Although social innovation has gained prominence in policy, academic, and practitioner debates, there remains a lack of understanding of how leader aspects such as behavior and ethics contribute to fostering social innovation among employees in the social enterprise, owing primarily to a dearth of empirical research on this subject. The goal of this study is to empirically examine the effect of ethical leadership on the social innovation tendency among employees in social enterprises; also, employees' perceived social capital is hypothesized as a mediator through which the ethical leader is likely to influence their social innovation tendency. Using data collected from 189 employees associated with a variety of social enterprises, the results of structural equation modeling indicate that ethical leadership has both a direct and indirect effect on the social innovation tendency among employees, where the indirect effect of ethical leadership involves influencing the employees' perceived social capital, which subsequently influences their tendency for social innovation. Accordingly, the study offers key implications for social enterprise leaders aspiring to boost innovation in their endeavors aimed at achieving the enterprise's objective of creating positive social impact. 相似文献

Privatization has been a central element of the structural reforms in both developed and developing countries following neo-liberal policies, since 1980s. The initial effects of privatization policies and practices are observed on the employees of public enterprises, and for this reason, socio-economical effects of privatization policies need to be examined taking the opinions and expectations of the employees of public enterprises into consideration.In this study, the opinions and expectations of the employees of Nevşehir Factory of Alcohol Drinks of General Directorate of Tekel which has the greatest capacity in the distilled alcohol drink sector of Turkey, and which is included in the privatization portfolio of the year 2002, are analyzed with the method of fuzzy cognitive mapping (FCM). 虽然大多数企事业单位建立了内部管理信息系统或电子邮件系统,基本实现了内部信息及时交流。但是,员工不会一直关注内部信息系统的通知,以及在外出途中、参加会议等特殊情况下,无法使用内部管理系统时,一些内部信息无法及时传达。在该文中提出了一个基于短信的通知发送软件,采用SIM800C通信模块,能单次或批量生成并发送短信息,具有较好的即时性和保密性。该软件使用C#开发,实现软件控制SIM800C模块按要求发送短信,能预约发送时间,并记录发送状态,支持对发送失败的信息进行延时重发。该软件具有方便、实惠等特点,能满足各种中小企业发布重要信息的需求。 相似文献

Social media are frequently used in enterprises for both work-related and non-work-related (social) purposes. Drawing on the organizational commitment theory, we developed a research model to explore how different purposes of social media usage affect employees’ job satisfaction and turnover intention in the Chinese context. Online and offline surveys were conducted in China, generating 298 valid responses for analysis. The results suggest that the following: (1) work-related and social-related social media usage positively affects employees’ organizational commitment through their organizational engagement; (2) social media usage improves job satisfaction and reduces employees’ turnover intention through improving their engagement and organizational commitment; and (3) in the process of social media usage influencing employees’ job satisfaction and turnover intention, employees of different genders show significant differences. 相似文献
