反应挤出法制备马来酸酐接枝POE 总被引:8,自引:1,他引:8
采用双螺杆挤出机反应挤出制备马来酸酐接枝乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)。通过红外光谱分析(FTIR)、化学滴定等方法,揭示MAH过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)及供电子体(EDS)对接枝物的接枝率(GD)、凝胶率、熔体指数(MI)的影响规律。MAH和DCP的加入使MI降低,GD增大;过量的MAH使激发态的MAH猝灭,导致能引发接枝反应的激发态MAH和大分子自由基的数量减少,从而使MI上升及GD下降。在高剪切、短停留时间的挤出机中,EDS会使接枝物的性能恶化。与传统的EPDM-g-MAH增韧尼龙相比,PA/POE-g-MAH复合材料的强度保持相当,而韧性明显提高。 相似文献

使用本实验室自制的(PP/POE)-g-MAH共混物作为聚碳酸酯(PC)的改性剂。研究了不同改性剂用量对PC共混物的力学、热学、加工及耐沸水性能的影响。结果表明,加入5%的(PP/POE)-g-MAH可明显提高PC的缺口冲击强度,改善PC的加工性能和耐沸水性能,从而得到一种综合性能较好的材料。同时使用扫描电镜对改性共混物的液氮脆断断面进行了观察。 相似文献

Maleic anhydride grafting onto polypropylene was conducted in a twin‐screw extruder according to an experimental design in which the maleic anhydride and peroxide concentrations were varied. The modified polypropylene was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, melt‐flow index measurements, size‐exclusion chromatography, differential scanning calorimetry, and nuclear magnetic resonance. The results showed that only the independent variable peroxide concentration influenced the amount of reacted maleic anhydride, whereas the two variables studied influenced the molecular weight of the grafted polypropylene. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以4种弹性体接枝马来酸酐(MAH)共聚物作为聚丙烯/聚酰胺6(PP/PA6)共混体系的增容剂,从界面相互作用、形态结构和力学性能等方面比较了它们的增容作用。乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(POE-g-MAH)和乙丙三元共聚物接枝MAH(EPDM-g-MAH)使PP与PA6两相间的界面相互作用增强,增容效果较好;POE-g-MAH为增容剂时,PA6粒子分布较均匀,粒径约为1μm。POE-g-MAH能明显改善PP/PA6共混体系的韧性和强度,具有良好的增容作用。当w(POE-g-MAH)为10%时,w(PA6)为60%的共混体系拉伸强度最高,达到53.4MPa;适当增加PA6用量,可明显改善共混体系的流动性。 相似文献

The effects of screw configurations, that is, the staggering angles and disc widths of the kneading blocks, on grafting reactive extrusion for maleic anhydride grafted low-density polyethylene were investigated in a corotating twin-screw extruder. Samples were collected from three positions along the screw and the die exit. The grafting degree (GD) of the specimens was evaluated by titration. It was found that the kneading block configurations had a significant influence on the grafting reactive extrusion. In addition, another three groups of extrusion experiments were performed to explore the intrinsic relationship between the GD, the degree of fill in the screw channel, the residence time distribution (RTD), and the mixing intensity in various screw configurations. The experimental results indicated that the location of the melting endpoint significantly affected the position at which the reaction began; the degree of fill, RTD, and mixing performance of the screw played important roles in the grafting reaction. The reverse kneading blocks with a narrow disc width, which had a high degree of fill and good mixing capacity, enhanced the increase in GD along the screw during the reactive extrusion. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A reactive extrusion process for the functionalization of polypropylene with maleic anhydride in the presence of supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. Supercritical carbon dioxide was used in this reactive extrusion system to reduce the viscosity of the polypropylene melt phase by forming a polymer–gas solution in order to promote better mixing of the reactants. Subsequently, the effect of supercritical carbon dioxide on the level of grafting, product homogeneity, and molecular weight was evaluated. Analysis of the products revealed that the use of supercritical carbon dioxide led to improved grafting when high levels of maleic anhydride were used. The experimental results showed no evidence of an improvement in the homogeneity of the product, while melt flow rate measurements showed a reduction in the degradation of polypropylene during the grafting reaction when low levels of maleic anhydride were employed. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 选择最佳的配方和工艺条件,制备了每100g试样总酐基含量为8.1mmol的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)产品、通过化学分离和红外光谱分析,发现PP-g-MAH产品的纯度很高,几乎没有游离态的MAH。广角X射线衍射实验发现,PP经过接枝处理后,晶型没有改变,但040晶面明显增大;晶胞在a和c轴上变化不大.在b轴上减小;结品度略有上升:通过分析接枝物的流变性能,发现接枝物与PP一样.仍属于非牛顿型假塑性流体。实验证明,PP-g-MAH产品具有良好的可注塑性。 相似文献

The properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and polypropylene (PP) blends and PET/maleic anhydride-grafted PP (MAgPP) reactive blends were investigated. Two blend systems were immiscible based on tan δ measured by dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). In case of PET/MAgPP blends, the reaction of ester groups of PET and MA sites on MAgPP occurred during melt mixing at 280°C for 30 min. The reaction was confirmed by a new peak between the glass transition temperatures of PET-rich and MAgPP-rich phase on tan δ curves, as well as from the rheological properties. From the morphology, the improvement of the dispersibility in PET/MAgPP reactive blends was observed. The modulus of PET/MAgPP blends was higher than that of PET/PP blends, and the strength of PET/MAgPP blends showed the good adhesion compared with the PET/PP blends. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J.
