为更好的满足印刷的要求,提高纸张品质,需要对铜版纸的重要品质指标进行管控,如:粗糙度、光泽度、以及纸卷的厚度横向分布均一性。通过对涂布原纸进行预整饰,可以非常有效的提高后段涂布工艺的质量和效果。通过对硬压光机(HNC)的操作参数对铜版纸品质的影响的研究,找出最佳的HNC工艺参数。  相似文献

使用壳聚糖溶液对纸张进行涂布,研究了不同涂布量下纸张表面孔隙的封闭程度及涂布纸的阻氧性能与阻湿性能,探讨了壳聚糖/PVDC(聚偏二氯乙烯)复合涂布对涂布纸阻湿性能的改善情况.结果表明,涂布0.46g/m2壳聚糖能够将纸张表面原有孔隙填满,进一步增大壳聚糖涂布量,纸张表面完全被壳聚糖膜层覆盖,平整程度提高.壳聚糖涂布能够显著提高纸张的阻氧性能,当壳聚糖单层涂布量为1.96 g/m2时,涂布纸的氧气透过率相对原纸至少下降了99.3%,但水蒸气透过率相对原纸有所上升.使用壳聚糖/PVDC复合涂布时,在1.96g/m2壳聚糖涂层基础上二次涂布7 40 g/m2 PVDC,水蒸气透过率相对单独涂布壳聚糖下降了66.3%,降至原纸的44.8%,与此同时.阻氧性能及表面抗水性均有较大提升.  相似文献

用帘式、传统刮刀和薄膜涂布技术对定量为38g/m^2的原纸进行低定量涂布(LWC);采用多种新型和传统表面特性分析方法研究了涂布纸的纸张性能,其中包括光学性能、粗糙度、涂布量分布及压缩均一性;对比了3种不同涂布技术对涂布纸表面特性的影响。结果发现:帘式涂布可获得最均一的涂布量和表面粗糙度,能很好地保留松厚度,比刮刀和薄膜涂布的纸张更具有可压缩性。  相似文献

油墨等流体在纸张涂层中的传输直接由涂层本身的渗吸性能所决定。很多印刷质量问题(如墨斑、色彩的均匀性、洇色等)都与涂层材料的渗吸特性关系密切。本文从国内油墨流体在纸张渗透/渗吸行为研究中容易产生的一些认识误区出发,讨论了涂层结构对自渗吸过程的影响、经典渗吸模型在涂层材料渗吸表征上的应用及存在的问题。简述了渗吸模型的修正及渗吸机制模型研究中可行技术手段,最后总结了我国在纸张涂层材料渗吸性能方面的研究与国外的差距。  相似文献

The polyester knitted fabric was used as a basilicon carbide structure material. A three-layer composite coating finishing was applied to the structure material using ferrite, silicon carbide, and graphite absorbing materials. The single factor test method was used in this series of research. The impact on dielectric constant and loss tangent of absorbtion of each agent and the coating thickness of each layer were studied. From these results, the three-layer composite coating materials that had excellent absorbing properties were selected and prepared. The results showed that when the ferrite (60 wt%) was used as a bottom layer, the silicon carbide (36 wt%) was used as a middle layer and the graphite (24 wt%) was used as a surface layer with the respective thickness of 0.5, 0.3, and 0.3 mm, an excellent microwave absorbing property was noted for the three-layer composite coating material. In order to meet the requirements for the engineering field, physilicon carbideal and mechanical properties of the microwave absorbing materials were also characterized.  相似文献

Wood coating research almost exclusively focuses on softwood as substrate despite the fact that coatings applied on tropical hardwoods show a different weathering behaviour. The objective of this study was to quantify the impact of wood substrate and coating type on the weathering behaviour of finished wooden joinery in outdoor exposure using a set of statistical methods. Therefore, a broad range of white opaque paints and mid-oak semi-transparent stains were used. The coatings were industrially applied on window frames made of frequently used commercial tropical hardwood species. The general appearance of the wood/coating systems was assessed visually using a rating scale that takes into account the anatomical characteristics of hardwood. For the evaluation, a required minimum exposure time of 2.5 years outdoor weathering for joinery in vertical position and facing south-west was determined. At 30 months best performances were recorded for waterborne alkyd primers with an acrylic topcoat when dry coating film was sufficiently thick. The dry layer thickness also affected the impact of the hiding power on the performance of the wood/coating system. Within hardwood species the degradation rate of coatings on species with a fine texture was the lowest. The significant influence of the substrate’s texture on the weathering behaviour of coated hardwood stressed the need to evaluate the wood/coating system in total.  相似文献

介绍了沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)在铜版纸生产中作为填料及涂布颜料的应用与特性,重点介绍了涂布级PCC对铜版纸光学性能、印刷性能等方面所带来的影响,并展望了其在涂布加工纸中的应用前景。与研磨碳酸钙(GCC)相比,涂布级PCC能全面改善纸张的光学性能如白度、光泽度、不透明度等,并提高纸面的平滑性能,同时其高松厚的涂层结构及高的孔隙率所带来的快速吸收性能,将对其的最终使用产生重大影响。  相似文献

研究了FEP涂料(全氟乙烯-丙烯共聚物)在铸铁表面的涂装和铸铁表面不同的预处理方式、塑化工艺对涂层性能的影响.实验结果表明:对大型铸件表面采用磷化处理、冷水冷却,可有效提高涂层的性能;选择适当的涂装工艺,可使铸铁表面的FEP涂层具有优异的硬度、附着力、热冲击性能和耐水性.  相似文献

利用单层吸波体传输线理论结合计算机辅助设计选配合适的吸波粉体,以铜镍镀层织物和金属纱线混纺织物为基布,以聚氨酯为基体,制备1.5mm涂层厚度的柔性纺织涂层复合面料。对吸波粉体的电磁特性进行了测试和分析,考察分析了2.6GHz-18GHz范围内吸波粉体与基体的不同混比及基布对反射损耗的影响及其机理。结果表明在一定范围内吸波粉体体积百分数的增加,吸波效能提升,频段拓宽,反射损耗曲线的峰值向低频移动。以金属纱线混纺织物为基布的涂层面料的吸波效果优于铜镍镀层织物为基布的涂层面料。  相似文献

流变助剂不仅能改变涂料的流变性能,最终也将影响到涂布纸的物理性能.在工厂白纸板涂料配方的基础上,分析了羧甲基纤维素(CMC)对底涂层的影响,并对比了面涂层中流变助剂CMC和丙烯酸碱溶乳液的不同加入量对最终涂层性能的影响.相比于CMC,丙烯酸碱溶乳液更能提高涂层的平滑度、光泽度和拉毛强度以及改善白度,同时油墨吸收值也要高一些.  相似文献

This paper is about the use of whey protein isolate (WPI) edible coatings to improve the rehydration behaviour of freeze‐dried (FD) strawberry pieces. First, the optimal ratio sample mass/volume of coating solution was optimised by determining the rehydration ratio, bulk density and nutritional quality of the samples. Coating time is also determined in coated samples by light microscopy. Second, the effect of changing the pH and the variation in temperature–time to denaturate WPI on rehydration characteristics was also evaluated. The rehydration ratio of strawberry pieces decreased with increasing the denaturation temperature and denaturation time, while it increased with increasing pH of the coating solution. Third, according to the rehydration curves, coating was not a single layer but small pieces attached to strawberry pieces. The soluble protein contents in water after rehydration confirm this conclusion.  相似文献

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were dispersed in an aqueous solution of epichlohydrin based resin with the aid of a surfactant. The MWCNT-resin solutions were applied onto cotton fabrics to form a thin coating with different MWCNT contents (0, 11.1, 20.0, 33.3, and 50%). The thermal conductivity of the fabrics was measured based on the Newton’s law of cooling. The coating containing 50% MWCNTs showed 151% increase in the thermal conductivity. Infrared thermography was used to characterize the heating/cooling behavior of the fabrics. On contact with a 50°C hot surface, coated fabric that had 50% MWCNTs in the coating layer showed a 3.9°C lower equilibrium surface temperature than the untreated fabric. The cooling rate increased with increasing the MWCNT content within the coating layer. Such an effective cooling performance was attributed to the increased thermal conductivity and surface emissivity of the MWCNT-containing coating layer. The coating showed little influence on water contact angle of the coated fabrics, but slightly decreased the air permeability.  相似文献
