SAFETY CONTROL OF FOOD: For the first time the control of human products, as well as that of food are placed under the rule of a single law.     

解析采矿安全管理与事故防范措施

在我国社会经济体制健全发展背景下,各行各业都取得了不同程度的发展和进步。而对于金属资源的开发而言,采矿工作本身就具备较为显著的危险性,但是一些矿产企业为了降低和控制工作成本,在不断提升产量的同时,也在工作中出现了较多的安全隐患,如果不能及时发现这些安全隐患和工作问题,必然会引发不同程度的矿产资源安全事故。

随着社会的不断发展,矿产资源为我国带来了巨大的经济效益,并在社会经济发展中占有重要的地位。但在矿山资源开发的过程中,威胁人身安全的事故经常发生。因此,本文对探矿工程安全措施进行了研究和分析。     

Low-energy laser irradiation affects satellite cell proliferation and differentiation in vitro

Low-energy laser (He-Ne) irradiation was found to promote skeletal muscle regeneration in vivo. In this study, its effect on the proliferation and differentiation of satellite cells in vitro was evaluated. Primary rat satellite cells were irradiated for various time periods immediately after preparation, and thymidine incorporation was determined after 2 days in culture. Laser irradiation affected thymidine incorporation in a bell-shaped manner, with a peak at 3 s of irradiation. Three seconds of irradiation caused an induction of cell-cycle regulatory proteins: cyclin D1, cyclin E and cyclin A in an established line of mouse satellite cells, pmi28, and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in primary rat satellite cells. The induction of cyclins by laser irradiation was compatible with their induction by serum refeeding of the cells. Laser irradiation effect on cell proliferation was dependent on the rat's age. At 3 weeks of age, thymidine incorporation in the irradiated cells was more than twofold higher than that in the controls, while at 6 weeks of age this difference had almost disappeared. Myosin heavy chain (MHC) protein levels were twofold lower in the irradiated than in the control cells, whereas the proliferation of the irradiated cells was twofold higher. Fusion percentage was lower in the irradiated compared to non-irradiated cells. In light of these data, the promoting effect of laser irradiation on skeletal muscle regeneration in vivo may be due to its effect on the activation of early cell-cycle regulatory genes in satellite cells, leading to increased proliferation and to a delay in cell differentiation.     

Emergency situations in drug addicts. Classification, diagnostic and therapeutic measures

In drug addicts emergency situations can occur which differ only slightly in symptoms but require different therapeutic measures, depending on type of the drug and symptomatology. Diagnostic and therapeutical difficulties in emergency situations, especially the not unfrequent late complications and the considerable danger of suicidal actions require in general the immediate hospitalization. Intensive care and surveillance are necessary. The adequate therapy of ventilatory and circulatory functions is of great importance and should be started by the first consulted physician before transport to the hospital.     

Microcirculatory bed of the rat ovary in health and under laser irradiation

Personal clinical observations during the recent years allow the authors to confirm the indisputable value of surgical experience got during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) and in particular, the "fourfold" scheme proposed by V. I. Voiachek for the diagnosis and treatment of blind gunshot wounds to the skull base. Computed tomography considerably increases the probability of detection of the exact localization of foreign bodies in complex anatomical structures of the skull and thus facilitates choosing the most rational surgical management. The use of the electro-optical transducer for the extraction of foreign bodies from almost inaccessible areas of the skull base decreases the risk of operation.     

Effects of ArF:excimer laser irradiation on human enamel and dentin

Round enamel and dentin surfaces of sound and carious extracted human teeth were irradiated by an ArF:excimer laser for up to 180 sec. Thermographic measurements indicated that the temperature rise due to heat accumulation caused by laser irradiation on these enamel and dentin surfaces was up to 19 degrees C (10 HZ with 540 J/cm2), and the temperature returned to the preirradiation value within 10 sec after the irradiation was stopped. Under light microscopy, no carbonization was evident on these surfaces, and a simple recess was formed by abrasion or vaporization in the irradiated regions. In the secondary SEM, uniformly distributed fine pores and prism structures appeared slightly on the enamel surfaces. Between the peritubular and the intertubular dentin, there appeared a distinct difference in the dissolved area. The laser almost completely removed carious regions of the enamel and the dentin, and penetration extended beyond the carious regions. In the backscattered electron SEM, highly mineralized layers were observed on the enamel and dentin surfaces dissolved by the laser.     

Use of laser irradiation in the surgical treatment of pulmonary echinococcosis

Unilateral disturbance of nasal respiration was modeled in albino rats. All animals developed deformations of the skull in the sagittal and transversal planes. The pathogenesis of deformations is connected with neurotrophic disorders and injury to the nasal cartilaginous structures responsible for the skull growth.     

Immunologic reactivity of the body after laser irradiation of experimental neoplasms

The irradiation of Garding-Passey and B16 melanomas results in an increased number of antibody-forming cells (AFC) in the spleen and an increased level in blood serum of autoantibodies against antigens of the irradiated tumor and of the liver and kidneys of the same animals, as well. Some increase of these indices was noted also in the irradiation of normal tissues.     

Preventive rehabilitative measures for preserving the health and occupational safety of flight personnel

The existing concept of medical maintenance of flying personnel not takes into account the phase changes of functional condition and professional performance of a pilot. It causes the necessity of additional preventive rehabilitation, directed on restoration and preservation of important professional qualities of the pilots during the training and combat activity. The author offered reasonable system of rehabilitation measures, including indications, means and conditions of correction measures application. Is carried out practical introduction of preventive rehabilitation in system of medical maintenance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The data about its efficiency are given.     

某尾矿库闭库后潜在的风险分析及安全管理措施

尾矿库闭库是指将达到设计要求最终堆积高度,必须停止使用的尾矿库以及一些不得不停止使用的危库或者险库。为避免闭库后,尾矿库出现安全问题,应该针对存在的风险制定出合理有效的管理措施。笔者通过分析尾矿闭库后可能存在的安全风险,并提出了一系列安全管理措施。
