采用氧化石墨烯作为抗静电剂开发了一种水性聚氨酯抗静电外涂涂料。扫描电镜分析表明,抗静电剂在基料中分散均匀。检测结果表明,这种涂料的涂层在具有良好物理性能的同时,还具备很好的耐候、耐老化、耐腐蚀性能,同时,抗静电性能能够满足使用需要。 相似文献

以脂肪族聚氨酯弹性树脂为基体,透明纳米ATO导电粉为导电介质,添加超分散剂,采用物理与化学相结合的分散方法对纳米ATO进行预处理。主要解决纳米粒子的分散与团聚的难题,制备出可常温固化、颜色可调的含纳米ATO聚氨酯弹性抗静电涂料。讨论了基体树脂、纳米ATO含量、超分散剂种类与加量、研磨时间以及助剂等因素对抗静电涂料的表面电阻、耐候性、弹性、强度以及稳定性等性能的影响。同时对涂料的性能进行了测试与表征。 相似文献

聚氨酯泡沫具有许多优良性能,应用广泛。但在使用过程中容易产生静电,需加入抗静电剂提高其抗静电性能。本实验以聚氨酯泡沫为材料,通过加入抗静电剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和导电炭黑两种抗静电剂探讨抗静电剂协同作用对聚氨酯泡沫发泡倍数、固化所需时间、力学性能、表面电阻率的影响,得出最优抗静电聚氨酯泡沫的配料比。 相似文献

合成了聚氨酯-聚苯胺抗静电复合材料。研究了聚氨酯.聚苯胺抗静电复合材料的结构、聚苯胺含量对复合材料的抗静电性能和力学性能的影响,探讨了复合材料的抗静电稳定性。研究表明:聚苯胺微粒在聚氨酯基体中分散较均匀,添加少量的聚苯胺粉未也能赋予复合材料抗静电的性能。当聚苯胺质量分数在5%~20%之间时,其拉伸强度下降的幅度较小,但其抗静电性能却显著提高。该抗静电复合材料在室温下具有很好的稳定性,但在高温高湿环境下则较易失去抗静电性能。聚氨酯.聚苯胺复合材料作为包装用抗静电材料完全能够满足抗静电的要求。 相似文献

Abstract Kinetics and mechanisms of oxidation of 6 acetals by molecular oxygen and ozone in liquid phase have been studied. Reaction with molecular oxygen (70°C, 15–16 hr) leads to the formation monoethers of the corresponding glycols with 68–90% selectivity. Salts of metals and complexes with crown-ethers have increased the reaction rate significally. Ozone have reacted with acetals with formation similar products. The variation of the Au 4f binding energy of Au clusters with the cluster size has been established by measuring the binding energies of clusters whose size distributions were independently determined by HREM and STM. The binding energy increases significantly when the cluster size is less than 2 nm. Au-Cu bimetallic clusters of the composition Cu3Au have been deposited for the first time on carbon substrates. The shifts in the core level binding energies of the bimetallic clusters show the effect of alloying in the case of large clusters, but show effects of both alloying and cluster size in the case of the small clusters. The interaction of CO with Cu3Au clusters is stronger than with a bulk Cu metal. The interaction of CO with small Cu clusters also seems to be stronger than with bulk Cu or with large Cu clusters. 相似文献

Eight sage (Salvia officinalis) and twenty-four rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) extracts, originating from pilot-plant or commercial sources, had different antioxidative activities as measured by accelerated
autoxidation of methyl linoleate. Twenty-seven compounds were characterized in the Labiatae family extracts by high-performance
liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with mass spectrometry, equipped with an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization interface,
and by HPLC coupled with a photodiode array spectrophotometer. Twenty-two compounds were identified, including phenolic acids,
carnosol derivatives, and flavonoids. The extracts showed great variation in their HPLC profiles, and no correlation was apparent
between their antioxidative efficiency and their composition, in twenty specific phenols. Data indicated that the most effective
compounds were carnosol, rosmarinic acid, and carnosic acid, followed by caffeic acid, rosmanol, rosmadial, genkwanin, and
