目的:探究冠突散囊菌发酵液与茶多酚复合物对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫功能低下小鼠的影响。方法:用剂量为80 mg/kg的环磷酰胺连续3 d腹腔注射小鼠以建立免疫抑制模型。用高、中、低剂量的冠突散囊菌发酵液与茶多酚复合,连续灌胃免疫抑制小鼠15 d,检测小鼠血液指标、脾脏指数、巨噬细胞吞噬系数、半数溶血值、迟发型变态反应、血清中白介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)质量浓度。结果:冠突散囊菌发酵液与茶多酚复合物能明显提高免疫抑制小鼠白细胞数目、红细胞数目、血红蛋白含量、血清中溶血素水平、IL-2水平,并增强其脏器指数、吞噬细胞的吞噬指数,改善小鼠迟发型变态反应。结论:冠突散囊菌发酵液与茶多酚复合物对小鼠具有免疫增强的功能。  相似文献

目的:研究黑蒜粉对BALB/c小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:采用环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制BALB/c小鼠动物模型,检测不同剂量(100、300、900 mg/kg)黑蒜粉对免疫抑制BALB/c小鼠脾脏、胸腺指数、脾淋巴细胞转化活性、迟发型变态反应能力、抗体生成细胞水平、半数溶血值、碳粒廓清速率、脾细胞中白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-8和IL-12 mRNA表达水平等指标的影响。结果:与模型组相比,黑蒜粉低、中、高剂量组显著提高了小鼠的胸腺指数、抗体生成能力、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力以及脾细胞因子IL-8和IL-12 mRNA的表达量(P<0.05);中、高剂量组显著提升了小鼠的脾脏指数和迟发型变态反应能力(P<0.05);高剂量组则显著增强了小鼠的血清溶血素水平和单核-巨噬细胞吞噬活性(P<0.05)。结论:黑蒜粉具有提高BALB/c小鼠免疫功能的作用。  相似文献

分别以0.15、0.05、0.025 g/mL的亚麻籽油作为高、中、低剂量组,按10 mL/(kg·d)给予小鼠30 d灌胃试验,分析测定小鼠体重、脏体比(胸腺指数、脾指数)、细胞免疫功能(小鼠淋巴细胞转化试验,迟发型变态反应试验)、体液免疫功能(抗体生成细胞试验,血清溶血素测定试验)、单核-巨噬细胞功能(碳廓清试验,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验)和NK细胞活性,以考察亚麻籽油对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:亚麻籽油对小鼠的体重、脏体比、血清溶血素以及单核-巨噬细胞功能无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组比较,中剂量组和高剂量组能够显著提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能(淋巴细胞转化,迟发型变态反应)和NK细胞活性(P<0.05)。研究结果说明亚麻籽油对小鼠具有增强免疫力的功能。  相似文献

优选制备具有调节机体免疫力的人参复方保健酒的最佳制备工艺。通过正交设计,考察乙醇浓度、浸提温度、时间、次数对总皂苷溶出量的影响,优选最佳制备工艺。测定制备样品的小鼠迟发型变态反应能力、血清溶血素值、免疫器官指数、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力。以50%vol乙醇浓度、温度25℃±2℃、浸提10 d、连续2次为最佳工艺。16.67 mL/kg·bw、50.00 mL/kg·bw中、高剂量组能够显著提高小鼠迟发型变态反应能力(P0.05),50.00 mL/kg·bw高剂量组能显著提高小鼠血清溶血素值(P0.05)。表明该制备样品可以调节机体体液和细胞免疫功能,具有显著的增强机体免疫力作用。  相似文献

研究缢蛏多肽(PSC)对环磷酰胺(CTX)所致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响.用CTX腹腔注射制备小鼠免疫功能低下模型,小鼠以灌胃法给予不同剂量的PSC,观察小鼠免疫器官指数、单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾淋巴细胞增殖、抗体生成细胞含量、血清溶血素水平.PSC能明显提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫器官指数、单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾淋巴细胞增殖指数、抗体生成细胞含量、血清溶血素水平.结果表明:PSC对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能具有改善作用.  相似文献

为进一步开发冠突散囊菌的药理活性,该研究将冠突散囊菌与木霉共同发酵,通过不同体积分数的乙醇对混合发酵液化学活性部位进行追踪,并结合液质联用(LC-MS)技术对活性部位化合物组成进行分析,通过四氮甲基唑蓝(MTT)比色法、中性红吞噬实验及酶联免疫吸附测定方法分别研究冠突散囊菌与木霉混合发酵液活性部位对小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7增殖、吞噬以及分泌细胞因子的能力的影响。结果表明,冠突散囊菌与木霉混合发酵液体积分数70%乙醇提取部位有较好的免疫活性,该部位含有大黄素、芥子碱等生物活性成分。与阳性对照组脂多糖相比,500 μg/mL冠突散囊菌与木霉混合发酵液的体积分数70%乙醇提物能够使小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7增殖率提高12%,增强小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7吞噬中性红的能力,并能促进NO及细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α的分泌。  相似文献

目的:探讨虫草灵芝孢子粉复合物对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:实验将虫草灵芝孢子粉分为低、中、高3个剂量组,并设置对照组,分别喂饲小鼠30d,观察小鼠体质量及免疫器官指数变化、迟发型变态反应(DTH)、ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化能力、血清溶血素生成、碳廓清能力和巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力6个项目。结果:与对照组比较,虫草灵芝孢子粉高剂量组显著提高小鼠胸腺指数,低、中剂量组显著提高小鼠迟发型变态反应,高剂量组显著提高小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖能力,提示虫草灵芝孢子粉能增强小鼠特异性免疫应答。低、中剂量组还能显著提高巨噬细胞碳廓清能力和吞噬鸡红细胞能力,提示虫草灵芝孢子粉可增强正常小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力,增强小鼠非特异性免疫应答。结论:虫草灵芝孢子粉复合物能增强小鼠特异性免疫作用和非特异性免疫作用,具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
