壁垒预警

欧盟将禁用两种阻燃剂根据欧盟官方公报公布的欧盟议会和欧委会指令,欧盟将全面禁用五澳二苯醚和八溴二苯醚两种阻燃剂。这两种阻燃剂常用于玩具、家具和各种床上及室内装饰织物。指令规定,禁止使用和销售五溴二苯醚和八澳二苯醚含量超过0.1%的物质或制剂;同时,任何产品中若有含量超过0.1%的上述两种物质中的一种,也不能使用或在市场上销售。欧盟已要求所有欧盟成员国将此禁令转化成本国的法律、法规或行政命令,并将于近期复诸实施。
