冶金新技术与新材料教学案例库建设

依托校企合作项目,加强应用实践能力培养案例;依托科研项目和科技奖项,加强技术引领案例;依据社会发展需求和技术进步,加强前沿技术探索案例。对案例库主要结构进行设计,对案例库实施过程提出建议,为研究生课程理论与实践相结合的教学模式打下良好基础。     

通过加强导师队伍建设提高全日制工程硕士研究生培养质量

介绍国外研究生导师制度,根据我国目前研究生导师队伍现状,分析全日制工程硕士研究生导师队伍建设的紧迫性,给出全日制工程硕士研究生导师队伍建设的对策与建议,即高校人才引进、创新实践型导师的培养、依托优势学科加强导师组建设、实行学术休假制度进行导师培训、建立合理的兼职导师引入机制和严格导师遴选以及健全导师监督制度等六个方面.     

金属材料工程多尺度数值模拟课程案例库建设

针对材料工程专业学位研究生金属材料工程多尺度数值模拟课程内容和特点,提出课程教学案例库的建设意义、原则和方案。基于案例选择的真实性、典型性、客观性、时效性和创新性原则,选择了来源于科研项目和工程实践的10个案例。结合“5010型精密滚珠丝杠热处理工艺”教学案例,分析了案例设计中应包含的案例背景、主要内容、知识拓展等组成要素。金属材料工程多尺度数值模拟案例库建设可为材料工程领域专业学位研究生其它课程案例库建设提供有益的参考。     

案例教学在工程经济学课程教学中的应用

采用案例教学模式,师生共同参与案例库建设,以若干案例为主线贯穿整个教学过程,培养学生工程经济意识,树立以人民为中心的经济发展理念。以市场为前提、经济为目标、技术为手段,将经济分析的基本方法运用于实践,使学生成为既懂技术又懂经济的复合型人才。     

奥氏体不锈钢应力腐蚀断裂诊断专家系统案例库

在收集400多个奥氏体不锈钢应力腐蚀失效的典型断裂事故案例的基础上,建立了应力腐蚀断裂诊断专家系统(Estar-1系统)的案例库,并从这些案例中提取相应的应力腐蚀断裂的经验规则,进行推理设计,运用这个案例库不仅能对奥氏体不锈钢应力腐蚀断裂失效进行辅助诊断,而且能提出相应的防护措施。     

基于学生创新素质培养的机械原理课程案例教学研究

在机械原理课程教学中,不仅要传授机械的知识,更要注重培养学生的创新思维。从理论和实践的角度探讨了如何在机械原理教学中恰当地运用案例教学法,以激起学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的创新能力。

随着稀土材料科学和摩擦学研究的发展 ,近来许多材料工作者注意到了稀土润滑材料的摩擦学性能 ,并开展了一些积极的研究工作。主要讨论了稀土合金、稀土无机化合物、以及稀土配合物的摩擦学研究和作用机制 ,并对稀土润滑材料今后的发展提出了一些建议     

Incremental Validity Principles in Test Construction.

The authors articulate 5 basic principles for enhancing incremental validity, both among elements within a test and between tests, during test construction: (a) careful, precise articulation of each element or facet within the content domain; (b) reliable measurement of each facet through use of multiple, alternate-form items; (c) examination of incremental validity at the facet level rather than the broad construct level; (d) use of items that represent single facets rather than combinations of facets; and (e) empirical examination of whether there is a broad construct or a combination of separate constructs. Using these principles, the authors offer specific suggestions for modifications in 3 classic test construction approaches: (a) criterion keying, (b) inductive test construction, and (c) deductive test construction. Construction Engineering Approach for Lunar Base Development

Studies on lunar base construction conducted by the writers' research group are summarized. A desirable lunar base design was first discussed by employing a systems engineering approach and by defining an evolutionary scenario, which emphasized resource utilization. Several lunar-base-related concepts were examined from the viewpoint of construction engineering including construction materials, structural design, and construction methods. The research also addressed resource utilization for the production of oxygen and construction materials. A commericial approach toward future lunar development is proposed.

Lunar‐Base Construction Equipment and Methods Evaluation

A process for evaluating lunar‐base construction equipment and methods concepts is presented. The process is driven by the need for more quantitative, systematic, and logical methods for assessing further research and development requirements in an area where uncertainties are high, dependence upon terrestrial heuristics is questionable, and quantitative methods are seldom applied. Decision theory concepts are used in determining the value of accurate information and the process is structured as a construction‐equipment‐and‐methods selection methodology. Total construction‐related, earth‐launch mass is the measure of merit chosen for mathematical modeling purposes. The work is based upon the scope of the lunar base as described in the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Office of Exploration's “Exploration Studies Technical Report, FY 1989 Status.” Nine sets of conceptually designed construction equipment are selected as alternative concepts. It is concluded that the evaluation process is well suited for assisting in the establishment of research agendas in an approach that is first broad, with a low level of detail, followed by more‐detailed investigations into areas that are identified as critical due to high degrees of uncertainty and sensitivity.
