按照行业标准QB/T 2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》中抑菌环法的操作步骤,研究了定性快速滤纸和定性慢速滤纸为载体对抑菌环法抑菌性能的影响。结果表明:用不同载体测定同一种洗涤剂结果有显著差异,定性慢速滤纸测定的抑菌效果明显优于定性快速滤纸的抑菌效果。  相似文献

本课题通过对国产和进口的十余种涤纶染色载体进行综合考察。测定了载体的不同品种和不同用量时涤纶染色临界温度、染色加速因数、移染效应和移染指数;染料的扩散系数;测定了分散染料的不同类型以及染色载体、分散剂、匀染剂的添加与羊毛沾污的情况。在理论研究的基础上归纳总结,得到了毛/涤混纺织物的最佳染色工艺。同时归纳出了羊毛、涤纶染料选择的范圈及载体的选择范围。  相似文献

金属改性对Co-Mo/γ-Al2O3 加氢脱硫催化剂选择性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用Mg和K两种金属对γ-Al2O3载体进行改性,对不同催化剂的比表面积、孔容、孔径和表面酸度等进行表征,发现K对载体的孔结构进行了不同程度的修饰,且对硫化物及烯烃的吸附具有更强的选择性。红外谱图显示,金属K改性可以显著降低载体酸性中心,尤其是L酸的强度并增加碱性中心数量。对几种催化剂的评价结果表明,适量金属K的加入,可以明显提高加氢处理的选择性。  相似文献

为了深入探索电子烟雾化液的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析技术检测了4家公司生产的6种烟草口味电子烟雾化液产品,对样品中的挥发性成分进行了定性和半定量分析。在所有电子烟雾化液样品中,共检测出45种挥发性成分,并根据挥发性成分绘制了香味轮廓图。在此基础上,对比了电子烟雾化液与传统卷烟烟气的差异,提出了电子烟雾化液的开发思路,使其更接近传统卷烟的抽吸品质。  相似文献

通过对固载季磷、季铵、Tego型三类新型可再生不溶性杀菌剂的杀菌性能评价,研究了相同载体不同杀菌活性官能团及相同活性官能团不同载体对杀菌活性的影响,结果表明:三种类型的不溶性杀菌剂的杀菌效果均达99%以上,且杀菌效果随载体粒径的减小而增加。  相似文献

建立了一种同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定化妆品中20种多环芳烃类化合物的方法。不同类型化妆品用环己烷以不同方法进行提取,然后采用GC-MS的选择离子模式对20种目标物进行定性、定量分析。方法具有良好线性,相关系数r均大于0.992,定量限为50μg/kg。各组分平均回收率在70.5%~114.5%,相对标准偏差在1.7%~13.6%。采用此方法测定了化妆品中多环芳烃的水平,发现某些化妆品中存在萘、1-甲基萘和2-甲基萘。  相似文献

We have attempted to rationalize the preparation of metal/activated carbon catalysts, taking into account the surface properties of the support. The texture and structure of two commercial carbons, NORIT SX-1 and CECA BGP and of a third one C2, obtained from almond shell, have been fully characterized. These data were used for choosing the optimum conditions for the active phase incorporation. In this way, a fairly good loading and dispersion of ∼- 1% Rh on the supports have been obtained by adsorption from solution, using acetone and 4:1 benzene-ethanol as the suspension media. Colored particles of poly(methyl methacrylate-co-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) containing three different kinds of dye including Sudan black, Sudan red 7B and Oil blue N were made by emulsion polymerization. In an effort to find a way to prepare particles with size less than 100 nm with the maximized dye content, methanol is added either to the initial reaction media or during the polymerization. It was found that adding methanol is very efficient way to improve the dye incorporation efficiency while maintaining particle sizes less than 100 nm. By properly choosing methanol addition strategy, the dye content inside of particle could be increased up to four or five times and it was found that the optimum strategy of methanol addition is clearly depending on the nature of dye.  相似文献

Quantitative and functional analysis of mononuclear leukocyte populations is an invaluable tool to understand the role of the immune system in the pathogenesis of a disease. Cryopreservation of mononuclear cells (MNCs) is routinely used to guarantee similar experimental conditions. Immune cells react differently to cryopreservation, and populations and functions of immune cells change during the process of freeze–thawing. To allow for a setup that preserves cell number and function optimally, we tested four different cryopreservation media. MNCs from 15 human individuals were analyzed. Before freezing and after thawing, the distribution of leukocytes was quantified by flow cytometry. Cultured cells were stimulated using lipopolysaccharide, and their immune response was quantified by flow cytometry, quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ultimately, the performance of the cryopreservation media was ranked. Cell recovery and viability were different between the media. Cryopreservation led to changes in the relative number of monocytes, T cells, B cells, and their subsets. The inflammatory response of MNCs was altered by cryopreservation, enhancing the basal production of inflammatory cytokines. Different cryopreservation media induce biases, which needs to be considered when designing a study relying on cryopreservation. Here, we provide an overview of four different cryopreservation media for choosing the optimal medium for a specific task.  相似文献

The conditions for the preparation of the solid solutions of a binary system of barium-strontium titanates with the substitutions in the A-sublattice with the rare-earth elements (REE), including the solid-phase synthesis, mechanical activation and sintering of dispersed-crystalline products by the conventional ceramic technology, were optimized. The presence (absence) of the impurity phases was established depending on the size effect of the REE. The precision X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the features of the phase formation in the studied solid solutions and showed that the “behavior” of the structural characteristics of the solid solutions with the participation of the REE is determined by the limiting conditions of the isomorphism and anion excess of the media under study. An assumption is made about the nature of the formation of a fine-grained landscape of the modified solid solutions, associated with the multicluster structure of the crystallite structure and the formation of the ballast phases during their synthesis. The dependences of the dielectric properties of the solid-state solution on the external influences – temperature, frequency of an alternating electric field and strength of a constant field – have been established. The possibility of choosing on the basis of the obtained data, promising for practical applications of the compositions is shown.  相似文献

深层过滤是水处理工程中的基本单元方法,在油田注水处理、石化厂废水治理方面有很重要的地位。本文应用深层过滤数学模型和Kozeng方程,建立了深层过滤的阻力模型;在进行了针对新型滤料——炉渣的实验测定基础之上,给出了具体的关于炉渣滤料的床层压力降与悬浮物浓度的关系式。实验结果分析表明,本文所提出的阻力模型是符合实际的;同时利用阻力模型设计了一套计算机控制系统,实现了深层过滤过程的自动化监测。  相似文献

Conclusions The change in the method of detonation is an effective means of controlling the energy of the explosion.By choosing an appropriate method of detonating it is possible not only to concentrate the explosive energy in a specified direction but also to increase the total effect of the explosion in various media.Using the bilateral cord detonation it is possible to achieve a 10–40% increase in the work-effectiveness of the charge depending on the type of rock by comparison with detonation from the end; effectiveness can also be increased 17–80% by comparison with detonation along the charge. 电子接插件金属零件基材表面因模具冲压工艺过程中使用模具切削油而粘附大量油脂等污染物,因此,评估电镀前处理除油工序使用的脱脂剂的除油特性对电镀企业合理选用除油效果好、成本低、效率高及环保性能优良脱脂剂意义重大。为此,建立连续电镀脱脂剂的质量、效率、成本和环保特性的实验室综合评价试验方法,以供电镀生产过程选择经济适用环保的电解脱脂剂提供技术支撑,利用该评价方法对三种品牌的电解脱脂剂进行综合评价,结果显示,1#脱脂剂综合使用性能最优。  相似文献
