针对舰船装备可靠性分配工作中具有多种影响因素且部分影响因素较难定量分析的问题,提出了一种基于AHP、模糊综合评判和区间分析的可靠性模糊综合分配方法.采用模糊综合评判构建了系统的可靠性分配模型,并设计出分配的技术路线;综合分析了8种影响可靠性分配的因素及其量化方法,并采用AHP构造了系统的可靠性分配递阶层次模型;采用区间数代替单一数值来表达模糊信息,并将定量分析与定性分析相结合,合理利用专家经验和相似系统的可靠性数据来确定判断矩阵和各影响因素的权重,从而有效解决了舰船装备可靠性模糊综合分配过程中的不确定性问题.最后,以某型舰电力系统可靠性分配为例,研究表明:该方法可操作性强、分配合理有效,具有较好的工程实践指导意义.  相似文献

Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) is a safety and reliability technique that is widely used to evaluate, design, and process a system against diverse possible ways through which the potential failure has a tendency to occur. In conventional FMEA, the risk evaluation is determined by risk priority number (RPN) obtained by multiplying of three risk factors—severity, occurrence, and detection. However, because of many shortages in conventional FMEA, the RPN scores have been widely criticized along issues bothering on ambiguity and vagueness, scoring, appraising, evaluating, and selecting corrective actions. In this paper, we propose a new integrated fuzzy smart FMEA framework where the combination of fuzzy set theory, analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used, respectively, to handle uncertainty and to increase the reliability of the risk assessment. These are achieved by employing a heterogeneous group of experts and determining the efficiency of FMEA mode with adequate priority and corrective actions using RPN, time, and cost as indicators. A numerical example (aircraft landing system) is provided to exemplify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model. The outputs of the proposed model compared with the conventional risk assessment technique results show its effectiveness, reliability, and propensity for real applications.  相似文献

In conventional fault tree analysis (FTA), the ambiguous and imprecise events such as human errors tend not to be handled effectively. To overcome this disadvantage, a hybrid approach employing fuzzy set evaluation and probabilistic estimation for FTA is proposed to evaluate abnormal events. The safety problem of unexpected robot motion in an aircraft wing drilling system was analyzed using the proposed method. Manufacturing of aircraft structural parts has the characteristics of multiple varieties, complex structures and small batches, which make the manufacturing resource allocation highly difficult. This paper proposes a manufacturing resource allocation method with knowledge-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, considering multiple manufacturing resources including process planners, machine tools and cutting tools, as well as manufacturing process schemes of aircraft structural parts. Knowledge in terms of experts’ experience and historical data is used for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A manufacturing resource allocation model is proposed based on the analysis of manufacturing processes of aircraft structural parts. The capability of planners, the complexity of structural parts, the reliability of machine tools, the reliability of cutting tools and the correlations between manufacturing resources and structural parts are evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Multiple manufacturing resources are allocated based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results. A prototype system has been implemented and a case study is used to validate the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors examine an essential problem of contemporary architecture, namely, that of complexity and contradiction. The complex and contradictory architecture considered here is that which is based on the richness and ambiguity of modern experience as well as on the perpetual imprecision and fuzziness of human experience. Such an architecture is a valid one which evokes many levels of meaning and combinations of focus, and whose space and elements become readable and workable in many ways at a single instance.The concept of a ‘fuzzy structure’ is developed for the purpose of analysis and synthesis of architectural complexities and contradictions. It is then shown in passing that, under appropriate semantics, the fuzzy algebra of Kandel and the fuzzy system of Zimmermann are ‘components’ — and hence special interpretative realizations — of the fuzzy structure.  相似文献

目的 为了解决产品触感体验过程中认知模糊性强、感官实验被试负担重、难以清晰描述情感—产品物理属性关系等问题。方法 首先,通过焦点小组得到了若干描述触感的形容词集合,并基于相似性评估实验与多维尺度分析,聚类得到了释义触觉综合情感的若干情感因素;然后,通过触觉评价实验,得到了触觉综合情感与各情感因素的感性数据,并建立了触觉综合情感与各情感因素的多重线性回归方程;接着,对各物理属性进行主成分分析,将物理属性主成分与各情感因素进行相关性分析。结果 结合层次化思想,通过感官实验与数理统计方法,建立了“触觉综合情感—情感因素—物理属性”评价模型,得到了各物理属性对触感影响的排序。结论 对触感等强模糊性认知过程进行了深入解析,清晰化了模糊的触感体验,为产品触觉体验评估与设计提供了参考。  相似文献

数控磨床砂轮架系统故障树分析中的一大难点是确定基本事件的发生概率,基本事件的发生情况存在模糊性且由于时间和成本的限制往往无法通过实验获得足够的可靠性数据。为了解决这一问题,引入模糊集合论,用梯形模糊数来描述故障树分析中的基本事件和顶事件的发生概率。首先对数控磨床砂轮架系统的结构层次进行分析,建立砂轮架系统的故障树。然后以砂轮架系统主轴振动异响为例进行模糊故障树分析,求解顶事件发生概率的梯形模糊数;并类比传统故障树分析中"临界重要度"的概念,定义适用于模糊故障树分析的"模糊临界重要度"。最后根据求解的模糊临界重要度对基本事件进行排序,确定危害程度较高的基本事件,结果与企业的实际情况相符合。结果表明该方法能够有效解决数控磨床故障树分析中基本事件难于准确赋值的问题,为企业提高机械系统的可靠性提供了一种定量依据。  相似文献

A new procedure allowing the probabilistic evaluation and optimization of the man–machine system is presented. This procedure and the resulting expert system HEROS, which is an acronym for Human Error Rate Assessment and Optimizing System, is based on the fuzzy set theory. Most of the well-known procedures employed for the probabilistic evaluation of human factors involve the use of vague linguistic statements on performance shaping factors to select and to modify basic human error probabilities from the associated databases. This implies a large portion of subjectivity. Vague statements are expressed here in terms of fuzzy numbers or intervals which allow mathematical operations to be performed on them. A model of the man–machine system is the basis of the procedure. A fuzzy rule-based expert system was derived from ergonomic and psychological studies. Hence, it does not rely on a database, whose transferability to situations different from its origin is questionable. In this way, subjective elements are eliminated to a large extent. HEROS facilitates the importance analysis for the evaluation of human factors, which is necessary for optimizing the man–machine system. HEROS is applied to the analysis of a simple diagnosis of task of the operating personnel in a nuclear power plant.  相似文献
