核桃分心木粗提物抑菌活性的研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以核桃分心木的四种粗提取液对几种常见的食品微生物进行抑菌活性监测发现,核桃分心木的四种提取液都具有不同程度的抑菌活性,对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、产气杆菌都有抑菌活性。其中乙醇提取液和水后乙醇提取液的抑菌效力较强,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)也较低,其抑菌活性随着提取物浓度的增大而逐渐增强。这为核桃分心木的开发和利用提供理论依据。 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取柑橘皮精油,通过气相色谱- 质谱法(GC-MS)对精油进行成分分析,鉴定出17 种化合物,占精油的99.80%。其中主要以柠檬烯(92.72%)为主,萜类化合物的含量最高,可达97.90%。还含有少量的醛、醇和酮等化合物。通过测量柑橘皮精油的抑菌圈直径判定其抗菌活性的大小,结果表明:柑橘皮精油对大肠杆菌、白色葡萄球菌和青霉均有较强的抑菌作用,对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用最强。对大肠杆菌和白色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径均大于15mm,属高度敏感;对青霉的抑菌圈直径为14.1mm,属中度敏感。大肠杆菌和白色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别小于1.25% 和2.5%。 相似文献

以乙醇为溶剂从蓝莓果皮中提取得到蓝莓皮渣花色苷,采用高效液相色谱分析蓝莓皮渣花色苷组分,以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌三种细菌为代表,用牛津杯法考察其抑菌效果,初步确定蓝莓皮渣花色苷的抑菌谱,采用两倍稀释法确定其最低抑菌浓度。采用MTT法检测不同质量浓度花色苷抗结肠癌、胃癌、肝癌细胞增殖活性。蓝莓皮渣花色苷对三种细菌都有抑制作用,其MIC分别为0.63、0.63、1.25 mg/m L。蓝莓皮渣花色苷对三种癌细胞都具有一定的抑制率,其抑制结肠癌、胃癌、肝癌的IC50分别为7.54、13.34、21.05μg/m L。蓝莓皮渣花色苷甘具有一定的抑制细菌和癌细胞增殖的效果,对于开发研制新型抗癌药物具有重要的理论和实际意义。 相似文献

The inhibitory effect of the extract of pu-erh tea (PETs) against six strains by paper-diffusion methods and the characterization of the mutton treated with different concentrations of the PETs during storage at 7 ± 1C were evaluated in this article. The results showed PETs could significantly inhibit the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium, Streptococcicosis faecalis, Escherichia coli and Bacillus anthraci, and their minimum inhibitory concentration were 0.07, 0.18, 0.50, 0.42 and 0.48 mg/mL, respectively. PETs showed weak inhibition for S. aureus. The cooled mutton treated with PETs resulted in suppression in the increase of total volatile base nitrogen and thiobarbituric acid reactive substance, inhibition of Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonas growth. The cooled mutton treated with 2% PETs showed highest color and overall acceptability. These results suggest the high potential in using PETs as a means of enhancing freshness and quality in cooled meats.

柚皮经乙醇浸提,上硅胶柱,分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、甲醇和水作溶剂洗脱其中有效成分,并采用DPPH体系、氮蓝四唑(NBT)光化还原法以及羟基氧化细胞色素C法对各洗脱物的抗氧化性进行研究。结果:柚皮中各相提取物对DPPH自由基、超氧自由基以及羟基自由基均有较强的清除效果,且正丁醇相对DPPH自由基以及羟基自由基均有较好的清除效果。而甲醇相、乙酸乙酯相对超氧自由基则有很好的清除效果。 相似文献

研究黄皮叶化学成分和抑菌作用.采用纸片扩散法对黄皮叶不同溶剂提取物进行初步抑菌试验,在此基础上采用纸片扩散法和稀释法对乙醇提取物进行抑菌试验.并对乙醇、石油醚提取物进行化学成分的预试验.结果显示,乙醇提取物中含有较多的生物碱、有机酸、香豆素、黄酮和酚类等;石油醚提取物中主要含有挥发油、甾体和萜类等物质.不同溶剂提取物对常见病原菌的抑菌效果为乙醇>石油醚,而水提物则无抑菌效果.黄皮叶乙醇提取物对食品中常见致病菌均有较强的抑菌效果.其最低抑菌浓度分别是:大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌均为<4 mg/mL、啤酒酵母<8 mg/mL.表明乙醇提取物对4种常见病原菌的抑菌效果显著. 相似文献
