入侵检测数据具有信息冗余量大、标记数据难以获得等特点。传统入侵检测方法难以消除冗余信息并且需要大量已标记样本做训练集,导致检测效率降低,实用性下降。为了解决上述问题,提出一种结合属性约简与半监督协同训练的算法。该算法充分发挥了大量未标记样本的监督作用。首先将入侵数据进行属性约简,利用约简结果建立一个支持向量机(SVM)基分类器,然后将其与另外两个SVM辅助分类器做协同训练。如此,分类器界面得到反复修正,分类器的性能逐步得到改善,最终分类精度得到明显提高。在入侵检测数据集KDDCUP99上的仿真实验结果表明,该算法不仅可以提高检测精度,同时还具有良好的可行性、稳定性。  相似文献

为了提高半监督深层生成模型的分类性能, 提出一种基于梯形网络和改进三训练法的半监督分类模型. 该模型在梯形网络框架有噪编码器的最高层添加3个分类器, 结合改进的三训练法提高图像分类性能. 首先, 用基于类别抽样的方法将有标记数据分为3份, 模型以有标记数据的标签误差和未标记数据的重构误差相结合的方式调整参数, 训练得到3个Large-margin Softmax分类器; 接着, 用改进的三训练法对未标记数据添加伪标签, 并对新的标记数据分配不同权重, 扩充训练集; 最后, 利用扩充的训练集更新模型. 训练完成后, 对分类器进行加权投票, 得到分类结果. 模型得到的梯形网络的特征有更好的低维流形表示, 可以有效地避免因为样本数据分布不均而导致的分类误差, 增强泛化能力. 模型分别在MNIST数据库, SVHN数据库和CIFAR10数据库上进行实验, 并且与其他半监督深层生成模型进行了比较, 结果表明本文所提出的模型得到了更高的分类精度.  相似文献

半监督学习要求无标记数据集远大于标记数据集,然而无标记数据集中包含的复杂无关信息又会对模型训练造成负面影响.针对此问题,本文提出了一种基于增强的均值教师模型的半监督图像分类方法.首先根据类激活映射的工作机制,构建一个具有类激活映射功能的网络;然后将无标记数据集输入结合类激活映射的目标初定位网络,得到目标初定位图;最后将标记图像和目标初定位图像组成训练数据集,训练得到半监督图像分类器.本文设置了标记数据占比、骨干网络、数据集的对比实验,结果表明,本文算法在Top1和Top5上的表现优于现有算法,说明了本文算法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

粗糙集理论是一种有监督学习模型,一般需要适量有标记的数据来训练分类器。但现实一些问题往往存在大量无标记的数据,而有标记数据由于标记代价过大较为稀少。文中结合主动学习和协同训练理论,提出一种可有效利用无标记数据提升分类性能的半监督粗糙集模型。该模型利用半监督属性约简算法提取两个差异性较大的约简构造基分类器,然后基于主动学习思想在无标记数据中选择两分类器分歧较大的样本进行人工标注,并将更新后的分类器交互协同学习。UCI数据集实验对比分析表明,该模型能明显提高分类学习性能,甚至能达到数据集的最优值。  相似文献

针对不完备弱标记数据的学习问题,提出基于粗糙集理论的半监督协同学习模型.首先定义不完备弱标记数据的半监督差别矩阵,提出充分、具有差异性的约简子空间获取算法.然后在有标记数据集上利用各约简子空间训练两个基分类器.在无标记数据上,各分类器基于协同学习的思想标注信度较大的无标记样本给另一分类器学习,迭代更新直至无可利用的无标记数据.UCI数据集实验对比分析表明,文中模型可以获得更好的不完备弱标记数据的分类学习性能,具有有效性.  相似文献

为了提高半监督分类的有效性, 提出了一种基于SOM神经网络和协同训练的半监督分类算法Co-S3OM (coordination semi-supervised SOM)。将有限的有标记样本分为无重复的三个均等的训练集, 分别使用改进的监督SSOM算法(supervised SOM)训练三个单分类器, 通过三个单分类器共同投票的方法挖掘未标记样本中的隐含信息, 扩大有标记样本的数量, 依次扩充单分类器训练集, 生成最终的分类器。最后选取UCI数据集进行实验, 结果表明Co-S3OM具有较高的标记率和分类率。  相似文献

半监督的双协同训练要求划分出的2个数据向量相互独立,不符合真实的网络入侵检测数据特征。为此,提出一种基于三协同训练(Tri-training)的入侵检测算法。使用大量未标记数据,通过3个分类器对检测结果进行循环迭代训练,避免交叉验证。仿真实验表明,在少量样本情况下,该算法的检测准确度比SVM Co-training算法提高了2.1%,并且随着循环次数的增加,其性能优势更加明显。  相似文献

针对支持向量机方法在标记用户数据不充分的情况下无法有效实现托攻击检测的不足,提出一种基于SVM-KNN的半监督托攻击检测方法。根据少量标记用户数据训练一个初始SVM分类器,利用初始SVM对大量未标记用户数据进行分类,挑选出分类边界附近有可能成为支持向量的样本点,利用KNN分类器优化边界向量的标记质量,再将重新标注过的边界向量融入训练集,迭代训练逐步改善SVM的分类边界,最终获得系统决策函数。实验结果表明在标记用户数据较少的情况下,方法能有效提高托攻击的检测精度和效率,具有较强的推广能力。  相似文献

针对基于监督的入侵检测算法在现实网络环境中通常面临的训练样本不足的问题,提出了一种基于纠错输出编码的半监督多类分类入侵检测方法。该方法综合cop-kmeans算法的半监督思想,挖掘未标记数据中的隐含关系,扩大有标记正常网络数据的数量。该算法首先采用SVDD计算入侵检测各类别的可分程度,从而得到由不同子类构成的二叉树;然后分别对二叉树的各层节点进行编码并形成层次输出编码,得到最终的分类器。实验表明,该算法对各种类型的攻击具有更高的检测率,在现实网络环境中具有较好的实用性。  相似文献

检测恶意URL对防御网络攻击有着重要意义. 针对有监督学习需要大量有标签样本这一问题, 本文采用半监督学习方式训练恶意URL检测模型, 减少了为数据打标签带来的成本开销. 在传统半监督学习协同训练(co-training)的基础上进行了算法改进, 利用专家知识与Doc2Vec两种方法预处理的数据训练两个分类器, 筛选两个分类器预测结果相同且置信度高的数据打上伪标签(pseudo-labeled)后用于分类器继续学习. 实验结果表明, 本文方法只用0.67%的有标签数据即可训练出检测精确度(precision)分别达到99.42%和95.23%的两个不同类型分类器, 与有监督学习性能相近, 比自训练与协同训练表现更优异.  相似文献

The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

蒙古语言是中国蒙古族使用的通用语言,由于蒙古文区别于其他文字的书写方式和其自身变形机制等特点,在很多通用的文字处理引擎中都不被支持。在嵌入式产品开发与应用领域中Linux加QTE已经成为流行方式。该文给出了一种在QTE环境上实现基于标准Unicode的蒙古文点阵显示和变形算法, 并自定义了支持蒙古文的QTE组件,扩展了QTE功能,为在Linux加QTE方式的嵌入式体系结构中处理蒙古文提供了一种解决方法。  相似文献
