针对目前蚊香行业生产工艺现状,设计研制一喷药设备。本文阐述了该机工作原理,指出该机在设计、制作、选材等方面的优点,主要采用优质不锈钢,在制作中大量采用折边,并与原工艺进行分析比较,对驱蚊效果进行分析讨论。指出新设备在提高驱蚊效果、减小厂家资金周转压力、提高成品合格率、降低生产成本、提高生产率等方面大大优于原工艺。  相似文献

Turbulent flow and heat transfer characteristics of a two-dimensional oblique plate impinging jet (OPIJ) were experimentally investigated. The local heat transfer coefficients were measured using thermochromic liquid crystals. The jet mean velocity and turbulent intensity profiles were also measured along the plate. The jet Reynolds number (Re, based on the nozzle width) ranged from 10, 000 to 35,000, the nozzle-to-plate distance (H/B) from 2 to 16, and the oblique angle (α) from 60 to 90 degree. It has been found that the stagnation point shifted toward the minor flow region as the oblique angle decreased and the position of the stagnation point nearly coincided with that of the maximum turbulent intensity. It has also been observed that the local Nusselt numbers in the minor flow region were larger than those in the major flow region for the same distance along the plate mainly due to the higher levels in turbulent intensity caused by more active mixing of the jet flow.  相似文献

It has been observed that the cooling capacity of an impinging water jet is affected by the seasonal conditions in large-scale steel manufacturing processes. To confirm this phenomenon, cooling experiments utilizing a hot steel plate cooled by a laminar jet were conducted for two initial ambient air temperatures (10°C and 40°C) in a closed chamber, performing an inverse heat conduction method for quantitative comparison. This study reveals that the cooling capacity at an air temperature of 10°C is lower than the heat extracted at 40°C. The amount of total extracted heat at 10°C is 15% less than at 40°C. These results indicate the quantity of water vapor, absorbed until saturation, affects the mechanism of boiling heat transfer.  相似文献

The isothermal characteristics of a rectangular parallelepiped sodium heat pipe were investigated for high-temperature applications. The heat pipes was made of stainless steel of which the dimension was 140 m(L) ×95m(W) ×46m(H) and the thickness of the container was 5 mm. Both inner surfaces of evaporator and condenser were covered with screen meshes to help spread the liquid state working fluid. To provide additional path for the working fluid, a lattice structure covered with screen mesh wick was inserted in the heat pipe. The bottom surface of the heat pipe was heated by an electric heater and the top surface was cooled by circulating coolant. The concern in this study was to enhance the temperature uniformity at the bottom surface of the heat pipe while an uneven heat source up to 900 W was in contact. The temperature distribution over the bottom surface was monitored at more than twenty six locations. It was found that the operating performance of the sodium heat pipe was critically affected by the inner wall temperature of the condenser region where the working fluid may be changed to a solid phase unless the temperature was higher than its melting point. The maximum temperature difference across the bottom surface was observed to be 114°C for 850 W thermal load and 100°C coolant inlet temperature. The effects of fill charge ratio, coolant inlet temperature and operating temperature on thermal performance of heat pipe were analyzed and discussed.  相似文献

Mathematical models of the electromagnetic field, fluid flow and heat transfer of a three-dimensional moving gas tungsten arc (GTA) weld pool with external longitudinal magnetic field applied are established in the paper. Using a multi-coupled analysis function of ANSYS finite element code, distributions of current density and magnetic field, as well as fluid flow and heat transfer in a moving weld pool, were systematically studied and investigated to understand and reveal the effect of an external longitudinal magnetic field on liquid metal in a moving GTA weld pool and also to supply a basis for the application of an external longitudinal magnetic field in welding technology .  相似文献

针对RoboCup中型组足球机器人踢球机构的各种设计方案进行了分析。在不违反RoboCup中型组机器人比赛规则的前提下,充分利用了机器人前方仅有的空间,采用了压缩弹簧的翻板踢球机构,结构简单紧凑,符合实际需要。最后,运用三维设计软件对踢球机构进行了建模与仿真分析。整个机构运动很协调,说明机构设计十分合理,完全能达到预期目的。  相似文献

为了解决电源质量监督与检验验收中工作效率低、质量隐患难发现、历史数据难利用等问题,该文设计了基于LabVIEW软件和嵌入式技术的实验装备检验系统。利用传感器采集检验项目中的电压、电流、纹波、噪声、加速度和输入电压,经过ARM处理后经通信电路发送给LabVIEW上位机软件,并依据技术指标给出检验结果。实验结果表明,该系统具有测试效率高,数据获取存储方便,故障诊断准确等优点。  相似文献

针对无人机应用中日益突出的电子设备发热问题,提出了一种基于蒙皮换热器的无人机电子设备冷却方案。根据设计需求确定了各主要部件的温度要求及换热器效率要求,并对系统进行了试验验证。文中提出的电子设备冷却方案属液体冷却方式,电子设备的发热量可以通过蒙皮换热器传递给舱外冲压空气热沉。通过合理的等效换热测量方法设计的地面性能试验考查了系统运行时各部分温度、换热器的换热量及系统能效比。试验结果表明,该方案有效可行,能够满足较大发热功率的无人机电子设备的冷却需求,具有广泛的应用价值。  相似文献
