目的研究汽车防撞梁外板的冲压成形工艺,解决汽车覆盖件拉延成形过程中,在工艺补充面设计、压边力和拉延筋的布置时存在不确定性的问题。方法以汽车覆盖件防撞梁外板为例,基于曲面造型和有限元模拟软件,对其冲压成形过程进行了设计、模拟和优化。结果在优化工艺参数和合理改善零件结构后,获得了较理想的成形效果,为实际工艺设计和试模生产提供参考依据。结论提出一种优化新思路:利用冲压工艺多工序相结合的特点,合理调整零件内部结构,可以有效降低拉延成形工序的制造难度,从而提高制件质量。 相似文献

目的解决汽车覆盖件因为冲压变形复杂,成形工艺参数难以确定的问题。方法分析了汽车前围外板的成形工艺,研究了复杂型面拉深模具的型面设计,以有限元分析软件AUTOFORM为平台,对其冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟。根据模拟结果(成形极限图、材料流动分布及材料变薄率)对拉延型面及工艺参数进行了优化。结果所得零件材料最大减薄率为17.3%,在SPCE(t=0.8 mm)材质减薄率安全范围内(18.7%),消除了成形过程中的暗伤开裂风险,成形结果得到了大大改善。结论 CAE仿真能够预测零件成形过程中存在的缺陷,优化工艺参数,指导模具设计工作。将优化结果用于指导实际生产,得到了符合质量要求的拉延零件。 相似文献

The Small Punch Test (SPT) basically consists of deforming a miniature specimen, whose edges are firmly gripped by a die, using a high strength punch. This test was developed in the eighties and has since been used successfully on numerous occasions in those cases where there is not sufficient material to carry out standard tests to obtain the mechanical properties of materials. In recent years, it has been used successfully to determine the yield strength evolution in any area of stamped aluminium alloy components.These stamped components are subject to different kinds of plastic deformation during the stamping process. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the influence that the type of deformation reached during the stamping process has on the mechanical behaviour of the material. Furthermore, for each kind of strain, the yield load in the SPT will be related to yield strength to provide a unique valid expression to evaluate the hardening of the material. 相似文献

A general theoretical model for plastic deformation is presented, which is based on considerations of the variation of internal stored energy during deformation. It is proposed that the deformation rate will always be such that the rate of energy dissipation in the deforming material is minimal. The physical justification of this principle is discussed. The model is applied to dislocation deformation in metals and the result is then compared with experimental observations in aluminium. 相似文献

目的分析某型汽车纵梁的结构特点和冲压工艺性,并根据实际生产经验、条件制定多步成形工艺方案。方法借助AutoForm有限元软件对零件进行冲压成形模拟,有效防止成形缺陷的形成,降低模具形成的风险。对于高强度钢纵梁在成形后具有较大回弹的情况,使用迭代回弹补偿方法来补偿模具的回弹。在此基础上,根据回弹补偿后的模具型面设计并加工模具。结果经过多次回弹补偿,零件的最大回弹由补偿前的13mm减小至±0.5 mm以内,回弹补偿效果较为显著。结论此回弹补偿方法具有可行性并具有指导工程应用的价值。 相似文献

Deformation-phase measurement of diffuse objects that have started nonrepeatable dynamic deformation
We have developed what we believe is a new technique for obtaining a whole-field image representing the deforming amounts of a diffuse object. The object is supposedly continuously deforming and does not stop deforming during the measurement. This technique uses arccosine operations to extract the absolute, not signed, value of the phase. We assume that a right-phase change retains almost the same value in a small local area. This retention determines the sign of the phase and consequently the value of the phase change. The deformation phase during any term of the deforming process is shown as a map through the temporal-phase unwrapping of the calculated phase. 相似文献

主要研究先进充液成形工艺及其数控装备在冲压生产线中的技术应用。着重探究了板材充液成形工艺,并以汽车铝合金覆盖件为研究对象,进行了充液成形数值模拟。基于充液成形工艺,研制了高端数控充液成形双动液压机,所研制的液压机具有高精度和高刚度的特点,其配备完整、独立运行、可靠性高的液压系统。采用了电-液数字化联合控制,完成对包括模具系统在内的整个工艺设备系统集中控制,真正实现了机电液及模具工艺一体化集成。天锻压力机有限公司充液成形项目团队,研制开发了以其为中心装备的管板复合式充液成形自动化生产线,同时,基于此生产线对汽车铝合金发盖内板进行了试验验证。该成套生产线的投入使用代表我国具有自主知识产权的先进充液成形生产线迈入国际先进行列。 相似文献
