The mechanical and electrical properties of the natural rubber vulcanizates loaded with lignocellulosic materials were studied. It was found that the stress of vulcanizates decreased with initial fiber loading. Also, it was shown that the presence of fibers and an adhesion system greatly improves the aging resistance of the rubber composites.

The resistivity ρ, dielectric permittivity ?′, and dielectric loss ?″ of the investigated samples were determined in the frequency range 102–105 Hz at room temperature. It was noticed that ?′ for bagasse pulp (Bp) is higher than that for cotton stalks pulp (Csp), which is attributed to the higher hemilignin content in Bp which is characterized with a low degree of polarization. An abrupt increase of ?″ at a higher content of Bp was noticed.  相似文献

White rice husk ash (WRHA) and black rice husk ash (BRHA) were incorporated as filler in natural rubber (NR) compounds. A conventional vulcanization system (CV) was chosen and cure studies were carried out on a TI-100 Curometer at 150, 160, 170 and 180°C. From the rheometric data obtained at 150°C, a specific constant related to the filler structure was evaluated that allowed predictions on how the presence of filler would affect mechanical properties such as tensile and tear resistances, and hardness. Swelling behavior and examination of the fracture surface, which was carried out on a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), were used to get some idea on the interaction between the rubber matrix and the filler. WRHA showed a good reinforcing potential for NR compounds and catalytic effect upon vulcanization.  相似文献

A study on the migration behavior of the reactive disperse dyes containing β-hydroxyethyl sulphonyl sulphuric ester group at different stages of dyeing and thermofixation on the polyester-cotton blend was made. The sublimation and vapor-phase transport of the dyes during thermofixation were examined. It was concluded that thermofixation conditions affect the dye distribution between cotton and polyester in the blend. The relationship between the distribution and the molecular structure of the dyes was examined. A dyeing mechanism of reactive disperse dyes for polyester-cotton blend was suggested.  相似文献
