毛细管色谱预排／切割进样技术及其应用

介绍了Ｐ－Ｅ公司的预排／切割进样技术。大量容可剂进行毛细管柱前排出气相色谱系,因而可以加大进样量以提高痕量分析的灵敏度和进样量最大可达１５０μＬ检测限可下降１－２个数量级。给出了实际样品的分析结果。     

GC／MS／MS分析技术在石油地球化学研究中的应用

In Chinese petroleum geochemistry domain, GC/MS/MS technology is getting more and more attention from organic geochemist. We use this technology to measure some rock and oil sample taken from Liaohe or Tarim basin. We identified many series of biomarker with dividing-era significance. These series are C26 steranes, C30 methylsteranes; and methly hopanoid alkanes, hexacyclic hopanoid alkanes, which two series were measured first by our laboratory in China. More over, these biomarker components are not been found by GC/MS analysis method because of their tiny quantities. At the same time, on the others, research base, we lay particular emphasis on measuring and researching some new and with special geology significent biomarker. In order to put GC/MS/MS technology into a further application and research in petroleum exploration and development.     

GC／MS分析黄杨花精油成份

Evonymusjoponica Thunb. belongs to the pant of Celastraceae and spreads in China broad. The root of this plant is used as medicine usually. It can regulate menstrual cycle and clear up blood lump. The whole plant is often cultivated as green fence. The flower blossoms from June to July. During this time the flower can attract a lot of the fly of Lucitia sericata, even the flower covered by fly. This phenomenon is strange and is interested by us. Because the components of the flower have not been reported as yet, we identified them by means of GC/MS.

烹饪过程中油烟雾有机物组分的GC／MS测定

本文以活性炭、Ｔｅｎａｘ－ＧＣ为固体吸附剂，以色谱／质谱联用仪为手段，对普通二级豆油及五脱油在烹饪过程中产生的油烟雾中有机物组分进行了测定。结果表明五脱油比二级豆油向环境排放的污染物浓度低、种类少，有益于环境保护和烹饪者的健康。     

鸡蛋中己烯雌酚的GC／MS法分析测定

文章用GC／MS法对鸡蛋中的己烯雌酚的残存量进行了分析。发现已烯雌酚在鸡蛋中几乎都残存于蛋黄内。其检出限为0．05ppm。     

辽宁不同地区的大蒜挥发油成分GC／MS分析

The volatile oil constituents of the Allium Sativeum with Liaoning different districts were analyzed by GC/MS.The results indicate that there are a lot of same volatile constituents of the AlliumSativum with different districts, moreover, the different of the volatile constituents with the different districts are obviously.     

GC／MS／CPU联用技术在海军军事医学中的应用

The article mainly introduced the application of GC/MS/CPU technique in navy military medicine. Firstly, qualitative study of components existing in the air of navy special environment and qualitative analysis of hazardous substances produced in special circumstance and on special conditions; Due to the study, the number and classification of the components in the air could be made clear, the source of air pollution and pathway could be found, varying rule of concentration could be made obvious, and the aim of overall assessment and control of the air quality could be realized. Secondly, analytical study of released substances from nonmetallic material used by ships; the study was fundamental work for assessment of ship-used material toxicity of ship-used materials and presented data for modeling, screening and first choice of the material. Thirdly, qualitative analysis of some special substances from crew's metabolic products; the study was the key to studying effects of hazardous materials on crew's body. Pathway of the materials entering the body, mechanism and metabolic process might be made clear by the study, which could presented bases for prevention and treatment of crew's special disease. Fourthly, analysis of ingredients and structure of drugs and health-care food; the study was to present necessary technique consults for research, development and production of new products.

Essential oil of Curcuma Longal was extracted by SFE CO2, in this article the condition was given. The analysis result by GC/MS showed the essential oil contains 63 constituents, which structure was identified by HP5973MSD. Through this article conclusion was taken that SFE superior to the traditional methods.

用GC／MS测定大葱挥发油中的化学成分

本工作采用水蒸汽蒸馏法，分别从大葱的葱白、葱叶、葱花中提取挥发油，用毛细管气相色谱－质谱法定性鉴别了挥发油中的１８种化学成分。主要成分有：二甲基二硫醚、二甲基三硫醚、甲基丙基二硫醚、甲基丙基三硫醚、甲基丙烯基二硫醚、甲基丙烯基三硫醚、丙基丙烯基二硫醚、丙基丙烯基三硫醚、二丙基三硫醚等含硫化合物，以及２－甲基－２戊烯醛、２－十三酮等含氧化合物。文中还比较了大葱挥发油和洋葱挥发油中化学成分的相对含量。

本文介绍间苯氧基苯甲醛产品及其原料的GC/MS分析。该系列化合物和它的衍生物的质谱均出现较强的分子离子峰,文中列出了检测到的十六种化合物,并根据基峰的变化确定氯原子取代的位置是在苯环上或是取代在甲基上。此外,还对间苯氧基苯甲醛生产过程中存在的副反应进行了推导,给出三类副反应式,并在GC/MS实验结果中得到证实。

尿中苯丙酮酸的GC／MS定量测定方法

采用患儿自身尿，人为地加入一定量的苯丙酮酸做为辅助标样，和标样及患儿尿一起在完全相同的条件下进行化学衍生化处理后，作GC／MS定量分析，通过计算可求得患儿尿中的苯丙酮酸含量，此法克服了苯丙酮酸在尿中和在标准有机酸混合物中由于衍生化结果不同而给定量带来的困难，成功地解决了尿中苯丙胡酸的定量测定方法问题。
