Zn coated steel (Z) and ZnAlMg coated steel (ZM3.7/3 = Zn–Al (3.7 wt.%)‐Mg (3.0 wt.%)) have been exposed for 6 years at twelve different weathering sites world wide. The mass loss of the coatings have been measured after 1, 2, 4, and 6 years exposure. From the results, it is shown that ZM3.7/3 had always a better corrosion performance compared to Z. The ratio of performance after 6 years of exposure varied from about 1.4 to 4.4 with a mean value of 2.8. At temperate marine sites (e.g., temperature between 9–20°C) with low to moderate SO 2 pollution a good relationship was observed between the relative performance of ZM3.7/3 and the corrosion rate of Z. It was thus concluded that ZM3.7/3 has a better relative performance in harsh environments. The corrosion performance of ZM3.7/3 was shown to be connected to the formation of protective corrosion products.  相似文献

The influence of relative humidity (80–90–98% RH) and temperature (25 and 50 °C) on the corrosion behaviour of AZ31, AZ80 and AZ91D magnesium alloys was evaluated using gravimetric measurements. The results were compared with the data obtained for the same alloys immersed in Madrid tap water. The corrosion rates of AZ alloys increased with the RH and temperature and were influenced by the aluminium content and alloy microstructure for RH values above 90%. The initiation of corrosion was localised around the Al–Mn inclusions in the AZ31 alloy and at the centre of the α‐Mg phase in the AZ80 and AZ91D alloys. The β‐Mg17Al12 phase acted as a barrier against corrosion.  相似文献

以某钛冶炼厂中间产品氯化镁为原料,进行了氨法制备氢氧化镁的研究。通过单因素试验及正交试验得到了较合适的工艺条件,所得氢氧化镁符合HG/T3607-2000 I级标准。但由于氨法存在收率低及生产过程不环保,该法仅适于大型建厂来处理大批量的氯化镁,对于处理钛冶炼不定量的氯化镁并不适用。  相似文献

开发了用NH3-NH4Cl水溶液浸出炼铅炉渣烟化炉氧化锌烟灰制取高纯锌的新工艺.Zn的浸出率>96%,浸出液加H2O2后净化除Sb和As,然后采用加锌粉两段逆流除Cu,Cd,Pb,电积过程中电能消耗2 500~2 700 kW@h/t.电锌含Zn>99.999%,杂质元素Cu,Cd,Co,Ni,Fe,As,Sb均小于0.0001%,Pb<0.000 3%.  相似文献

This article addresses the knowledge gap in the area of the synergistic effect between Cl and by comprehensively evaluating the corrosion behavior of AISI 1020 carbon steel exposed to the CO2-saturated solutions containing Cl and/or over the time period of 6–72 hrs at 60°C. The results show a synergistic mechanism between Cl and in the pitting corrosion of carbon steel. accelerates the localized precipitation of FeCO3 crystals by means of increasing pH and adsorption, which is a prerequisite for pitting initiation. Cl contributes to the catalytic dissolution of the Fe matrix along with film breakdown via the local accumulation of oxygen vacancies, and the pitting corrosion of carbon steel is, thus, further exacerbated.  相似文献

High amounts of lead in waste/recycled wood fuel are known to be a contributing factor to the increased corrosion often related to this type of fuel. In combination with potassium, usually present in the fuel, low‐melting point salt mixtures between lead chloride (PbCl 2) and potassium chloride (KCl) are expected to form. The purpose of this study is to investigate reactions in the mixed salt of PbCl 2 and KCl and its interactions with carbon steel P265GH and its oxide. Laboratory exposures were performed in an isothermal tube furnace with a salt mixture of PbCl 2/KCl (50/50 mol%) put on steel samples. The test duration was 24 hr at either 300°C or 340°C in an atmosphere of 100 ppm HCl and 20 vol% H 2O in synthetic air. After exposure, the salt mixture consists of distinct areas of KCl and PbCl 2 but also the compounds K 2PbCl 4 and KPb 2Cl 5. A general observation is that the oxide thickness increases with temperature and that areas with Pb/K‐mixed salt are frequently found in close connection to more corroded areas. Often the more lead‐rich phase KPb 2Cl 5 is located closest to the corrosion product indicating its importance for the corrosion.  相似文献

Based on the results of 1-year tests at 12 sites in the Far Eastern region of Russia, priority dose–response functions (DRFs) that provide the best match with experimental data on corrosion losses for carbon steel and zinc have been selected. Long-term (up to 50 years) predictions of corrosion losses of these metals in the continental territory of Russia have been given. A comparative estimation of the mass loss predictions by priority DRFs and the power–linear model has also been given.  相似文献

The corrosion and electrochemical behavior of extruded AZ31D magnesium alloys in NaCl solution were investigated using SEM, XRD and electrochemical method. It is found that AZ31D is susceptive to Cl^- ion, and the open circuit potential shifts to more negative values with increasing chloride concentration. Pitting occurs at corrosion potential and corrosion area enlarges with enhanced polarization. Tafel slopes of the cathode branches in different testing solution are almost the same. Cl^- concentration affects cathode course slightly. High frequency capacitive loops shrink with the increase of Cl^- concentration. Corrosion initiates from the grain boundary and spreads to entire surface with time.  相似文献

Reinforced mortar samples were exposed in humidity chambers with different relative humidity or exposed in cyclic moisture conditions. The rebars were in an “as received” condition meaning that the preexisting oxide scale were intact. The lowest chloride concentration that initiated corrosion was 1% Cl? by mass of cement, corrosion was then observed for samples exposed at 97% relative humidity. It is suggested that the corrosion rate decreases when samples are exposed to a relative humidity lower than 97%. The results indicate that threshold levels should be evaluated at rather humid conditions (97%) despite the fact that the maximum corrosion rate at higher chloride levels is observed in the interval 91–94%. For samples exposed to cyclic moisture conditions, a lower chloride concentration was needed to initiate corrosion compared to samples exposed in static moisture conditions.  相似文献

针对亚硫酸铵造纸过程中亚硫酸铵介质对碳钢焊接接头腐蚀严重的实际情况,以三电极电化学研究方法和金相组织分析法研究了焊条电弧焊、TIG焊、CO2气体保护焊等方法焊接的碳钢焊接接头在亚硫酸铵介质中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,采用CO2气体保护焊的Q235钢焊接接头在温度为20~80 ℃、亚硫酸铵浓度为5%~11%的介质中极化曲线与母材相似程度最大,两曲线靠得最近,耐蚀性最好;显微组织观察,采用CO2气体保护焊的焊接接头,焊缝组织由大量的珠光体和针状铁素体组成,细小的珠光体散布在铁素体之间.  相似文献

采用静态挂片、极化曲线和长期点蚀实验,研究了氨法脱硫浆液中F-和Cl-以及 (NH4)2SO4对Q235碳钢腐蚀的影响。结果表明,Q235碳钢在含卤硫铵溶液中的均匀腐蚀速率随F-浓度和Cl-浓度增大均呈现先降低后增高的趋势,随着 (NH4)2SO4质量分数增加,均匀腐蚀速率降低;随着F-浓度的增大,自腐蚀倾向增加;随着Cl-浓度以及 (NH4)2SO4质量分数的增大,自腐蚀倾向均降低;Q235碳钢在氨法脱硫模拟浆液中点蚀较严重,需采取重防腐措施。  相似文献

通过中试轧制、电渣压力焊制备了Cu-P-Cr钢及其焊接接头,利用光学显微镜研究了电渣压力焊接接头的组织晶粒度,利用干湿交替实验机、SEM、EPMA、XRD研究了Cu-P-Cr钢及其焊接接头在1.0×10-2mol/L的Na HSO3溶液中的耐腐蚀性能、锈层元素分布及组成,分析了母材与焊接接头的耐腐蚀机理及其影响因素。研究结果表明:焊接接头与母材的腐蚀速率相比碳钢分别为64.6%与61.5%。焊接接头锈层中Cu、Cr元素的大量富集、α-Fe OOH相的转变是腐蚀性能优异的主要原因,而焊缝及熔合区形态各异的铁素体+珠光体+魏氏组织和晶粒尺寸不均等导致了锈层中Cu、Cr富集程度低于母材、腐蚀性能稍弱于母材。  相似文献

在北京大气环境下,研究AM60镁合金和不同金属材料(碳钢、不锈钢、黄铜和铝合金)偶接的电偶腐蚀行为规律。研究表明,镁合金作为阳极发生不同程度的电偶腐蚀,通过1a的北京大气环境下的暴露试验后,AM60镁合金的电偶腐蚀效应由强到弱的顺序为:碳钢、黄铜、不锈钢和铝合金,其中镁合金与LY12铝合金偶接的电偶腐蚀效应最小。通过与其它地区室外暴晒的镁合金电偶腐蚀效应的对比,表明环境因素影响着镁合金的电偶腐蚀效应。同时阴极材料、试验时间、试样尺寸(偶接面积)和试验环境都会对镁合金电偶腐蚀效应产生影响。经1a曝晒的AM60镁合金形成了具有保护性的腐蚀产物层阻碍了腐蚀发展。北京地区高自然降尘量导致金属表面湿润时间加大,从而加速了AM60镁合金的电偶腐蚀。采用XRD方法分析表面的腐蚀产物,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)观察试样腐蚀后的表面形貌特征和腐蚀产物的结构,并用与之相连的能谱仪分析腐蚀产物中的元素组成。  相似文献
