为了提高客车DC600 V供电电源的功率因数,减小输出电压的波动,对主电路提出了基于"二极管不控整流+IGBT降压斩波"的设计。通过对主电路的PSIM仿真,表明该电路能够大幅提高DC600 V电源的功率因数,而且使输出电压稳定在600 V左右,达到了设计目的,能满足对客车供电的质量需求,保证用电设备的正常工作。  相似文献

In this paper, a vibration suppression strategy is proposed for improving the riding comfort of an elevator, using car acceleration feedback compensation. The vertical vibration of a lift car is mainly caused by the resonance of elastic ropes between the car and the sheave, and the resonant frequency of the system is dependent upon both passenger load and lift position. To suppress the vibration of a lift car, the car velocity or acceleration is needed, but only a sheave velocity is measurable in a practical situation. The proposed method applies an extended full-order observer for the simultaneous estimation of car acceleration and the identification of mechanical parameters. Acceleration feedback compensation is used for the vibration suppression control. Experimental evaluation has been performed with a 30 kVA insulated gate bipolar transistor inverter and a medium-speed elevator system in an elevator test tower. The author points out that the optimum choice of voltage involves trade-offs between cost, safety, economy performance and function. The obvious choice is 24 V, which is used in commercial vehicles. A novel zero-voltage and zero-current-switching (ZVZCS) full-bridge (FB) pulsewidth-modulated (PWM) power converter is proposed. The new converter uses the interwinding capacitance and a small primary-side inductor to achieve a zero-current-zero-voltage turn off and a zero-current turn on of the passive-to-active leg transistors. The turn off of the active-to-passive leg transistors is with zero voltage, and the turn on is with zero voltage and zero current across them. The ringing caused by the parasitic interwinding capacitance and by the reverse recovery of the rectifiers is reduced. The new converter is attractive for high-output-voltage applications (600-1000 V), where the interwinding capacitance is sufficiently dominant. In addition, switches such as insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and MCTs can be used at higher frequencies which is particularly desirable for high-power application (above 2 kW). The experimental results obtained from an IGBT-based 62.5-kHz DC/DC power converter with a rated output voltage of 600 V and a nominal power of 1.2 kW are presented  相似文献

以瑞萨超级MCU模型车大赛为背景,设计并实现了一种智能车自动寻迹系统。采用瑞萨16位微控制器H8/3048F作为核心控制单元,使用光电对管RPR220采集路面信息,自动控制舵机转向,并对直流电机转速进行PID调节,从而实现智能车稳定、快速的行驶。实验结果表明,该套设计方案简单可靠,具有良好的控制性,满足设计要求。  相似文献

Performance characteristics of a semi-active ER (electro-rheological) suspension system are evaluated through the field test of a passenger car. Four ER shock absorbers are designed and manufactured for both front and rear parts, and their field-dependent damping properties are investigated. Subsequently, four independent skyhook controllers associated with ER shock absorbers are formulated by considering the vertical motions of the body and wheel of the car to be tested. Both ride comfort and steering stability of the car are evaluated via the field test showing bump and squat test responses.  相似文献

针对解决载有交流电动机的电动车车载电源的直交流电压转换问题,本论文在分析了逆变器结构和原理的基础上,提出了DC-DC-AC的设计思路,采用高频变压器、PWM和SPWM技术搭载控制电路,将车载48 V铅酸电池电压升压,再经过逆变,得到纯正弦交流电压;同时本论文给出了高频变压器和滤波电路的参数选定方法。最后实验结果表明48 V铅酸电池经过升压和逆变,可输出频率为50 Hz,幅值为220 V的纯正弦交流电压;同时实物电路具有体积小、设计成本低、输出交流电压稳定、带载能力强的良好性能。  相似文献
