陶瓷膜管在高温条件下具有优良的性能,采用陶瓷膜管过滤器对脉冲喷吹参数对陶瓷膜管过滤器过滤性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,过滤速度、脉冲压力、脉冲宽度等参数对陶瓷膜管过滤器内金属矿粉的过滤效率影响不大,过滤效率基本维持在99.9%以上。但过滤速度对陶瓷膜管过滤器的压降影响十分显著,当过滤速度低于1.5 m/min时,20 ms的脉冲宽度和0.4 MPa的脉冲压力可以满足陶瓷膜管的再生要求;当过滤速度达到2 m/min时,20 ms脉冲宽度和0.5 MPa脉冲压力或30 ms脉冲宽度和0.4 MPa脉冲压力可以满足陶瓷膜管再生要求。 相似文献

介绍了以堇青石多孔陶瓷过滤管为核心的陶瓷过滤装置,并与小型生物质流化床气化炉进行联动实验,考察了生物质粗燃气流量、燃气温度及反吹对陶瓷管过滤效果的影响,并总结了运行过程中存在的问题。实验结果表明:陶瓷管的压降随着粗燃气流量Q增大而明显升高且上升速度加快,当Q=14.8Nm3/h时,陶瓷管压降在900s内由初始值约3000Pa上升到10000Pa以上,陶瓷管的过滤效率偏低,仅为76.2%,反吹对陶瓷管的再生效果明显,但焦油的影响使陶瓷管过滤低温燃气时很难正常工作。 相似文献

操作参数对陶瓷过滤管脉冲反吹清灰过程的影响 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
在由单根陶瓷过滤管组成的实验装置上,利用U形管压差计及压阻式压力传感器分别测定了过滤含粉煤灰气体时滤管内外压差和脉冲反吹时滤管内的瞬态压力. 结果表明,在进入连续稳定循环过程后,单根滤管在各个循环的清灰效率仍存在较大的波动.在过滤参数不变而仅改变反吹参数的情况下,可依据反吹压力波形正压峰值来判断清灰效率的优劣. 同时分析了重要操作参数对反吹压力波形及清灰效率的影响. 指出脉冲宽度对清灰效率几乎没有影响;在满足清灰要求的前提下,再提高反吹压力对清灰并没有明显的改善效果;而过高的过滤速度对清灰效率极为不利,会导致过滤循环操作无法正常进行. 相似文献

A centrifugal separator was constructed to examine the effect of flue gas humidity on the adhesional force between fabric
and collected dust. A lab-scale fabric filter sampling system (FFSS) was also manufactured by using a piece of flat fabric
as a sample of bag material. In addition, an automatic control system for gas humidity was devised and installed in the FFSS,
and, then, the following effects were studied: (i) the influence of gas humidity on the adhesional force between fabric and
dust particles; (ii) the influence of gas humidity on the performance of fabric filter in terms of pressure drop, ΔP, dust
removal efficiency, η, and specific cake resistance, K′2; (iii) the variations in the composite-performance indices with gas humidity; and (iv) the influence of gas humidity on cleaning
of dust-cake in terms of effective residual pressure drop. The main objectives were to determine the minimum and maximum values
for the gas humidity range and to find the appropriate conditions for dust cleaning in terms of the critical value of effective

通过冷模实验,改变移动床表观气速、颗粒循环速率、入口气体含尘浓度等操作参数,研究了轴向移动床过滤器的压降特性和合适的操作条件,结合移动床内气固两相运动特点,修正了Ergun公式,在加尘条件下分析了床内滤饼对压降稳定性的影响。结果表明,在无尘负荷条件下(“纯”移动床操作),颗粒的循环速率由0增至2.26 kg/(m2?s)时,设备的压降减小0.03 kPa。表观气速为0.126 m/s、入口气体含尘浓度为89.10 g/m3时,移动床内滤饼形成和破损呈动态平衡,过滤500 s后,压降可稳定在0.88 kPa,此时设备具有较高的除尘性能,粉尘捕集效率可达96%以上。 相似文献

通过大型冷模实验,考察了入口粉尘浓度对某连续操作新型旋流-颗粒床耦合分离器压降和除尘效率的影响特性。结果表明,入口粉尘浓度越大,达到平衡时分离器的压降越大,压降增速越快,入口粉尘浓度为59.13 g/m3时,分离器平衡压降最大为1.2 kPa;入口粉尘浓度越低,分离器分离效率越高。分离器颗粒床层内捕集颗粒含尘量与再生效率有关,再生尘源浓度越小,分离器压降达到平衡越快。当再生尘源浓度由58.18%降至23.67%,装置压降由1.5 kPa降至1.2 kPa;随着再生尘源浓度降低,分离器除尘效率略微下降。入口粉尘浓度和再生尘源浓度对分离器压降影响的结果一致,对分离器效率影响的结果不同。 相似文献

通过改变表观气速U、颗粒循环速率W、粉尘/捕集颗粒比R等操作参数,考察了大差异颗粒空气分级设备在设置内构件前后的压降和分级效率的变化。结果表明,自由床时,压降随表观气速的增大而增大,分离效率在U=0.27 m/s时达到最大值87%。捕集颗粒循环量对压降的影响较小,分级效率随W的增大而持续下降。粉尘/捕集颗粒比较低时,压降无变化,但增大至超过约翰逊网的阻塞限度后,操作压降呈指数型增长,分级效率迅速下降。设置内构件后,由于其起到了整流和分布作用,设备压降和分级效率的变化不如自由床时敏感,拓宽了可操作的粉尘/捕集颗粒比范围,但缩小了可操作的表观气速范围。将设备实际压降划分为约翰逊网压降、颗粒摩擦压降、气体出口压降三个部分,基于实验结果,给出了计算压降的模型。 相似文献

A hybrid dust-collector combining electrostatic charging with fabric filtration was developed and its performance characteristics
were evaluated. Charged particles build porous dendritic structure on the filter surface by electrostatic attraction, increasing
the collection efficiency of dust particles and reducing the pressure drop through the deposited dust layer and filter media.
The cleaning performance of the dust layer is improved because the dendritic structured dust layer may be removed more easily
by pulse jet cleaning flow. The results of the experiment showed a reduction of fine particle emission by 37% and 13% energy

在冷模实验装置上考察了气液逆喷洗涤器的除尘效率,研究了液气体积比、洗涤液喷头入口压力及进口粉尘质量浓度对除尘效率的影响。结果表明,除尘效率随液气体积比、洗涤液入口压力和进口粉尘质量浓度的增加而增大;在液气体积比大于6 L/m3时,气液逆喷洗涤器的除尘效率便可达99%以上;对于1—5μm的可吸入颗粒,其粒级效率大于97.5%;对5μm以上粒子,粒级效率则为100%。对洗涤器粒级除尘效率的理论计算显示,计算值与实验测量值吻合较好。文中的计算可用于气液逆喷洗涤器的性能预估。 相似文献

A high performance KIER-type CYBAGFILTER that combines a fabric filtration and centrifugal dust removal technology was developed
to enhance the performance of conventional filtration systems. Based on the performance evaluation results obtained from a
pilot-scale test and fluid dynamic computer simulation, a test CYBAGFILTER of 18,000 m3/hr capacity was installed in the clinker calcination process of Ssangyong Cement Co. located at Yongwol, Korea. Membrane
filters for surface filtration were applied and evaluated. After 12-month operation, the mean pressure drop was maintained
at 70–80 mmH2O, the collection efficiency was more than 99.8%, and the outlet dust concentration was less than 5 mg/Sm3. With an operating pressure drop of 100 mmH2O, the cleaning interval was much longer than that of conventional ones, promising the prolongation of filter life.
