综合分析了火电厂运行过程中多控制系统整合式语音报警系统的需求,从硬件部署和系统功能2个方面介绍了一体化语音报警系统的整体架构.进一步通过分析数据采集通信过程和内部进程间通信过程给出了低耦合度的高可靠性系统设计方法,并讨论了报警系统应具备的逻辑过程和确认方法.最后基于DirectSound讨论了多路语音高效并发的方法,给出了一套完整的大型火电机组一体化语音报警系统.多个电厂的工程实例表明该系统可以满足大型火电机组整体语音报警要求. 相似文献

针对噪声环境下人脸识别率和说话人识别率低的问题,在研究特征层融合的基础上,结合归一化技术和SVM理论,提出了一种融合人脸和语音的多生物特征识别模型。首先采用离散余弦变换和局部保持投影算法提取人脸特征及SVM方法提取语音特征,在特征层进行融合得到融合特征后,计算测试身份与模板间的距离,为了减少计算量和提高识别性能,对匹配距离进行归一化处理,最后输入到SVM进行识别。仿真结果表明,在噪声环境下,当信噪比降低时,融合识别率要明显高于单个系统的识别率,达到了身份识别的目的。 相似文献

This study addresses the problem of speech quality enhancement by adaptive and nonadaptive filtering algorithms. The well‐known two‐microphone forward blind source separation (TM‐FBSS) structure has been largely studied in the literature. Several two‐microphone algorithms combined with TM‐FBSS have been recently proposed. In this study, we propose 2 contributions: In the first, a new two‐microphone Gauss‐Seidel pseudo affine projection (TM‐GSPAP) algorithm is combined with TM‐FBSS. In the second, we propose to use the new TM‐GSPAP algorithm in speech enhancement. Furthermore, we show the efficiency of the proposed TM‐GSPAP algorithm in speech enhancement when highly noisy observations are available. To validate the good performances of our algorithm, we have evaluated the adaptive filtering properties in computational complexity and convergence speed performance by system mismatch criteria. A fair comparison with adaptive and nonadaptive noise reduction algorithms are also presented. The adaptive algorithms are the well‐known two‐microphone normalized least mean square algorithm, and the recently published two‐microphone pseudo affine projection algorithm. The nonadaptive algorithms are the one‐microphone spectral subtraction and the two‐microphone Wiener filter algorithm. We evalute the quality of the output speech signal in each algorithm by several objective and subjective criteria as the segmental signal‐to‐noise ratio, cepstral distance, perceptual evaluation of speech quality, and the mean opinion score. 语音报警在电力调度自动化系统中起着关键的作用,然而,语音的人为录制生成不仅方式烦琐,而且出错的可能性大。广东电网公司韶关供电局在更新电力调度自动化系统时,利用语音合成技术,开发出语音合成(TTS)系统采实现语音报警功能,解决人为录制语音文件所存在的弊端。TTS系统具有支持多种语种、合成音色多样化、短语合成效果佳、语气表现力强、数字与数值类型识别率高、支持MP3格式背景音乐、预录音批量处理、图形界面远程监控、网络语音合成服务和资源服务等特点,应用中具有免语音维护、语音报警准确性高、升级方便、语音合成速度快等优势。在电力调度自动化系统中应用时,采用侍输控制协议的客户一服务器方式实现语音报警,客户端运行TTS语音软件,并需硬件把关器支持,数据采集与监控(SCADA)服务器为服务器端。 相似文献

A simple and inexpensive system for telephone communication that includes a modular speech recognition device developed for use by a disabled person is presented. User considerations are reviewed, and hardware details are given. The complete automatic speech recognition (ASR) system consists of five main blocks: a TCM29C18 codec (analog interface for the digital signal processor), an SRS-1 speech recognizer, an LED display, a dual-tone multifrequency generator, and tone enable plus data input circuitry. Results of a semiqualitative assessment in terms of recognition success for the limited vocabulary of numbers and commands from the user are reported. The results are described in chronological order, beginning with testing of the SRS-1 and the codec working as a stand-alone recognizer system, and leading to the testing of the recognition system combined with the tone generator. Finally, results were obtained when the whole ASR system was interfaced to the telephone line. Some further work is suggested. 相似文献

A speaker-dependent speech recognizer for connected sequences of digits that uses a time-delayed neural network (TDNN) is described. The advantage of using a TDNN is that, at any given instant, acoustic features of the speech signal for a past interval of time up to the present can be observed simultaneously. Thus, once the system is trained, no detection of boundaries between words is necessary for the recognition. Instead of parsing the speech signal into words, or even further into phonemes, and then recognizing each word or phoneme by some process, the TDNN analyzes the signal in a continuous manner, word recognition units being activated as their corresponding words are completed in the input speech signal. 语音信号的采集、传输、处理和分析在很多领域都有着非常广泛的应用,为了适应语音信号数据量大的需求、克服传统的有线采集系统使用不灵活和布线困难等缺点,设计了一种集成NRF24L01无线收发芯片、STM32F103ZET6处理器以及ENC28J60以太网传输模块的无线语音采集系统,设计实现了该系统的硬件和软件,并给出了实验测试结果.该系统传输速率高、工作稳定,可以实现对语音信号的采集和快速无线传输. 相似文献
