A novel miniaturised high-impedance surface (HIS) is proposed that has a stable resonant frequency with respect to variation of incident angles for TE and TM-polarised waves. A unit cell of this structure consists of four spiral-shaped frequency selective surfaces at the interface of a grounded dielectric slab where the spirals are connected separately to the ground plane through four vias. Performance is compared to that of the mushroom and meander line-based HIS. For the same size of unit cells the resonant frequency of the proposed structure is close to half of that for the mushroom structure and 66% of that for the meander line-based HIS.  相似文献

The work presented in this paper concerns a theoretical study on frequency selective surfaces (FSS) with application to artificial magnetic conductors or high-impedance surfaces (HIS). Current realizations of HIS are based on a planar FSS at the interface of a metal-backed dielectric slab either including vertical vias or not. A stable resonance was found for the case of series-resonance grids without vias in the slab. The resonance turns out to be unique in theory for all angles of incidence and both polarizations of plane waves illuminating the HIS. It was shown that vias destroy the stabilization effect and introduce a frequency shift. The analytical model was validated by HFSS simulations.  相似文献

光子晶体是一种具有具有频率禁带的新型周期结构,它独特的频率带隙特性使得光子晶体具有广泛的应用前景。介绍了光子晶体的基本概念,研究了高阻电磁表面的结构和电磁特性。对高阻电磁表面在分布式干扰机系统中的应用进行了研究,设计了一种用来改善干扰机系统中平面螺旋天线性能的高阻电磁表面结构,测量结果表明其对降低天线背瓣、增加天线增益以及减小收发天线耦合等方面有显著效果。  相似文献

A novel Ru π‐expanded terpyridyl sensitizer, referred to as HIS‐2, is prepared based on the molecular design strategy of substitution with a moderately electron‐donating 4‐methylstyryl group onto the terpyridyl ligand. The HIS‐2 dye exhibits a slightly increased metal‐to‐ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption at around 600 nm and an intense π–π* absorption in the UV region compared with a black dye. Density functional theory calculations reveal that the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) is distributed over the terpyridine and 4‐methylstyryl moieties, which enhances the light‐harvesting capability and is appropriate for smooth electron injection from the dye to the TiO2 conduction band. The incident photon‐to‐electricity conversion efficiency spectrum of HIS‐2 exhibits better photoresponse compared with black dye over the whole spectral region as a result of the extended π‐conjugation. A DSC device based on black dye gives a short‐circuit current (JSC) of 21.28 mA cm?2, open‐circuit voltage (VOC) of 0.69 V, and fill factor (FF) of 0.72, in an overall conversion efficiency (η) of 10.5%. In contrast, an HIS‐2 based cell gives a higher JSC value of 23.07 mA cm?2 with VOC of 0.68 V, and FF of 0.71, and owing to the higher JSC value of HIS‐2, an improved η value of 11.1% is achieved.  相似文献

A system for the automatic measurement of the circadian activity deviations in telemedicine has been developed within the framework of a "Health Integrated Smart Home Information System" (HIS2). HIS2 is an experimental platform for the evaluation and the development of technologies in order to ensure the security and quality of life for patients who need home based medical monitoring. Location sensors are placed in each room of the HIS2, allowing the monitoring of patient's successive activity phases within the patient's home environment. We proceeded with a sampling in an hourly schedule to detect weak rhythmic variations. Based on numerous measurements, we established a mean value with confidence limits. These also allowed us to define a zone within which the patient's activity is qualified to be "predictable." Alerts are set off if the patient's activity deviates from this zone.  相似文献

HIS是目前各大医院广泛使用的医院信息系统,利用HIS中门诊收费子系统的数据设计实现智能化医院门诊收费稽查系统。依托HIS中门诊收费的数据,在Delphi 7开发平台下,利用条形码技术自动将交费票据中的数据与HIS中的相关数据进行核对,完成系统的稽查功能。系统在西京医院的运行中表现良好,达到了设计要求,满足用户需要。条形码技术在稽查系统中的应用实现了收费稽查工作的自动化和智能化,极大地提高了稽查工作的效率和正确性。  相似文献

This paper presents a detailed design and modeling approach for power planes with integrated high-impedance electromagnetic surfaces (HIS). These novel power planes, which were introduced recently, have the unique ability of providing effective broadband simultaneous switching noise (SSN) mitigation. Full-wave electromagnetic simulation is used to study the impact of the geometry on the performance of these novel power planes. It is demonstrated that power planes using inductance-enhanced HIS can be designed for broadband mitigation of the SSN from the upper hundred megahertz to the gigahertz frequencies. Physics-based compact models for the unit cell of power planes with integrated HIS are developed and several of them connected in a two-dimensional array to build full models for large and multilayer power planes. The compact model offers fast analysis of power planes. As an example, we show that the full-wave simulation time of a 10/spl times/10 cm power plane with integrated HIS can be dramatically reduced from 24 to 48 h using a commercially available three-dimensional full-wave solver to less than 1 min when using the compact circuit model developed here.  相似文献

色调是反映彩色图像中色彩信息的重要参数,为了在进行图像效果增强的同时保持色调不变,通常的做法是先把图像从RGB转化到HIS色彩空间,然后在保持H变量(色调)不变的情况下,进行I(亮度)的增强。但是由于这种方法需要进行色彩空间的相互转化,大大增加了计算量。文章通过对简化HIS模型的分析,提出了一种直接对R、G、B分量进行处理的彩色图像增强方法。该方法可以运用已有灰度图增强算法进行彩色图像的增强,由于不需要进行色彩空间的转化,大大减少了计算量。FPGA可用来并行实时处理海量的图像数据,文章利用FPGA的这一特点作为实时图像直方图均衡增强算法的解决方案,并通过改进直方图均衡图像增强算法使其在FPGA中具体实现,可用于实时性要求高的LED屏显示。实验结果表明,该方案使彩色图像的增强效果明显,运行效率高。  相似文献

火灾图像增强是图像型火灾探测系统中的重要环节。为了克服传统模糊增强算法运算量大、耗时长等问题,采用建立3维查找表并改进模糊增强算子的方法,设计了1种基于颜色三要素空间的火灾图像模糊增强快速算法。首先将火灾图像由三原色空间转换到三要素空间,然后保留H分量,分别对I分量、S分量建立3维查找表,通过3维查找表对图像中所有像素点的I分量、S分量进行模糊增强操作,最后将图像转换回三原色空间。结果表明,该算法在保留火焰色彩信息的同时大大降低了运行时间。这一结果对火灾的实时性探测是有帮助的。  相似文献

研究了LDD nMOSFET栅控产生电流在电子和空穴交替应力下的退化特性。电子应力后栅控产生电流减小,相继的空穴注人中和之前的陷落电子而使得产生电流曲线基本恢复到初始状态。进一步发现产生电流峰值在空穴应力对电子应力引发的退化的恢复程度与阈值电压和最大饱和漏电流不同。电子应力中陷落电子位于栅漏交叠区附近的沟道侧I区和LDD侧的II区中氧化层中。GIDL应力中,空穴注入进II区中和了陷落电子,使得产生电流的退化基本得到恢复,但这些空穴并未有效中和I区中的陷落电子,因此阈值电压和最大饱和漏电流退化恢复的程度较小,分别为20%和7%。  相似文献

机载红外高分辨率干涉光谱仪(HIS)是遥感大气信息的大气红外背景辐射测量装置。基于HIS红外高光谱大气数据,对大气温度和主要大气吸收气体进行了敏感性分析;并通过引入信息容量的概念,利用一维变分方法,对HIS测量装置遥感探测大气参数的能力进行评估,定量描述了HIS测量的红外光谱反演大气温度和水汽的信息容量、自由度和垂直分辨率等信息,其中温度、水汽的信息容量分别为49.5、25.2;自由度分别为10.5、5.6,温度的平均垂直分辨率为2.2 km,水汽的垂直分辨率为2 km;讨论了HIS的反演精度与仪器测量误差之间的关系,获取了大气温湿廓线的最小可探测精度。  相似文献

Progress of key technologies for the past 10 years and the state of realization of PACS and teleradiology in Japan are reviewed. Even though advanced electronic technologies have brought a rapid spread of PACS and teleradiology, the total number of installations is small compared with that of the hospital information system (HIS). The reason of this is a lack of economic incentives. The merits or benefits of PACS and teleradiology have to be appreciated and paid for by reimbursement of the associated costs from health insurance companies. The progress of PACS diffusion has been very rapid for these ten years in Japan, but most systems deployed are small-sized PACS. Examples of large PACS in Japan are presented and a method for integration with the HIS and RIS (radiological information system) is described. Standardization activities on PACS such as image data transfer and filing are also introduced. A unique domestic standard in Japan for IS&C (image save and carry) and electronic filing of medical images is presented. The Japanese equivalent of the American standard DICOM is also described. Technology assessment of PACS is an important theme of study and investigation. An example of the measurement of pre- and postoperation of these systems is discussed  相似文献

目的:提升医院HIS的系统稳定性,将云存储整合到移动HIS系统为医务人员提供更优质更稳定的信息化服务。方法:在原有的移动HIS基础上,加入云存储服务器和移动HIS微信小程序。结果:设计并实现了通过微信小程序,将医疗业务数据来源在医院内网主业务服务器和公网云备份服务器间自由切换,增强了医院HIS系统的稳定性。结论:云存储服务器建设和使用成本低、安全性好、系统稳定性高、维护方便,提高了医院HIS系统的稳定性,保障了医务人员的工作效率,优化了病人的就医体验。  相似文献
