多年来,太钢初轧厂对轧机的万向接轴铜滑块的润滑方式作过多次改进,最终取得了较好的效果。铜滑块的使用寿命由原来的一、两个月提高到一年以上。 一、改进前的状况 太钢1000初轧机是1958年引进的设备。其万向接轴的扁头与铜滑块的润滑采用稀油随机润滑,事先将稀油注入关节头部的储油池内,该储油池在连杆头部焊接而成。随着连接轴的旋转,储油池油位发生变化,润滑机通过接轴虎口上和铜滑块上的油孔流入滑块的工作表面。实践证明,这种给油方式是极不可靠的。从而被迫改进人工向滑块上定期浇 相似文献

讨论了大范围内铜含量(0~30%,质量分数)对铁基粉末冶金航空刹车材料摩擦磨损性能的影响和材料的摩擦磨损机理,结果表明:不合铜时,材料的摩擦因数和磨损量均较大,磨损机理主要为粘着磨损;添加铜后,材料的摩擦因数和磨损量均有所下降,疲劳磨损为主要机理;当铜含量升高到有大量游离铜存在时,材料的摩擦因数和磨损量逐渐增加,磨损机理又主要体现为粘着磨损。 相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To examine the feasibility of the use of a cell block preparation of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-infected Burkitt's lymphoma cell line (EB-3) as a positive control for in situ hybridization (ISH) for EBV-encoded RNA (EBER). STUDY DESIGN: EB-3 cells were processed into cell block and cytocentrifuge preparations. ISH for EBER was performed, and the results were compared with a commercially available EBV positive control slide (cytocentrifuge). RESULTS: The cost of preparing the cell block and cytocentrifuge sample was only a fraction of the price of commercial control slides. ISH for EBER was strongly stained in all preparations with similar intensity of staining but with a much higher number of positive cells in the cell block. Although the cellular details in the cell block were considerably inferior to those on the cytocentrifuge and commercial control slide, with distortion of nuclei and smudging of chromatin, the interpretation of the ISH results was unaffected. The cell block was stable at room temperature when examined after one year. CONCLUSION: The cell block preparation of an EBV-infected Burkitt's lymphoma cell line serves as a reliable, stable and a relatively inexpensive control, with good preservation of cellular details of cellular RNA for ISH study for EBER in the detection of latent infection with EBV. 相似文献

The sequence of ceruloplasmin development and limiting factors controlling this process in neonatal piglets was studied in a randomized block design. Guided by the change in serum ceruloplasmin levels, the liver copper concentrations of piglets fed copper-deficient and copper-supplemented diets were compared in three different periods. The plasma of piglets was devoid of both apo- and holo-ceruloplasmin at birth. The system responsible for the synthesis of apoceruloplasmin developed shortly after birth as indicated by a steady increase in serum ceruloplasmin activity during the first week without being affected by the diet. Copper apparently was not the limiting factor at this stage since very high concentrations of copper were found in the livers of newborn piglets. However, the liver copper was depleted quickly within 1 to 2 weeks and became the limiting factor if the diet was deficient in copper. The livers of these piglets were fractionated by differential centrifugation to compare the liver copper distribution in the two dietary groups with and without copper supplementation. The treatments did not affect the copper distribution on a percentage of total liver copper basis. However, fractionation study revealed that, unlike adult pig livers, about 70% to 80% of copper was present in the heavier particle fractions of piglet livers. 相似文献

Numerical models of a cathode block assembly in a Hall–Hèroult cell, comprising of liquid aluminium, carbon block, current collector, ramming paste and a copper insert were built and the finite element method simulations were carried out to model the cathode voltage drop (CVD), the current distribution and, the effect of geometrical parameters on the CVD. The objective of the study was to quantify the drop in the CVD for different cathode assembly design. Flat- and inclined-interface carbon block top-surface and a copper insert versus the conventional insert-free designs were simulated with a myriad of other geometrical parameters to optimise the design. The results informed about the optimum insert positioning to about 75 mm from the collector base and the energy saving possibilities due to reduction in the CVD with a cathode design with inclined-interface carbon block and copper insert in the collector bar. 相似文献
