Conclusions The use of mixers of the centrifugal type, used in the manufacture of plastics, is a very efficient method of introducing modifiers into a polymer with the objective of obtaining transparent monofilaments.In the preparation of transparent filaments of small diameter, where the optimum modifier content does not exceed 0.5% by wt., it is advisable to introduce additives in the stage of polymer synthesis, particularly if the volume of filament manufacture is sufficiently great.Translated from Khimicheskie Volokna, No. 3, pp. 17–19, May–June, 1983.  相似文献

Conclusions The thermal properties of PP yarns have been studied by determining their weight loss on heating. It has been shown that, by comparison with unmodified PP yarn, yarns containing an addition of chemically dyed LMPCA have improved thermal stability.Addition of chemically dyed LMPCA in the spinning of PP yarn leads to an increase in mean crystallinity and a decrease in the average size of yarn crystallites after jet stretch. Conclusions The possibility of using diethylenetriamine which has been ethoxylated to various degrees to give antistatic properties to PCA has been discussed; the antistatic effect is expressed most strongly in the case of DETA 60.It has been found that the antistatics studied exert a regulating action on the degree of polymerization of the -caprolactam, displayed in a decrease in the molecular weight of the PCA and an increase in the LMC content of the polymer. This brought about by the fact that the products examined contain, even though in slight amounts, free amino groups. DETA 100 exerts the weakest action.Under otherwise equal conditions in PCA synthesis, the introduction of DETA increase the rate of polymerization in the initial stage of the process.In view of the effects described, it is advisable, in preparing PCA fibres, to use products which contain 60 to 80 moles of ethylene oxide.Bulgaria. Conclusions The physicomechanical characteristics of fibre based on polycaproamide which has been modified at the synthesis stage with 1–5% by wt. of sodium 4,4-diaminostilbene-2,2-disulfonic acid have been investigated.Spectral-luminescent properties of solutions and films of the modified polycaproamide have been described.An evaluation of the ability of two types of dye to dye the modified polycaproamide fibres has been carried out, and it has been found that the introduction of diaminostilbene fragments helps raise the dyeability of the fibres with basic cationic golden-yellow 2K.Translated from Khimicheskie Volokna, No. 6, pp. 38–39, November–December, 1987.  相似文献
