系统压力与流量控制阀对自动变速器性能的影响非常重要。为此,文章将理论计算模型和动态仿真模型相结合,设计出一种全新的前置前驱8挡自动变速器(8AT)系统压力与流量控制阀。通过理论计算设计系统压力与流量控制阀的尺寸结构,并建立前置前驱8挡自动变速器液压系统动态仿真模型;通过仿真结果和理论计算结果的对比,验证仿真模型的正确性;以该仿真模型为基础,对系统压力与流量控制阀的压力和流量的仿真结果进行分析。结果表明:当设计系统压力与流量控制阀并对其性能进行分析以优化时,运用动态仿真方法是有效快捷的;在实际的工业应用上,将理论计算模型和动态仿真模型相融合是切实可行的。  相似文献

分析了AMESim仿真平台的主要特点和功能,并以飞机前起落架液压收放系统为例,应用AMESim建模仿真技术中的AMESim图形化建模方法建立了系统元件的仿真模型,对飞机前起落架收放系统进行了系统仿真,仿真结果比较令人满意,与实验结果基本吻合.在分析了仿真结果的基础上,提出了AMESim的批处理方式优化系统参数的方法,为飞机液压系统设计及分析提供了有价值的参考.  相似文献

中开多级离心泵效率优化计算方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对离心泵水力效率及高效区相对宽度的优化计算方法进行研究,在水力损失模型的基础上提出基于近似模型的多目标优化计算方法. 以中开多级离心泵的优化设计为例,基于水力损失模型进行设计变量灵敏度分析,选出关键设计变量. 分别利用水力损失、完全二次响应面(RSF)、径向基高斯响应面(RBF)和克里金响应面(KRG)4种近模型优化离心泵的关键设计变量,分析4种效率优化计算方法的精确性和有效性. 结果表明:基于理论公式计算的第1种优化方法耗时少,但结果误差较大;后3种优化方法基于计算流体动力学(CFD)数值仿真分析,结果准确,其中RSF模型的结果最精确且计算时间较短. 比较3种不同近似模型的计算精度,RSF的计算结果最精确,RBF结果次之,KRG结果最差. 在设计流量下,基于RSF的Pareto最优解的扬程为83.77 m,效率为77.26%,基于RBF的Pareto最优解的扬程为83.09 m,效率为76.63%.  相似文献

Deficiencies of applying the simple genetic algorithm to generate concepts were specified. Based on analyzing conceptual design and the morphological matrix of an excavator, the hybrid optimization model of generating its concepts was proposed, viz. an improved adaptive genetic algorithm was applied to explore the excavator concepts in the searching space of conceptual design, and a neural network was used to evaluate the fitness of the population. The optimization of generating concepts was finished through the "evolution - evaluation" iteration. The results show that by using the hybrid optimization model, not only the fitness evaluation and constraint conditions are well processed, but also the search precision and convergence speed of the optimization process are greatly improved. An example is presented to demonstrate the advantages of the orooosed method and associated algorithms.  相似文献

The hydraulic flexible manipulator system is divided into two parts: flexible arm dynamics and hydraulic servomechanism, a driving Jacobian is derived to connect these two parts. Taking hydraulic actuator force as virtual input, a singular perturbed composite model is formulated and used to design composite controllers for the flexible link, in which the slow subsystem controller dominates the trajectory tracking, and then a fast controller is designed to damp out the vibration of the flexible structure. Moreover, the backstepping technique is applied to regulate the spool position of a hydraulic valve to provide the required force. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the presented approach. Dynamic modeling and simulation for nonholonomic welding mobile robot   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Based on the Newton-Euler method, the dynamic behaviors of the left and right driving wheels and the robot body for the welding mobile robot were derived. In order to realize the combination control of body turning and slider adjustment, the dynamic behaviors of sliders were also investigated. As a result, a systematic and complete dynamic model for the welding mobile robot was constructed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the above model, a sliding mode tracking control method was proposed and simulated, the lateral error stabilizes between ?0.2 mm and 0.2 mm, and the total distance of travel for the slider is consistently within ±2 mm. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the established dynamic model and also show that the seam tracking controller based on the dynamic model has excellent performance in terms of stability and robustness. Furthermore, the model is found to be very suitable for practical applications of the welding mobile robot.  相似文献

针对机械/液压双元动力输出发动机性能问题,本文基于ANSYS对双元动力发动机曲轴进行了优化研究,根据双元动力发动机的动力学模型,在标定工况下分析了双元动力发动机的曲轴负荷,建立了曲轴三维模型,在6种情况下进行了有限元分析,得到优化的载荷工况,建立了曲轴优化模型。优化结果表明,曲轴体积由优化前的2.34×10-3 m3下降为优化后的2.08×10-3 m3,曲轴的总体积减小了11.42%,运转不均匀度由优化前的3.56%降低到3.34%,改善量达到6.18%,优化效果较为明显。该研究为后续的优化设计和分析提供了理论基础,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

In order to build the model of the drum level wave action and sloshing, based on the method of modularization modeling, the hydrodynamic model of drum level wave action and sloshing was developed, and dynamic simulation researches were carried out based on the model. The results indicate that both drum level and drum length have functional relations with period of drum level wave action and sloshing. When the drum level decreases or drum length increases, the period of drum level wave action and sloshing increases, density of liquid and number of sub-module division have little influence on the period of drum level wave action and sloshing. The model was validated by the analytical solution theory of liquid’s wave action and sloshing in cuboid container, and the 3D graphics of drum level wave action and sloshing was also obtained. The model can dynamically reflect the rules of wave action and sloshing of water in the container exactly.  相似文献

Based on the fact that a static problem has an equivalent wave speed of infinity and a dynamic problem has a wave speed of finite value, an effective loading algorithm associated with the explicit dynamic relaxation method was presented to produce meaningful numerical solutions for static problems. The central part of the explicit dynamic relaxation method is to turn a time-independent static problem into an artificial time-dependent dynamic problem. The related numerical testing results demonstrate that: (1) the proposed effective loading algorithm is capable of enabling an applied load in a static problem to be propagated throughout the whole system within a given loading increment, so that the time-independent solution of the static problem can be obtained; (2) the proposed effective loading algorithm can be straightforwardly applied to the particle simulation method for solving a wide range of static problems. By adopting the chaotic searching to improve the global searching performance of the particle swarm optimization (PSO), and using the improved PSO to optimize the key parameters of the support vector machine (SVM) forecasting model, an improved SVM model named CPSO-SVM model was proposed. The new model was applied to predicting the short term load, and the improved effect of the new model was proved. The simulation results of the South China Power Market’s actual data show that the new method can effectively improve the forecast accuracy by 2.23% and 3.87%, respectively, compared with the PSO-SVM and SVM methods. Compared with that of the PSO-SVM and SVM methods, the time cost of the new model is only increased by 3.15 and 4.61 s, respectively, which indicates that the CPSO-SVM model gains significant improved effects. A novel active steering system with force and displacement coupled control (the novel AFS system) was introduced, which has functions of both the active steering and electric power steering. Based on the model of the novel AFS system and the vehicle three-degree of freedom system, the concept and quantitative formulas of the novel AFS system steering performance were proposed. The steering road feel and steering portability were set as the optimizing targets with the steering stability and steering portability as the constraint conditions. According to the features of constrained optimization of multi-variable function, a multi-variable genetic algorithm for the system parameter optimization was designed. The simulation results show that based on parametric optimization of the multi-objective genetic algorithm, the novel AFS system can improve the steering road feel, steering portability and steering stability, thus the optimization method can provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the novel AFS system.  相似文献

To solve the engineering and scientific problems in construction diversion and its simulation analysis, a complete scheme is presented. Firstly, the complex constraint relationship was analyzed among main buildings, diversion buildings and flow control. Secondly, the time-space relationship model of construction diversion system and the general block diagram-oriented simulation model of diversion process were set up. Then, the corresponding numerical simulation method and 3D dynamic visual simulation method were put forward. Further, the simulation and optimization platform of construction diversion control process was developed, integrated with simulation modeling, computation and visualization. Finally, these methods were applied to a practical project successfully, showing that the modeling process is convenient, the computation and the visual analysis can be coupled effectively, and the results conform to practical state. They provide new theoretical principles and technical measures for analyzing the control problems encountered in construction diversion of hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering under complex conditions. Based on the deficiency of time convergence and variability of Web services selection for services composition supporting cross-enterprises collaboration, an algorithm QCDSS (QoS constraints of dynamic Web services selection) to resolve dynamic Web services selection with QoS global optimal path, was proposed. The essence of the algorithm was that the problem of dynamic Web services selection with QoS global optimal path was transformed into a multi-objective services composition optimization problem with QoS constraints. The operations of the cross and mutation in genetic algorithm were brought into PSOA (particle swarm optimization algorithm), forming an improved algorithm (IPSOA) to solve the QoS global optimal problem. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the algorithm can better satisfy the time convergence requirement for Web services composition supporting cross-enterprises collaboration than the traditional algorithms. 以某轻型客车为研究对象,采用理论设计方法对其动力传动系参数进行合理选型设计,应用电动汽车仿真软件ADVISOR建立该电动汽车的整车模型并进行了动力性能仿真计算。通过将仿真结果与理论计算结果比较表明:电动汽车动力性能主要技术指标的仿真值与理论计算值相比,误差控制在5%以内,从而验证动力传动系参数设计的合理性和整车仿真模型的正确性。  相似文献

A multi-sequential number-theoretic optimization method based on clustering was developed and applied to the optimization of functions with many local extrema. Details of the procedure to generate the clusters and the sequential schedules were given. The algorithm was assessed by comparing its performance with generalized simulated annealing algorithm in a difficult instructive example and a D-optimum experimental design problem. It is shown the presented algorithm to be more effective and reliable based on the two examples. 为提升通信数据动态交互控制能力,降低信道的冲激响应时延和通信误码率,设计基于Web技术的通信数据动态交互控制系统。构建通信数据动态交互的信道传输模型,采用扩频序列重组方法实现通信数据动态交互过程中的信道均衡控制,在输出端不断调整增益实现通信数据动态交互的自适应均衡控制,采用Web技术实现通信数据动态交互控制过程中的自适应调节和组网控制,实现动态交互系统优化设计。仿真结果表明,与基于低密度奇偶校验码的控制系统、基于频分复用的控制系统相比,设计系统的信道的冲激响应时延和输出误码率更低,具有较好的通信数据动态交互控制能力。  相似文献

将液压系统负载的分流系数作为动态参数引入换挡策略,提出了以油门开度、车速、液压系统负载分流系数为控制参数的装载机三参数自动换挡策略,避免了传统换挡策略将液压系统负载作为常值而产生的不良换挡行为。建立了传动系动力学仿真模型,通过分析油耗特性和传动系载荷信号验证了仿真模型的合理性。在此基础上构建了基于遗传算法的传动性能优化模型,结果表明:利用本文建立的仿真模型和三参数换挡曲面得到的优化解可以使传动系在满足动力性能要求的情况下燃油消耗更低。  相似文献

The dynamic characteristics of hydraulic self servo swing cylinder were analyzed according to the hydraulic system natural frequency formula. Based on that, a method of the hydraulic self servo swing cylinder structure optimization based on genetic algorithm was proposed in this paper. By analyzing the four parameters that affect the dynamic characteristics, we had to optimize the structure to obtain as larger the Dm(displacement) as possible under the condition with the purpose of improving the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic self servo swing cylinder. So three state equations were established in this paper. The paper analyzed the effect of the four parameters in hydraulic self servo swing cylinder natural frequency equation and used the genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of structure parameters. The model was simulated by substituting the parameters and initial value to the simulink model. Simulation results show that: using self servo hydraulic swing cylinder natural frequency equation to study its dynamic response characteristics is very effective. Compared with no optimization, the overall system dynamic response speed is significantly improved.  相似文献
