碘化钾络合剂乙醇析相萃取分离富集铂(Ⅳ)的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
研究了以碘化钾为络合剂乙醇析相萃取分离和富集铂的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。实验结果表明,硫酸铵能使乙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Pt(Ⅳ)与碘化钾生成的PtI62-与质子化乙醇(C2H5OH2+)形成的缔合物[PtI62-][C2H5OH2+]2能被乙醇相完全萃取。当溶液中乙醇、碘化钾和硫酸铵的浓度分别为30%(V/V),4.0×10-3mol/L,0.3g/mL,pH值为3.0时,Pt(Ⅳ)的萃取率达到99.7%以上,Al3+,Pb2+,Co2+,Fe3+,Ni2+,Ga3+,Mn2+,Mo(Ⅵ),Cr(Ⅲ)和Zn2+基本不被萃取,实现了Pt(Ⅳ)与上述金属离子的分离。本法用于Ni-Pt/Al2O3催化剂中Pt(Ⅳ)的分离和测定,平均回收率为105.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%(n=7)。  相似文献

研究了在抗坏血酸存在下正丙醇-碘化钾-硫酸铵体系萃取分离和富集Sb(Ⅲ)的行为及与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,硫酸铵能使正丙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Sb(Ⅲ)与碘化钾生成的(SbI4-)与质子化正丙醇(C3H7OH2+)形成的缔合物[SbI4-][C3H7OH2+]能被正丙醇相完全萃取。当正丙醇、碘化钾和硫酸铵的浓度分别为30%(V/V)、0.40 mol/L、0.20 g/mL时,Sb(Ⅲ)的萃取率达到96.9%以上,Pb(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Fe (Ⅲ),Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),Cr(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)和Mg(Ⅱ)基本不被萃取,实现了Sb(Ⅲ)与上述金属离子的分离。  相似文献

试验了在氯化钠存在下,Bi3+以BiI4-络阴离子萃取到正丙醇相的最佳条件。结果表明,氯化钠能使正丙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Bi3+与碘化钾生成的BiI4-与质子化正丙醇(C3H7OH2+)形成的缔合物[BiI4-][C3H7OH2+]能被正丙醇相完全萃取。当正丙醇、碘化钾和氯化钠的浓度分别为30%(V/V)、6.0×10-3mol/L、0.2 g/mL时,Bi3+的萃取率达到99.2%以上,Fe2+、Co2+、Ni2+、Ag+、Mn2+、Cr3+、Ce3+、Zn2+和Al3+基本不被萃取,实现了Bi3+与上述金属离子的分离,对合成水样和锌铋合金中Bi3+的分离和测定,结果满意。  相似文献

研究了氯化钠-硫氰酸铵-正丙醇-水体系析相萃取分离和富集铁的行为及铁与一些金属离子分离的条件。结果表明,氯化钠能使正丙醇的水溶液分成两相,在分相过程中,Fe(Ⅲ)和NH4SCN生成的[Fe(SCN)4~6][(4~6)-3]-与质子化正丙醇C3H7OH2+ 形成的缔合物[Fe(SCN)4-6][ C3H7OH2]1-3能被正丙醇相完全萃取。当溶液pH值为3,正丙醇的体积分数、NH4SCN溶液的浓度和氯化钠溶液的质量浓度分别为30 %,7.0×10-2 mol/L和0.2 g/mL时, Fe(Ⅲ)的萃取率达到97.5%以上,而W(Ⅵ),Ag(Ⅰ),Ce(Ⅲ),Cr(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Ga(Ⅲ)和Mg(Ⅱ)基本不被萃取,实现了Fe(Ⅲ)与上述金属离子的分离。对合成水样和镍铬铝合金中Fe(Ⅲ)进行分离和测定,结果满意。该萃取体系可以用作微量铁的分离和富集,在分析中具有实用价值。  相似文献

研究了碘化钾 四丁基溴化铵 水体系分离Ir的行为及Ir与其他金属离子分离的条件。实验结果表明, 在水溶液中, Ir与四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)和碘化钾形成不溶于水的三元缔合物[IrI6][TBAB]2,此三元缔合物浮于水相上层形成界面清晰的液 固两相。当溶液中四丁基溴化铵和碘化钾的浓度分别为8.0×10-4 mol/L和6.0×10-3 mol/L, Ir的浮选率达到97.6 %,而Rh、 W、 V、 Ce、 Sn、 Mo、 U、 Ga、 Cr、 Mn、 Al、 Fe、 Zn、 Co和Ni离子在该体系中不被浮选,实现了Ir与这些金属离子的定量分离。Bi、Sb 和Hg在该体系中有很高的浮选率,Pb和Cu与KI反应生成不溶于水的PbI2和 CuI,所以Ir不能和Pb,Cu,Bi,Sb 和Hg分离。对合成水样进行分离,效果较好。  相似文献

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.  相似文献

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.  相似文献
