根据炼钢-连铸-热轧一体化生产计划与调度的特点,提出了一体化生产下炼钢-连铸-热轧的动态调度问题,并在此基础上分析了炼钢-连铸过程中的生产扰动。基于生产扰动问题,提出了炼钢-连铸-热轧一体化动态调度策略,并依此建立了炼钢-连铸-热轧一体化动态调度仿真系统。最后对实际生产中常见的"追加计划"进行了仿真,系统分别对炼钢-连铸计划、轧制和加热炉计划进行了动态调度。结果表明,该系统能够依据扰动,动态调整生产计划,保证生产稳定顺行。  相似文献

物流仿真技术的应用研究是国内外研究的一个热点.首先简要介绍了炼钢连铸物流研究中的一些理论和方法,分析了炼钢连铸生产计划与调度的过程、工艺和特征等.然后针对炼钢连铸调度的复杂混合系统的特性,建立了各物理对象的Petri模型,进一步根据炼钢连铸的调度目的,开发了基于组件技术及其体系架构的炼钢连铸物流仿真系统.最后给出了一个调度计划的实例,说明了物流仿真系统的应用效果.  相似文献

描述了湘钢的炼钢 连铸生产调度系统。该系统能直观地显示生产流程的信息画面,在生产总调及主要工序(转炉、精炼、连铸)通过集成化的图形界面跟踪工单、计划的执行情况来及时反映完成工单、在制工单以及待制工单的信息。图形化动态生产计划的实时调整可极大地提高计划编制效率、降低生产人员的劳动强度,保证计划的规范性。系统投入实际生产后,不仅优化了生产过程,较大幅度地提高了钢厂的产能和品种钢比例,且实现了系统运行的高效性和连续性。  相似文献

运用网络学、运筹学及其有关的系统工程理论研究分析全连铸生产中多维物流管制的问题,以调度方案寻优为指导思想,建立了计算机仿真全连铸生产过程的模拟调度系统。硬件系统采用主从式小型集散系统(DCS),运行稳定可靠。经多次实验表明,软件基本覆盖了全连铸生产实况,命中率高,为生产调度合理化、科学化、向自动化迈地提供了一实用工具。  相似文献

炼钢连铸生产过程中,随着调度问题规模的扩大,传统的集中式动态调度方法存在响应速度慢等问题。为了解决此问题,基于多Agent动态调度系统与人体免疫系统的相似性,模拟人体免疫系统的结构和机制,设计了动态调度系统的体系结构和协商机制,建立了炼钢连铸免疫多Agent动态调度系统。仿真实验表明,所建系统可以快速有效解决炼钢连铸动态调度问题。  相似文献

 The numerical simulation technique was applied to the casting process of a valve type part. The mold filling and solidification stages of the casting were numerically analyzed. The filling behavior, solidification sequence, and thermal stress distribution were reproduced and the possible defects, such as cold shut and shrinkage, were predicted. Based on the simulation result, the double gating system was replaced by a single gating system. Meanwhile, the chills were used to regulate the solidification sequence of casting. To eliminate the cracks in the casting, the sand core was converted into a canulate one. By modifying the original process, the defects were eliminated and the casting with good quality was obtained.  相似文献

According to the two types of slab defects (surface crack and internal crack), a real-time slab quality diagnosis and analysis system named CISDI_SQDS ONLINE R2011 was developed based on heat transfer and solidification simulation, stress and strain calculation as well as metallurgical process analysis about continuous casting, combined with expert knowledge database for specific casting events. The respective crack formation indexes were introduced as the theoretical reference data for slab quality level evaluation. Meanwhile, both the quality loss factors related to casting metallurgical rules and the adjusting factors related to casting events were taken into full consideration, which was integrated organically with theoretical analysis and expert system. The system can be widely used as an important theoretical tool for prediction and control of slab quality in slab continuous casting process.  相似文献

为解决钛合金精密铸造产品合格率低、试验优化周期长的问题,以某钛合金异形薄壁件为研究对象,采用逆向工程手段优化浇注系统设计。结合ProCAST有限元分析软件确定铸件缺陷分布位置,依据铸件缩松分布情况对铸造方案进行迭代优化,解决铸件承力板区域缩孔问题。根据优化结果进行生产验证,结果表明,钛合金铸件采用真空熔模铸造方案,铸件上、下端分别设置3处浇/冒口时,模拟结果显示铸件凝固过程整体温度分布合理,铸件中的缩孔均被优化剔除。该工艺方案可行性高,试制件无损检测结果与数值模拟结果吻合度高,铸件成形质量、冶金质量均达到预期效果。  相似文献

In a centrifugal casting process, the fluid flow eventually determines the quality and characteristics of the final product. It is difficult to study the fluid behavior here because of the opaque nature of melt and mold. In the current investigation, numerical simulations of the flow field and visualization experiments on cold models have been carried out for a centrifugal casting system using horizontal molds and fluids of different viscosities to study the effect of different process variables on the flow pattern. The effects of the thickness of the cylindrical fluid annulus formed inside the mold and the effects of fluid viscosity, diameter, and rotational speed of the mold on the hollow fluid cylinder formation process have been investigated. The numerical simulation results are compared with corresponding data obtained from the cold modeling experiments. The influence of rotational speed in a real-life centrifugal casting system has also been studied using an aluminum-silicon alloy. Cylinders of different thicknesses are cast at different rotational speeds, and the flow patterns observed visually in the actual castings are found to be similar to those recorded in the corresponding cold modeling experiments. Reasonable agreement is observed between the results of numerical simulation and the results of cold modeling experiments with different fluids. The visualization study on the hollow cylinders produced in an actual centrifugal casting process also confirm the conclusions arrived at from the cold modeling experiments and numerical simulation in a qualitative sense.  相似文献

During strip casting,the thickness deviation of casting strip directly affects the quality of the hot-rolled sheet because the casting strip needs to be rolled only once. To accurately control the gap between casting rolls and reduce the thickness deviation of the casting strip,a conceptual design of a prestressed twin-roll caster is proposed herein; this caster involves the setting of a constant pressure balancing cylinder between the chocks of two casting rolls. The balancing cylinder hydraulic system adopts a three-way servo valve that controls the hydraulic cylinder.The parameters of the hydraulic power components are determined using the principle of optimal power matching,and the hydraulic system model of the balancing cylinder is thus established. The dynamic analysis and simulation of the hydraulic system are performed using finite element model to obtain relevant evaluation indexes. Finally,the hydraulic system is corrected using proportional-integral-derivative( PID) correction to achieve a well-controlled effect. Thus,the engineering requirements of the strip casting process can be met.  相似文献
