and 3 years after the detection of a cervical neoplasm. In one patient, the cervical tumor was not discovered until autopsy 7 months after presentation. Four patients had abdominal swelling or distention, three had vaginal bleeding, three had an abnormal Papanicolaou smear, and two had masses discovered during pelvic examination. The ovarian tumors, six of which were bilateral, ranged from 5-17 cm (average, 9.5 cm) in maximal dimension in 11 patients; in the 12th patient, the involved ovary was not enlarged. The cervical tumors were grossly evident in 10 patients. They were usually deeply invasive, often with extracervical extension. Four were squamous cell carcinomas; two, small cell carcinomas; one, a mixed small cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma; one, a mixed poorly differentiated carcinoid and adenocarcinoma; two, adenosquamous carcinomas; one, a transitional cell carcinoma; and one, an undifferentiated carcinoma. Various features, including bilaterality of the ovarian tumors, the finding that the histologic features of the ovarian tumors typically were unusual for a primary ovarian neoplasm, and the presence of extensive extracervical disease, led to the conclusion that the ovarian tumors were metastatic from the cervix. Although ovarian metastases of cervical carcinoma are uncommon, this series illustrates that, occasionally striking examples with clinical manifestations of ovarian involvement occur.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Basal cell adenocarcinoma of the parotid gland is a low grade malignant neoplasm. It has cytologic features of basal cell adenoma and a histologically infiltrative growth pattern of malignant tumors with perineural and vascular invasion. CASE: Fine needle aspiration biopsy findings of basal cell adenocarcinoma of the parotid gland in a 77-year-old male were supplemented by DNA ploidy analysis. CONCLUSION: No single cytologic feature was found to unequivocally distinguish this lesion from basal cell adenoma and/or solid variant of adenoid cystic carcinoma. Therefore, for diagnostic purposes, we grouped all three lesions under the term basal cell tumor. Evaluation of DNA content of tumor cells revealed diploid histograms in both cytologic material and paraffin-embedded tissue. Infiltrative tumor nests, the histologic basis for differentiating basal cell adenocarcinoma from adenoma, showed the same diploid pattern. Though DNA quantitation may not discriminate basal cell adenoma from basal cell adenocarcinoma, it may prove useful in separating them from adenoid cystic carcinoma, which is considered to be a tumor with high malignant potential.  相似文献

Eight cases are reported about women with the diagnosis of HPV related lesions; a "dot-blot" hybridization technique with radioactive probes was done with each of them, also a conization with a diathermic loop (LLETZ) and a post operative follow-up with methods such as Pap smear, colposcopy and hybridization. We think the way we manage HPV related lesions has the advantage of an accurate diagnosis, with the exact envolved HPV type, and it discards the possibility of an infiltrating carcinoma, after studying the conization sample. Hybridization techniques are complementary to Pap smear in order to know the infective viral type and to exclude a possible occult infection in the post-operative period. LLETZ conization ended up as a quick and easy technique with no postoperative problems and with a proved efficiency, since neither recurrences were found (with citology) nor viral DNA was detected, the technique is not too complicated and takes about 30 minutes.  相似文献

The Papanicolaou (Pap) smear is a complex examination that has undergone refinement in recent years. It is now widely accepted that a false-negative rate of perhaps 10 to 20% is inevitable for a variety of reasons. The diagnosis of "atypical cells of undetermined significance" is not a benign diagnosis and is often followed by a more severe lesion on follow-up. The Pap smear appears to be an inefficient method for detecting glandular neoplasms, and clinical features remain the most important diagnostic clue. A Pap smear and cervical biopsy should correlate in 75% or more of cases. In cases of noncorrelation, a positive Pap smear diagnosis is supported in the vast majority of cases.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: There is an increasing number of articles regarding the long term follow-up of Papanicolaou (Pap) smears with the diagnosis of atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS). Much controversy exists regarding the management of patients with this diagnosis. In a prior study in 1992, the authors performed automated rescreening of 101 ASCUS cases and 91 negative (control) cases. They found that through PAPNET-directed rescreening, 35 of 101 ASCUS cases (35%) could be reclassified as a squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL). METHODS: These 192 women were followed since 1992 through manual look backs of subsequent Pap smears and surgical biopsies over a 4-year period. The population studied was comprised of predominantly black women between the ages of 14 and 85 years. The majority were considered a high risk population because many had a history of several sexual partners and multiple pregnancies. RESULTS: Eighteen of 74 patients (24.3%) with an original diagnosis of ASCUS were found on subsequent Pap smears to have an SIL. Only 4 of 64 patients (6%) who originally had a negative Pap smear subsequently were found to have a low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LGSIL) within 4 years. Through ordinal logistic regression analysis, it was found that patients with an ASCUS diagnosis had a risk of developing SIL that was 2.6 times greater than the risk for patients with a negative smear diagnosis. Comparing the surgical biopsies in the control and ASCUS groups, there was no statistically significant difference in the risk of developing SIL. This may be because the number of follow-up biopsies were small. CONCLUSIONS: A statistically significant difference of the risk of developing SIL exists between patients with a negative smear versus those with an ASCUS smear. Long term follow-up is essential in the management of the patients with an ASCUS smear because there is clearly an increased risk of developing SIL.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the usefulness of the hybrid capture HPV DNA assay, a new nonradioactive solution hybridization assay, as a diagnostic tool for human papillomavirus infection. In a total of 234 women, samples for the hybrid capture assay and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay were obtained by wiping a swab across the cervix and external os (either a Dacron swab or a cotton swab was used). The papanicolaou smear test (Pap smear) was carried out on all 234 women. Tissue samples for biopsy were obtained by colposcopy from 118 of the women. Fisher exact test was used for statistical analyses. Using the hybrid capture assay, HPV DNA of high- and intermediate-oncogenic-risk type was detected in 23 (13.9%) of 166 samples from women with Pap smear Class I or II, and 48 (70.6%) of 68 with Pap smear Class III, IV or V (p < 0.0001). The HPV DNA type was detected in 18 (29.0%) of 62 samples from those with no evidence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 44 (78.6%) of 56 with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or squamous cell carcinoma (p < 0.0001). Correlation of the test results between the hybrid capture test and PCR was determined by using the 217 samples in which both test results were available (PCR test results were not obtainable in 17 samples. When PCR is set as a gold standard, the hybrid capture test has high sensitivity (74.6%) and specificity (92.7%). These findings suggest that the hybrid capture HPV DNA assay is a useful method for diagnosing HPV infection in the clinic.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To quantify the risk of residual invasion when cervical conization reveals microinvasive squamous carcinoma and to determine whether any factors affect this risk. METHODS: We reviewed the charts and histopathology slides of 87 women who underwent a conization that contained microinvasive squamous carcinoma, followed by either a repeat conization or hysterectomy. Depth of invasion, number of invasive foci, and status of the internal margin and post-conization endocervical curettage (ECC) were assessed. The findings were correlated with the presence of residual invasion. RESULTS: Significant predictors of residual invasion included status of the internal margin (residual invasion present in 22% of women with an involved margin versus 3% with a negative margin; P < .03) and the combined status of the internal margin and post-conization ECC (residual invasion in 4% of patients if both negative, 13% if one positive, and 33% if both positive; P < .015). Depth of invasion and number of invasive foci in the conization specimen were not significant. The power of this study to detect a 25% difference in the risk of residual invasion was 73% for depth of invasion and 75% for number of invasive foci. CONCLUSION: Women with microinvasive squamous carcinoma in a conization specimen in which both the internal conization margin and post-conization ECC are negative have a low risk of residual invasion and are candidates for follow-up or simple hysterectomy. If either the internal margin or the post-conization ECC contains dysplasia or carcinoma, the risk of residual invasion is high and warrants repeat conization before definitive treatment planning.  相似文献

Between 1970 and 1975 cytological examination was applied to the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal malignancies in a series of 216 consecutive patients who had either a tumour in the nasopharynx or clinical signs of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, or who were locally asymptomatic but had enlarged cervical lymph nodes. Smears were taken by introducing a small rough pad of compressed gauze through the mouth into the nasopharynx with an upward-angled forceps. In each case the cytological smear was taken immediately before biopsy; often, a lymph node was removed subsequently. When morphological diagnoses were doubtful and histological findings were at variance with positive cytological findings, the patients were reexamined clinically, and diagnosis was postponed. The case material was made up of 90 nasopharyngeal carcinomas, 24 lymphomas, one malignant melanoma, one adenoid cystic carcinoma and 100 patients without malignancies. Cytological findings from the first smear were positive in 77.8% of nasopharyngeal carcinomas, in 66.6% of lymphomas and in the cases of melanoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma. There were no false-positive results. When the nasopharyngeal carcinomas were subdivided into undifferentiated carcinomas of the nasopharyngeal type and squamous-cell carcinomas, cytological findings were positive in ,0% and 73%, respectively. Positivity of histological findings was distributed as follows: 91.7% for malignant lymphomas, 86.6% for undifferentiated carcinomas and 86.6% for squamous-cell carcinomas. With respect to clinical suspicion of malignancy, positive cytological findings were obtained in 50% of clinically occult cases and in 84.6% of patients with obvious malignancies; intermediate figures were found for clinically doubtful (64.3%) and for highly suspicious (77.8%) cases. Cyto-histological concordance was shown in 70% of cases; false-negative histological results were obtained in 7.8% and false-negative cytological results in 16.6% of cases. Combined cyto-histological positive results allowed diagnostic accuracy from the first samples in 94.4% of cases. Undifferentiated carcinoma appeared to be the malignancy most accessible to cytological diagnosis, with positive results ranging from 65% in clinically negative or doubtful cases to 84.5% in those with obvious tumours. Assessment of the cytology of the nasopharynx, using the new sampling method described herein, may be a useful diagnostic tool in nasopharyngeal maliganancies.  相似文献

From 1973 to 1990, 7 patients presented with a adenoid cystic carcinoma of tracheobronchial tree that was treated surgically. The locations were larger airways; 4 in the trachea, 1 in the carina, 2 in the basal bronchus. Surgical treatments were performed in all cases. The following resections were done: trachea only 3; carina 1; trachea plus larynx 1; left lower lobe (sleeve lobectomy) 1; left lung (pneumonectomy) 1. Except for tracheolaryngectomy and left pneumonectomy, all cases were undergone primary anastomosis. Operative death was only one patient who died of anastomotic separation. Irradiation was performed in 6 patients before or after operation. Two patients were died due to lung metastases or leukemia. According to the Kaplan-Meier's method, the 5 years survival rate of all patients was 68.6%. Our experience suggests that surgical treatment and adjunctive radiotherapy is beneficial in patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma.  相似文献

More than 50% of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) present a lesion affecting parotid gland, lymph nodes, paranasal sinuses, pharyngo-larynx or temporal bone. In about 20% out of cases affected patients present different head and neck lesions at the time of evaluation. Most often, clinical examination and endoscopy are sufficient to perform diagnosis and to manage the disease. Imaging studies (CT or MRI) are indicated when the nature of the disease is unknown or when a map of the process is mandatory for therapeutic approach. Some imaging features are strongly suggestive of HIV infection: parotid cysts associated with hyperplasia of the nasopharynx and cervical lymph nodes enlargement; labyrinthitis and multinevritis; and head and neck squamous cell carcinomas in non alcoolo-tobacco addicted patients. Such diseases suggest the need for knowledge of the patient's seropositivity status.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: A retrospective study was done to assess the correlation between endometrial cells on routine cervical cytology and carcinoma of the endometrium. METHODS: In a 4-year period, endometrial cells of some type were identified on the Papanicolaou (Pap) smears of 61 women, of whom 52 had further diagnostic evaluation of the endometrium. Data were analyzed with a multivariate stepwise logistic regression. RESULTS: The results indicated an association of endometrial cells in Pap smears with carcinoma of the endometrium in seven patients (13.5%). In 45 patients (86.5%), the final diagnosis was benign. Factors that impacted the diagnosis of carcinoma were the findings of atypical or cancerous endometrial cells on Pap smear and abnormal vaginal bleeding. CONCLUSIONS: These data indicate the importance of further diagnostic evaluation with endometrial sampling in postmenopausal patients with endometrial cells seen in Pap smears, especially those with abnormal bleeding.  相似文献

According to the recommendations of the Bethesda System, the diagnosis of atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) should be further qualified, when possible, as to whether a reactive or a squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL) is favored. To determine the utility of this recently proposed terminology, we undertook this study to correlate the diagnosis of ASCUS (with or without qualifiers) with results obtained from examination of biopsy specimens. All patients were identified for the study who had a coloposcopically obtained cervical biopsy specimen or endocervical curettage specimen recorded in the surgical pathology files at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, from April 1994 through September 1994 and had either prior or concurrent Pap smear(s) reported as ASCUS, ASCUS-favor reactive, ASCUS-favor SIL, or SIL-low grade (SIL-LG). Patients with a cytologic diagnosis of SIL-LG served as a reference group. A total of 435 patients with 485 Pap smears were included. The prevalence rates of biopsy-proven SIL in patients with a cytologic diagnosis of ASCUS-favor reactive, ASCUS, ASCUS-favor SIL, and SIL-LG were 10, 28, 36, and 55%, respectively. The difference between cases diagnosed as ASCUS (with or without qualifiers) and SIL-LG, with respect to the presence of SIL at examination of the biopsy specimen, was statistically significant (P < 0.001 for all correlations). Cases diagnosed as ASCUS-favor reactive had a significantly lower rate of biopsy-proven SIL compared with those diagnosed as ASCUS and ASCUS-favor SIL (P < 0.01 for both correlations). A significant proportion of biopsy specimens with Pap smear diagnosis of ASCUS-favor SIL had SIL-high grade (15%). In contrast, an underlying SIL-high grade is much less likely in patients with ASCUS (unqualified) (3%) or when a reactive process is favored (3%). It seems justified to manage patients with ASCUS-favor SIL in a manner similar to those with SIL-LG. A conservative management seems appropriate for patients with ASCUS and ASCUS-favor reactive.  相似文献

The Thin Prep Pap Test (Cytyc Corp., Boxborough, MA) received approval by the Food and Drug Administration in May 1996 as an alternative to the traditional conventional smear. The present direct-to-vial study assessed the utility of thin-layer technology for cervicovaginal screening in clinical practice. From May 1997-February 1998 (10 mo), 15,006 cervical smears were processed and evaluated; of these, 5,423 (36.1%) were conventional smears (CS) and 9,583 (63.9%) were Thin Prep slides (TP). Both methods were analyzed to compare specimen adequacy and detection rates of cervical lesions. The TP method reduced the "satisfactory but limited by" rate by 97% and the unsatisfactory rate by 63%. For low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSILs), TP slides yielded 3.6% (348/9,583) as compared to 0.98% (53/5,423) for CS, an increase of 267%. The TP method detected a threefold increase in the number of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs) of 1.0% (100/9,583), as compared to 0.3% (17/5,425) for the CS group. The atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance/squamous intraepithelial lesion (ASCUS SIL) ratio was reduced by 54% in the TP group. In routine usage in our laboratory, the Thin Prep Pap Test yielded a significant increase in the detection of LSILs and HSILs as compared to conventional smears. Specimen adequacy was significantly improved.  相似文献

We are giving an overview over the clinical features and different therapeutic options of HIV associated malignancies. There are three AIDS-defining malignancies: - Kaposi's sarcoma - Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) - cervical cancer. In Kaposi sarcoma there is a broad therapeutic spectrum from cryotherapy to systemic chemotherapy depending on the site and stage of the Kaposi sarcoma. In NHL early therapeutic intervention is necessary because of the fast progress of the tumor. The cervical cancer in HIV-infected women seems to be more aggressive than in non-infected and also needs early therapeutic intervention. Many other tumors seem to occur more frequently in patients with HIV infection: anorectal cancer, malignant testicular tumors, lung cancer, Hodgkin's lymphoma, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and even malignant melanoma. The cancer incidence in HIV-patients seems to be higher among nonblacks. Most of the immunodeficiency associated tumors are virus induced and they are accompanied by a persistent viral infection, including HHV-8 in Kaposi's sarcoma; Epstein Barr virus (EBV) in NHL; and human papillomavirus (HPV) in cervical cancer. But there are also types of virus induced tumors which are not frequently associated with HIV-infection like the primary hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with hepatitis B virus infection.  相似文献
