离子交换水处理法是水的化学除盐和软化的主要方法,我国现有各种离子交换装置数以万计。本文论述了研制新型离子交换水处理装置必须首先正确选择水和再生液的流动方向,同时要满足离子交换动力学上的要求。在清除树脂层中悬浮物的方法上,提出了利用可控制有限空间以抽气擦洗代替设置专设罐以压缩空气擦洗或水力清洗。新装置结构简单、合理,操作方便,出水品质好,安全可靠,运行经济性高,特別适用于工业锅炉给水处理,对当前工业锅炉防垢节能有重要意义。  相似文献

对铁含量为0.12%、0.16%的钠钙硅浮法玻璃进行了脱色实验研究,测定了样品的色差和总透过率,比较了纯氧化铈与廉价混合碳酸稀土作玻璃脱色剂的效果。表明采用混合碳酸稀土作玻璃脱色剂可获得良好的脱色效果并使脱色成本降低50%。  相似文献

根据球形差动电容传感器测量微位移的原理和变压器电桥的变比为实数且稳定性高、变比精度和灵敏度高及工作频率范围较宽的特点,提出了将差动电容传感器与变压器电桥相结合的测量超导陀螺转子偏移方案并给出了各参数之间的关系,该方案能测量出转子偏移的大小和转子偏移的方向,分析了影响陀螺转子偏移测量精度的因素,指出差动电容传感器的分布电容、陀螺转子的零电位、模型误差以及激励信号频率和幅值精度是影响其测量精度的主要因素并提出了降低不利影响的方法或模型适应范围,从而为实现超导陀螺转子偏移的高精度测量提供了理论依据。  相似文献

The continuing miniaturization of electronic devices in microelectronics and semiconductors drives the development of new packaging materials with enhanced thermal conductivity to dissipate the heat generated in electronic packages. In recent years, several promising composite materials with high thermal conductivity have been developed successfully for high performance electronic equipment to replace the traditional Kovar and Cu/W or Cu/Mo alloys, such as SiCp/Al, SICp/Cu, diamond/Al and diamond/Cu. However, these materials with high content of reinforcements have not been widely used in packaging field because they are hard to be machined into complex-shaped parts due to their greater hardness and brittleness. So, it is necessary to explore a near-net shape forming technology for these composites. In this paper, a novel technology of powder injection molding-infiltration is introduced to realize the near-net shaped preparation of the composite packages with high thermal conductivity.  相似文献

Considering current space debris situation in outer space environment, different methods for debris removal missions are proposed. In addition, advanced technologies are needed to be demonstrated for future human space exploration programs. The main issue regarding to these missions is high mission cost for both debris removal missions and space environmental tests to achieve high maturity level for new space-usable technologies. Since, these missions are unavoidable for future of human space activities, a solution which can tackle these challenges is necessary. An induction motor with its speed modulated by frequency features wide transfer speed range, high systematic efficiency, simple structure and long life, and it therefore becomes one of the best driving motorsused in electrical vehicles. The present research trend of it is high power, high speed, high efficiency and longlife. How to meet the above requirements by using the electromagnetic design, structure design and heat de-sign, becomes a matter that needs to be resolved now. In this paper, the characters of the motor in operation areanalyzed, all kinds of factors that relate to life are laid out, its heating and loss are discussed and analyzed.The key reasons affecting the motor life are presented, and different characters of a high induction motor are compared with these of a general induction motor. A design idea is described, that is : we should consider how to improve the efficiency and reliability as well as how to reduce the heating by changing the electromagnet,structure, dissipation and operation of the motor. This paper proposed a new generation of high performance composite cement which is designed according to the optimization of composition and structure of cement paste and is manufactured by blending the different components with special composite techniques. Each of these components has its different special property, and should be compatible with each other, and match each other,and the properties of them are complementary mutually. A triaxial high-g accelerometer of microelectro mechanical systems(MEMS) has a structure of multi-chips combination and will be used in aerospace field, civil and military fields. The accelerometer can measure the acceleration of the carrier. The chips with island-membrane structures on its back surfaces are made by MEMS dry processing. The chip is reasonable and can work well under high impact load; Titanium alloy base is also stronger in high shock environment, these are proved by finite element analysis. Finally, the MEMS combined triaxial high-g accelerometer is validated by high impact calibration experiments in order to get a key performance index, including range, sensitivity and transverse sensitivity and so on. These data can satisfy the need of design but some problems remain, these will be eliminated by improvement of the processing technology and materials.  相似文献

为研究摩擦型高强螺栓连接接头的传力特性与应力状态,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立三维有限元实体模型,对东江大桥中14个不同的螺栓连接接头进行了细致的有限元数值模拟分析。重点研究了长列螺栓群各排螺栓传力比、栓孔应力集中系数,高强螺栓的应力状态以及孔前传力系数等参数的变化规律,明确提出了各参数的取值范围,可为该类型节点的设计验算提供参考。  相似文献

传统的软件产业存在着许多问题,其表现为开发效率不高,常常会因为各种问题而使项目超期,经过长时间开发出来的信息系统也存在的质量问题,通常需要耗费大量的人力去进行后期的维护。由于这些原因,所以软件开发成本也往往是大大超出预期,很多情况下公司不得不放弃那些最终成本代价过高的项目,或者是减弱其原先设计的功能来节约成本。虽然目前软件业经过几次软件危机之后,先后提出了基于软件工程的开发方法和许多被验证为成功的设计模武和框架。然而这些并没有从根本上解决现今软件业面临的问题。模型驱动架构(model driven architecture)就是在这样的大背景下被提出的一种新型软件开发方法。本文将结合具体的应用对MDA开发方法进行探讨。  相似文献

超高压线路参数频率特性对于研究电力系统操作过电压有着重要意义,其测量方法主要有电压电流—功率表法、电容放电法、功角法和谐振法等等,但是,这些方法在测量范围、精度和对设备的要求等方面都存在较大的缺陷。本文采用计算机求解长线超越方程和线路首端串接电容改变谐振点等措施,改进了谐振法,使测量数据大大增加,精度也得以提高。此外,本文还设计了一种新的测量方法——响应法。  相似文献
