目的分析产品设计中人机工程学与产品语义学的相互区别与联系,研究在产品设计中合理协调处理两者关系的方法。方法通过对人机工程学和产品语义学研究内容、研究方法及在产品设计中的表现形式的讨论,结合案例分析,对两者的相互影响进行探讨;将产品设计对象划分为满足基本使用功能的形态设计与满足非基本使用功能的形态设计两类,对设计中协调处理人机学与语义学的方法进行讨论。结论归纳总结了人机工程学和产品语义学在产品形态设计中的区别与联系,提出了在产品设计中协调处理人机工程学和产品语义学要素的具体指导意见。 相似文献

This paper describes full-wave analysis of piezoelectric boundary acoustic waves (PBAWs) propagating along a metallic grating sandwiched between 2 semi-infinite layers. In the analysis, the finite element method (FEM) is used for the grating region while the spectral domain analysis (SDA) is applied for an isotropic overlay region as well as a piezoelectric substrate region. The combination of the FEM and SDA makes the numerical analysis very fast and precise. As an example, the analysis was made on the PBAWs propagating in an SiO2 overlay/ Cu grating/rotated Y-cut LiNbO3 structure. It is shown that both the shear-horizontal (SH) type and Rayleigh-type PBAWs are supported in the structure, and that their velocities are very close to each other. Thus spurious responses due to the Rayleigh-type PBAW should completely be suppressed for device implementation. Discussions are made in detail on the influence of Cu grating thickness, substrate rotation angle, and metallization ratio on excitation and propagation characteristics of the SH- and Rayleigh-type PBAWs. 相似文献

Two ultrasonic inspection procedures are presented for evaluating metal-to-metal structural adhesive joints by their efficiency. The first procedure, based on ultrasonic scanning with a high-focus probe, has been used to detect microporosity and non-homogeneity of the adhesive and areas showing poor bonding. By the other approach, based on ultrasonic spectrum analysis, an evaluation has been made of bond strength, since this property is intimately related to spectrum analysis values. The tests were performed on joints made in commercial aluminium sheet. Three different two-part adhesives were used, each mixed in four different proportions to produce a range of results. 相似文献

为了保证自密实高强混凝土框架结构在抗震地区应用的安全性,采用MTS伺服加载系统进行了二榀单层单跨框架在拟静力荷载作用下的抗震性能试验研究.在混凝土强度相近、配筋与构件尺寸一样的情况下,对比分析自密实高强混凝土框架与普通高强混凝土框架的抗震性能.在试验中观测了自密实混凝土和普通混凝土框架的裂缝开展情况、破坏过程、结构的荷载-位移滞回曲线、钢筋与混凝土应变等,对自密实混凝土框架结构抗震性能的分析研究可为自密实混凝土框架结构的工程应用提供设计参考. 相似文献

In this study, bulk net-shape pure magnesium was fabricated by selective laser melting (SLM). Effects of Mg particle size and processing parameters on the properties of SLM specimens were investigated. The scan speed and laser power were optimized based on macro-observation of the forming process and resulted specimens. Through the comparison analysis of topology, density, and micro-hardness, it was found that the bulk magnesium specimen made of ?250 mesh powder showed better results than that made of ?400 mesh powder. The relative densities of both SLM specimens were over 95%, and their micro-hardness values were higher than that of as-cast magnesium. It was also revealed that the scanning time interval (STI), as a relatively new processing parameter, had an obvious effect on the properties of SLM bulk magnesium in terms of surface morphology, roughness, and micro-hardness. 相似文献
