基于LABVIEW的虚拟仪器平台建立数据采集系统,实现了对齿轮进行全生命周期实验过程中采集到大量振动信号数据,提出使用时域分析法(时域同步平均)与频域分析法(功率谱)相结合的信号处理方法对振动信号数据按齿轮可能出现的各种运行状态加以分类,从而有重点的应用倒频谱法对已经出现故障的齿轮箱振动信号进行分析,倒频谱的边频带频谱识别能力有助于研究啮合频率及边频特征,进而准确诊断出齿轮故障性质,并定位出故障齿轮。实验结果得到的齿轮各阶段运行状态数据在工程中很实用,具体涉及齿轮状态判断、故障阈值设定、故障识别及定位等用途。 相似文献

An analogue wattmeter has been developed for direct measurement of electrical power dissipation at the discharge gap during electrical discharge machining (EDM). A microcomputer samples power and corresponding gap voltage at regular intervals. Digitally encoded waveforms, which represent blocks of continuous power and voltage pulse trains, are stored on floppy disks for subsequent display and analysis. The advantage of using this microcomputer-based integrated measurement system is the ability to capture both typical and random events or phenomena in EDM and also to extract and process information from the digitized waveforms which represent characteristics of these events.In this investigation, samples of power and voltage pulse characteristics during four EDM tests have been recorded, analysed for unit and time-averaged variations and meticulously studied with the aid of the microcomputer-based system. Power and voltage waveforms have been reconstructed from the digital data and are suitably displayed. Random and systematic or cyclic variations as shown by the analysed data, together with the corresponding reconstructed waveforms, are presented. Reasons for the variations are discussed in the light of similar observations verified by other researchers.This paper reports part of a continuing programme involving the use of microcomputer-based measurement systems for both on-line monitoring and off-line analysis of the EDM process. 相似文献

采用焊接电信号采集系统与高速摄像系统对SAF2507超级双相不锈钢CMT + P(冷金属过渡 + 脉冲)熔滴过渡过程进行观测研究. 分析了CMT与CMT + P过程在不同送丝速度WFS下的熔滴过渡行为、波形变化机理与能量输入特征,揭示了CMT + P熔滴过渡特性. 结果表明:CMT + P实际波形图与理论上有多处不同;熔滴形状与尺寸、过渡形式、熔池的波动状态、焊丝端部到工件的距离及飞溅等都能影响电压的波动,电压波形图可以用来指导分析熔滴过渡行为;脉冲阶段对热输入起主要影响作用,调节脉冲峰值电流、脉冲基值电流、脉冲个数,可实现热输入的控制. 相似文献

目的 分析不同电极运动形式下,电极与基体之间接触状态的变化,研究其对电火花堆焊放电机理的影响.方法 通过旋转电极连续放电试验、超声振动电极连续放电试验、旋转电极与超声振动电极的沉积效率试验,对旋转电极和超声振动电极的连续放电电压和电流波形、电极与基体的接触状态和相对运动进行了分析.结果 旋转电极的放电类型有短路放电、间隙放电和1种混合放电,超声振动电极的放电类型有短路放电、间隙放电和6种混合放电.在放电参数相同的条件下,旋转电极的短路放电平均电流为11.29 kA,间隙放电平均电流为6.9 kA,转移系数为79%;超声振动电极的短路放电平均电流为6.0 kA,间隙放电平均电流为3.66 kA,转移系数为92%.结论 电极的运动形式直接影响电极与基体接触点之间接触状态(即接触间隙、接触面积和接触电阻等)的变化,从而影响其放电类型、放电电流和沉积效率等.旋转电极和基体之间为切向旋转运动,接触点处的电阻小且间隙变化小,放电电流较大而放电类型较少.超声振动电极与基体之间为上下超声振动,接触点处的电阻大,间隙变化范围大且变化速度快,放电电流较小而放电类型较多. 相似文献

通过熔池的动态观测可以获得焊接过程的稳定性和连续性等信息.熔池的动态观测目前基本上停留在试验室阶段,焊接现场对熔池进行观测在改进工艺和指导生产等方面更具意义.针对焊接现场焊接电源不能修改,非计算机可控,电流电压波形未知等问题,在焊接现场建立了一套焊接熔池图像动态检测系统.根据焊接现场脉冲GTAW的特点,采用"外同步取像"方式确定了焊接现场取像的关键制约因素--取像时刻;并利用电弧光谱分析建立了减小弧光干扰的复合滤光系统;在适合的取像时刻,CCD摄像系统配合复合滤光系统,在焊接现场检测到了清晰的熔池图像. 相似文献

Magneto-acoustic emission is generally found to be dependent on microstructural and compositional parameters. It is also sensitive to stress. In order to explore the potential of the MAE technique in nondestructive evaluation of ferromagnetic materials, experiments were conducted using a C-core electromagnet to magnetize samples of pipeline steel. The observed MAE, which depends on the macroscopic magnetic properties, was also found to depend on the sample size. The observed MAE waveforms for different sizes were analysed in terms of the field dependence of their rms voltage, pulse-height distribution and power spectral density. It was found that the true MAE response of the samples is distorted by interference from other acoustic interactions in the samples. The various parameters used to quantigy the MAE response are also discussed. 相似文献
