Theoretical and experimental results on the development and testing of a system of high-voltage vacuum accelerating gaps with electrode areas of several tens of square meters are presented. The energies stored in individual gaps may reach several tens of joules. The work is carried out as part of a program aimed at the development of a tandem electrostatic accelerator with vacuum insulation designed for a proton energy of 2.5 MeV and current of several tens of milliamperes. Optimization of the high-voltage part of the tandem with respect to the overvoltage arising in high-voltage elements of the tandem during its full or partial breakdown and to the energy stored in capacitors formed by the vacuum accelerating gaps and related elements of the tandem is considered. Experimental data on the electric strength of a 45-mm vacuum gap for different energies released in the breakdown are presented. For an electric field intensity of several tens of kilovolts per centimeter, the value of the field-emission current in a high-voltage gap with electrodes of a large area is estimated.  相似文献

A high-power pulsed vacuum closing switch is described. The switch consists of several vacuum diodes with narrow gaps (1 mm) connected in series. The switch closing time (10 ns) is determined by the time of the short-circuiting of this diode by a plasma in the near-electrode regions. The switch closing rate and the values of the switched currents and voltages are estimated. The results of experiments in a test bench circuit are presented. The switch can be used in pulsed power technology to solve such problems as voltage-pulse front sharpening and trailing-edge cutting, the short-circuiting of the reflected pulse, etc.  相似文献

The possibility of using triggered vacuum switches in a high-voltage high-speed protective shunting device that consists of several switches connected in series is considered. The probability of a breakdown in such a device at a uniform voltage division between switches was studied theoretically and experimentally. A circuit for controlling the protective device is proposed. The results of the development and tests of protective devices for 80 and 120 kV, based on two and three switches connected in series, are presented.  相似文献

研究了两个双稳系统级联的随机共振(SR)特性,结果表明,级联双稳系统相当于一个低通滤波器,它可使得系统最终输出的波形变得更加光滑清晰,提高随机共振效果,有利于信息的提取.以弱非周期信号的识别为例,利用二次采样随机共振技术,进一步证明了级联双稳系统在信息检测方面的有效性,为信息获取与处理提供了一定的研究基础.  相似文献

A changer of an input voltage of 2–4 kV into a stabilized output voltage of 300 V based on assemblies of high-voltage reverse switch-on dynistors (RSDs) is described. Highly efficient control circuits of RSD assemblies with the recuperation of the residual energy to the power source are considered. The results of an experimental study of an RSD changer with a 60-kW design output power are presented. A high efficiency of the changer (>90%) and very low energy losses in small-sized dynistors with 24-mm-diameter structures are obtained.  相似文献

A device for high-temperature heating of samples under high vacuum providing almost complete thermal insulation of the sample from the holder is described. The device allows the Si (111) 7 × 7 atomic structure to be studied without long-duration preliminary heat aging, whereas conventional heating systems require preliminary heat aging of the holder with the sample for several hours. The atomic structure was studied using a Solver P7-UHV SPM-MDT ultrahigh-vacuum scanning-probe microscope.  相似文献

介绍了串联锂离子蓄电池组充电均衡器的定义和分类;通过对各类均衡方法优缺点的分析和比较,提出了一种适用于航天器使用的高可靠性充电均衡电路;用Saber对该电路进行了仿真分析,并用MatLab对实际均衡效果进行了仿真和分析;最后对电池组充电均衡电路设计的注意事项进行了讨论。锂离子电池组充电均衡方法的研究及其应用有利于延长蓄电池的寿命,促进锂离子电池在我国航天领域的应用。  相似文献

基于对二维振动系统的仿真分析研制了一种二维振动时效装置,通过振动特性检测验证了装置的可行性,并进行了二维振动法释放冷挤压孔周边应力实验。利用X射线衍射仪测量处理前后冷挤压孔周边的残余应力,通过对比发现二维振动法处理后孔边5 mm范围内应力平均消除率达到22.6%,最高可达32.2%;分析实验数据得出相位差是影响二维振动时效处理效果的最关键因素,其次是工件转速、激振时间、激振电压等。  相似文献

A nanosecond high-voltage periodically pulsed generator based on a helix forming line is described. The line is charged from a high-coupling Tesla transformer. Compared with a conventional coaxial line, the helix line provides a fourfold increase in the generator impedance and pulse width without a significant increase in the generator dimensions, with the energy stored remaining the same.  相似文献

微热板(MHP)作为一种微结构广泛运用在各种微传感器中。本文通过对微热板的传热分析,从理论上分析了恒温模式下工作温度和结构尺寸对微热板电阻真空传感器工作特性的影响;设计了一种边长为93μm、四臂支撑的方形微热板结构的电阻真空传感器,支撑桥长65μm、宽21μm,微热板与衬底之间的气隙高度为0.5μm;采用表面微机械加工技术成功实现了该传感器的加工。测试结果显示,该微热板真空传感器气压测量范围约2Pa~105Pa,且响应特性与理论计算结果相符。  相似文献
