新日铁以实验为基础的板形控制数学模型使板形理论和技术发展到了一个新阶段,但是模型中的重要参数——遗传系数η是板宽和板厚的二元函数,而且包括轧机和轧件的双重信息,给该模型的应用带来许多不便。本文将其分解为反映轧件特性的轧件刚度系数q和轧机板形刚度系数m,并给出了板形刚度系数的计算和测量方法。实现了η的分离,得出板形测量和控制模型。 相似文献

冷轧带钢属于高端精品钢材,板形在线检测与控制是冷轧带钢的高端核心关键技术。自主创新研制板形测控系统是实现中国钢铁工业发展升级、建设钢铁强国的重大需求。目前,板形测控技术市场国外占据优势,国产系统正在代替进口,扩大应用规模,推进技术完善。研制先进的板形测控系统需要解决的关键技术有高精度高质量的板形仪、功能完备强大的控制手段和方法、高精度高速度的数学模型。板形仪主要有接触式和非接触式两大类,接触式板形仪通过测量带钢张力的横向分布反映板形,非接触式板形仪通过测量带钢浪形反映板形。接触式板形仪可靠耐用精度高,应用广泛,发展趋势为整辊式板形检测辊、无线式信号传输装置、板形数据的精确处理。板形控制数学模型的主要类型,按建模的原理和方法可分为机理模型和智能模型;按模型的性质和作用可分为分析模型和控制模型;按板形的表示方法可分为多点控制模型和分量控制模型。板形控制模型的发展趋势为机理与智能协同建模、动态模拟预报和动态解耦控制、多种手段和方法的协同优化。进一步提高板形测控技术水平需要突破3项关键问题,即整辊式板形仪通道耦合与解耦的机理模型、板形控制的动态模拟和动态解耦模型、板形控制的高精度智能建模方法。 相似文献

The strip flatness and crown control model is the foundation of automatic strip shape control. In this paper, considering the metal transverse flows and the inter stand second deformation, the trip flatness and crown control model has been developed , which can be applied to CVC mills and PC mills as well as normal four-high mills. The shape of strip is calculated by iterative method which combines strip plastic deformation model with rolls elastic deformation model through their calculation results, which can be called results coupling method. Because the shape and rolling force distribution are very sensitive to strip thickness transverse distribution′s variation, the iterative course is rather unstable and sometimes convergence cannot be achieved. In addition, the calculating speed of results coupling method is low, which restricts its usable range. To solve the problem, a new model coupling method is developed, which takes the force distribution between rolls, rolling force distribution and strip′s exit transverse displacement distribution as basic unknowns, and integrates strip plastic deformation model and rolls elastic deformation model as a unified linear equations through their internal relation, so the iterative calculation between the strip plastic deformation model and rolls elastic deformation model can be avoided. To prove the effectiveness of the model coupling method, two examples are calculated by results coupling method and model coupling method respectively. The results of front tension stress, back tension stress, strip′s exit gauge, the force between rolls and rolling force distribution calculated by model coupling method coincide very well with results coupling method. However the calculation course of model coupling method is more steady than results coupling method, and its calculating speed is about ten times as much as the maximal speed of results coupling method, which validates its practicability and reliability. 相似文献

Based on the influence coefficient method, the effect of entry strip crown on the shape of hot rolled strip was analyzed using the software of roll elastic deformation simulation. According to the practical condition of a domestic hot roiled strip plant, the unit strip crown change from the first stand to the last stand was calculated when the entry crown of hot strip varies. The calculated result shows that the entry strip crown does not significantly affect the target strip crown at the exit of the last finishing stand in respect to a fixed strip shape control reference (such as bending force). The calculation was analyzed, and the research is helpful in modeling strip shape setup and shape control. 相似文献
