在数字化信息时代的今天,无线传感器网络技术的应用越来越广泛。针对目前大部分酒厂在白酒发酵温度采集方法上存在测量精确度低且劳动力成本高的问题,本文设计的建立在以嵌入式系统和射频芯片为平台的一种基于无线传感器网络的白酒窖池测温系统。该系统对白酒生产和发酵过程中的温度值进行跟踪与监控,并将这些数据进行收集、统计、显示和存储,从而实现了良好的监测功能。该系统具有良好的可扩展性和可维护性,促进了白酒的酿造过程向数字化、自动化方向发展。 相似文献

针对高压开关柜的高压、强电磁场的工作环境,设计了高压端测温模块和低压端接收模块的电路,采用射频传输方式解决了信号的高压隔离问题,并通过互感实现了测温模块的自供电.设计的基于无线传输的高压母线温度在线监测系统,实现了显示被测母线温度、实时报警、控制处理等功能.接收模块和主机间采用RS-485接口,使系统扩展更为灵活. 相似文献

封闭式开关柜具有裸露高压、空间狭小等特点,柜内电气联结点温度的安全高效监测一直是一个难题;传统接触式测温存在绝缘性隐患,采用非接触测温和短距离无线通信技术,能够解决高压隔离,为开关柜运行稳定提供可靠保障;以红外温度传感器为感温器件,无线数据收发芯片CC2500为射频传输模块,研制一套针对封闭式开关柜的无线温度监测系统,实现高压开关柜刀闸运行温度在线监测;该系统测量范围为0~100℃,测量精度可达4%;实验测试表明,无线温度监测系统运行稳定、绝缘性高、误差小,可以准确可靠地监测开关柜柜内监测点温升情况。 相似文献

作为航天器研制与试验当中的重要组成部分,高精度、高可靠的温度采集与监测,对航天器的设计与改进都具有重要的指导作用。为了满足对航天器内部环境和设备温度采集和测试要求,摒弃传统传感器有线布线方式,优化航天器整器装配周期,降低测温系统重量,提高系统可靠性,分析并设计了高精度轻质无线温度测量系统;该系统能够采集各测点的温度信号,再对信号进行运算处理后,通过无线网络传送给上位机进行数据分析和温度实时显示;后对系统性能指标及功能进行验证,证明了测温系统具有轻质、长待机时间、高精度、远传输距离和高可靠性等特点,满足单路温度采集系统重量低于2g,待机时间不少于240小时的任务指标要求,且可对航天器内部环境和设备温度进行实时监测与分析处理。 相似文献

随着工业的发展,工业能耗以及成本也是越来越大,工业现场对成本、无线网络的要求也越来越高。本文将介绍一款低功耗无线测温装置设计,该装置基于MSP430单片机,主要有下位机与上位机两个部分。下位机主要功能是通过处理温度传感器的信号测量,将温度数据采用无线方式传送到上位机。待上位机完全接收系统工作参数、温度测量数据并将其显示之后,再将其传送到下位机。这种装置结构简单,功耗也很低,抗干扰能力比较强,使用起来更加方便可靠,能够广泛应用于环境比较复杂的场所以及不适宜采用布线进行温度测量的场所。 相似文献

A first principles model of a cement kiln is used to control and optimize the burning of clinker in the cement production process. The model considers heat transfer between a gas and a feed state via convection and radiation. Furthermore, it contains effects such as chemical reactions, feed transport, energy losses and energy input. A model predictive controller is used to stabilize a temperature profile along the rotary kiln, guarantee good combustion conditions and maximize production. Moving horizon estimation was used for online estimation of selected model parameters and unmeasured states. Results from the pilot site are presented. 相似文献

根据陶瓷窑炉的功能和技术指标要求,给出了测温系统的设计方案。设计中采用了基于算术平均值与分批估计的软件数据融合的热电偶线性化处理算法,很好地解决了系统中热电偶测温的不确定性,提高了测量精度,保证了测量数据的可靠性。同时该无纸温度记录仪,具有高测量精度、高可靠性、高稳定性、低成本的特点,通用性强。 相似文献

of axis alignment, the fuzzy optimization model of kiln axis alignment is set up. The optimization model is solved with the
max–min approach. The results show that fuzzy optimization alignment of rotary kiln can make kiln axis as straight as possible

According to the pulverized coal combustion flame image texture features of the rotary-kiln oxide pellets sintering process,a combustion working condition recognition method based on the generalized learning vector(GLVQ) neural network is proposed.Firstly,the numerical flame image is analyzed to extract texture features,such as energy,entropy and inertia,based on grey-level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM) to provide qualitative information on the changes in the visual appearance of the flame.Then the kernel principal component analysis(KPCA) method is adopted to deduct the input vector with high dimensionality so as to reduce the GLVQ target dimension and network scale greatly.Finally,the GLVQ neural network is trained by using the normalized texture feature data.The test results show that the proposed KPCA-GLVQ classifer has an excellent performance on training speed and correct recognition rate,and it meets the requirement for real-time combustion working condition recognition for the rotary kiln process. 相似文献

In this paper, we use system identification methods for abnormal condition detection in a cement rotary kiln. After selecting proper inputs and output, an input–output model is identified for the plant’s normal conditions. A novel approach is used in order to estimate the delays of the input channels of the kiln before identification part. This method eases the identification since with determining the input channels delays, the dimension of search space in the identification part reduces. Afterward, to identify the kiln’s model, Locally Linear Neuro-Fuzzy (LLNF) model is used. This model is trained by LOcally LInear MOdel Tree (LOLIMOT) algorithm which is an incremental tree-structure algorithm. Finally, with the model for normal condition of the kiln, the incident of abnormalities in output are detected based on the length of duration and magnitude of difference between the real output and model’s output. We distinguished three abnormal conditions in the kiln, two of which are known as common abnormal conditions and another one which was not characteristically known for cement experts either. 相似文献
