The melt rheological properties of talc-filled isotactic polypropylene have been studied at talc concentrations of 0–33.3 vol% and at 493 K. The composites followed a power law model in the shear stress–shear rate dependence and were shear thinning. The apparent melt viscosity increased whereas the melt elasticity parameter “first normal stress difference” decreased as the talc concentration increased. Surface modification of the talc by a coupling agent LICA 38 modified the rheological properties through bonding and/or a plasticizing/lubricating effect. 相似文献

本文通过实验对由GF/PP复合纱制得的玻璃纤维针织物增强聚丙烯复合材料的拉伸性能进行了研究.拉伸应力-应变曲线研究表明,玻璃纤维针织物增强聚丙烯复合材料的拉伸应力-应变曲线与纯聚丙烯的形状相似,且玻璃纤维针织物的加入确实提高了纯聚丙烯的拉伸性能;对断裂面进行的研究表明,研究中的复合材料的纤维/基体界面结合情况良好. 相似文献

Mechanical and Theological properties of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) filled with mica flakes, rutile and carbon black are investigated. Experimental results show that the Young modulus and the tensile strength of mica and rutile-HDPE composites are significantly enhanced by surface treatment of fillers with silane and titanate coupling agents. Surface treatments are shown to reduce the peak of the loss tangent (tan δ) and slightly increase the glass transition temperature (Tg). This is an indication of improved adhesion at the filler-matrix interface. The carbon black composites, however, hardly show any improvement by these treatments. The Theological properties are also effected by surface treatments, particularly at low shear rates. The low-shear rate viscosities (η O) and characteristic time (λ 0) of these systems are determined and compared. It is found that η 0 and λ 0 of carbon black composites are much higher than those of mica composites. This is probably due to the poor dispersion and/or agglomerates formation of the carbon black in the HDPE matrix. It is also suggested that the coupling agent, depending on its chemical structure and nature of the filler, may act as an adhesion promoter or as a lubricating agent. 相似文献

在过氧化物引发剂和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯存在下,利用反应挤出法制备了长链支化聚丙烯(LCB-PP)。采用熔体流动速率(MFR)仪、旋转流变仪和熔体强度测试仪对纯聚丙烯(PP)及其改性PP进行测试与表征。讨论了不同的过氧化物引发剂对改性PP流变性能的影响。结果表明,采用过氧化苯甲酰时,改性PP具有较高的熔体强度、较低的MFR,并且在低频处储能模量增大。同时发现,随温度的升高,改性PP的熔体强度逐渐降低,但升高到一定温度后,熔体强度的变化不明显。 相似文献

Rheological properties of Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS)-Asphalt composites were studied as a function of the SBS concentration, frequency, and temperature. The experimental data were fitted by using the percolation model, aiming to predict the rheological behavior of this composite at any specific composition, temperature, and frequency. This was achieved through a WLF-type relationship that has been extended to allow composition to be considered. This extended WLF is conceptually supported by a free volume theory, allowing to generate master curves with shifts in temperature (Log aT) and in concentration (Log aC). The temperature-concentration displacements (Log aTC) and the concentration-temperature displacements (Log aCT) were well fitted, producing practically the same super-master curve, demonstrating that this model applies well to both types of shifts. 相似文献

采用熔融插层法在双螺杆挤出机中制备了聚丙烯(PP)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,纳米复合材料机械性能测试结果表明,当有机MMT质量分数为2%时,复合材料的弯曲强度明显优于PP。扫描电镜观测不到纳米复合材料中明显的有机-无机相畴,表明MMT片层分散均匀,分散尺度已基本达到纳米级。DSC(差示扫描量热仪)分析测试结果表明,MMT的加入提高了PP的结晶速率,并使结晶度增大。 相似文献

借助钙长石陶瓷和硼酸盐玻璃良好的介电和热膨胀性能,制备了一系列玻璃/陶瓷复合材料,并对这些复合材料进行了X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜观察和性能测试.结果表明:复合材料的介电常数、热膨胀系数和显微硬度随着陶瓷含量的增加而增加,其介电损耗则随陶瓷含量的增加而减小.陶瓷含量(质量分数≥60%)高的复合材料在高于850℃烧结时析出一定量的α-石英和方石英,这增加了材料的热膨胀系数,但对其介电常数影响不大.所制备的复合材料具有高的相对密度(≥96.5%)、低的介电常数(5~6)、低的介电损耗(0.10%~0.42%)、低的热膨胀系数(4.6×10-6~6.5×10-6/℃)和低的烧结温度(≤900℃),有望用作介电材料和基板材料. 相似文献
