精密铂电阻温度计是介于标准铂电阻温度计与工业铂电阻温度计之间的测温传感器,利用ITS-90国际温标定义的固定点分度精密铂电阻温度计可以提高测温准确性和稳定性,但经常会出现超出内插方程所规定的温度范围以致无法用定点法分度的问题.本文对精密铂电阻温度计利用水三相点及镓熔点进行分度,调研了通过0~29.7646℃温区内插方程直接外推到70℃的可行性.实验以两支精密铂电阻温度计为对象,对定点法外推结果与直接比较法进行比较,结果显示:外推结果与标准值最大差值为1.5mK,表明精密铂电阻温度计利用水三相点及镓熔点进行分度并外推至70℃在一定的测量水平要求下是可行的. 相似文献

为了研究自热效应对标准铂电阻温度计测量结果的影响,分别从定点法和比较法两方面开展研究。针对定点法,统计中国计量科学研究院近3年检定的标准铂电阻温度计数据,计算不同温区的铂电阻温度计自热效应修正前后的测量结果并进行对比,结果表明,在溯源标准铂电阻温度计时自热效应修正与否对测量结果的影响达到了1.5mK以上,最大达到了6mK。针对比较法,设计了基于恒温槽的自热测量方案并进行实验,对修正自热前后温度测量结果进行对比,结果表明,自热修正与否带来的误差依然达到了1.5mK。因此,在标准铂电阻温度计量值溯源和精密温度测量中,对测量结果进行自热修正是必要的。 相似文献

为了延长固定点黑体容器使用寿命和简化使用流程,依据热管黑体和传统石墨坩埚黑体的设计使用经验,研制了改进型封装固定点黑体。针对所研制的锡固定点黑体分别用二等标准铂电阻和传递辐射温度计开展复现测试。改进型封装固定点黑体在经历20余次熔凝循环后,没有出现破裂和金属泄露现象。用标准铂电阻复现多次的平均值为231.909℃,扩展不确定度为0.015℃(k=2);而用固定点黑体校准传递辐射温度计的多次平均值为231.85℃,扩展不确定度为0.096℃(k=2)。 相似文献

Onsite thermometer calibration with temperature scale transfer technology based on fixed points can effectively improve the level of industrial temperature measurement and calibration. The present work performs an onsite calibration of a precision industrial platinum resistance thermometer near room temperature. The calibration is based on a series of small-size eutectic points, including Ga–In (\(15.7 \,{^{\circ }}\hbox {C}\)), Ga–Sn (\(20.5 \,{^{\circ }} \hbox {C}\)), Ga–Zn (\(25.2 \,{^{\circ }} \hbox {C}\)), and a Ga fixed point (\(29.7 \,{^{\circ }} \hbox {C}\)), developed in a portable multi-point automatic realization apparatus. The temperature plateaus of the Ga–In, Ga–Sn, and Ga–Zn eutectic points and the Ga fixed point last for longer than 2 h, and their reproducibility was better than 5 mK. The device is suitable for calibrating non-detachable temperature sensors in advanced environmental laboratories and industrial fields. 相似文献

使用RTU和RBC两种精密仪器对中国计量科学研究院中温基准实验室的F900高精密测温电桥进行了标定和评估,分析了不同工作频率、不同输出电流在长杆标准铂电阻温度计测温范围内对测量精度的影响。结果表明:电桥在不同的工作频率下精度的差异比较明显。工作频率为25 Hz时,使用RTU和RBC进行标定的最大测量偏差分别约为0.01 mK和0.06 mK;工作频率为75 Hz时,使用RTU和RBC进行标定的最大测量偏差约为0.08 mK和0.2 mK,且相比出厂时有了较大的漂移。电桥在不同的输出电流下精度的差异非常小,在15 μK以内。采用RTU及RBC对F900测温电桥评价的结果之间相互印证,该结果对中温固定点基准复现过程的不确定度评定提供了数据支撑。 相似文献

在片薄膜铂电阻温度传感器以铂作为感温薄膜,采用半导体工艺制造,可以有效地监测晶圆片上的半导体器件温度。为了校准该类型温度传感器,根据其工作原理和结构特点,参考JJG 229-2010对校准装置的要求,提出了一种利用高低温探针台、八位半数字多用表以及直流探针组建校准装置的方法;通过组建校准装置,测量温度传感器在不同温度下的电阻值,得到电阻-温度特性的分度表;并对在片薄膜铂电阻温度传感器在25℃和125℃2个温度点进行校准。校准数据及校准结果验证表明,该方法切实可行,可有效解决无连接引线的在片铂薄膜电阻温度传感器的校准问题。该校准技术也可为其他类型感温元件的在片温度传感器校准提供参考依据。 相似文献

Platinum resistance thermometers (PRTs) are calibrated at the highest level in fixed points, as specified in the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90). However, in order to reduce cost and time, platinum resistance thermometers can also be calibrated by comparison. In the temperature range from ?100 °C to 300 °C, it is possible to achieve uncertainties as small as 5 mK. A PRT is calibrated by comparison by comparing its resistance reading with the temperature reading of a reference thermometer, placed at the same temperature inside the temperature-controlled calibration medium. The reference thermometer is commonly also a resistance thermometer, so the intrinsic measurement problem is the simultaneous measurement of two resistances. Four methods that perform this measurement are presented in this article. A special emphasis is given to the measurement with slow bridges. Slow bridges are not able to produce a stable resistance reading within 20 s after the connection of the PRT, so they are often considered to be unsuitable for calibration by comparison of PRTs. To overcome this problem, a special method that directly measures the ratio between the reference PRT and PRT under calibration is presented and analyzed. The analysis and measurement results proved that this method and consequently the slow resistance bridges are capable of performing calibration by comparison of PRTs at least at the same level as the conventional methods. 相似文献

A thin-film platinum resistance thermometer (SDT101A, Tama Electric Work Company, Japan), which is available commercially, has useful characteristics for thermometry in the range of 20 to 300 K and in high magnetic fields up to 5 T. The Z function-table of this platinum resistance thermometer (PRT) was obtained experimentally. It was confirmed that SDT101A PRT would be useful in the temperature range of 20 to 300 K within a precision of ± 0.1 K. This confirmation was achieved by using a two-point calibration method with the Zfunction. The magnetoresistance of this PRT at 30 K is ≈ 1.5% for a magnetic field of 5 T, whose value is one order of magnitude smaller than that of a standard type PRT. 相似文献
