A problem is considered for the construction of confidence sets for a random vector, the information on distribution parameters of which is incomplete. To obtain exact estimates and a detailed analysis of the problem, the notion is introduced of a generalized confidence set for a statistically indeterminate random vector. Properties of generalized confidence sets are studied. It is shown that the standard method of estimation, which relies on the unification of confidence sets, leads in many cases to wider confidence estimates. For a normally distributed random vector with an inaccurately known mean value, generalized confidence sets are built up and the dependence of sizes of a generalized confidence set on the forms and parameters of a set of possible mean values is examined.  相似文献

A multi-product, multi-period, multi-objective linear programming model has been built as a contribution to good management of a blood donation–transfusion system in order to determine the best assignment of blood resources to demand, which minimizes the quantity of blood imported from outside the system and stabilizes the quantities assigned daily. The model has been applied to the Italian Red Cross (CRI) blood donation–transfusion system in Rome and to each hospital belonging to such a system, producing interesting results.  相似文献

集群文件系统是当前存储系统的研究热点.在资源一定的条件下,存储系统中元数据服务器和数据存储服务器节点及客户端节点数量之间的配置比例会对系统性能产生较大的影响.分析了lustre集群文件系统的参数配置,针对两种典型应用环境:文件服务和Web服务,测试了不同节点数和不同lustre条块大小配置下的系统性能;通过对比分析,得出lustre集群文件系统最优化配置,为提高集群文件系统性能提供参考.测试结果显示.当lustre文件系统的OST节点数与client节点数相当时系统性能最好.  相似文献

The uncertainties in host signal modeling due to inherent model errors and various attack distortions have prompted the introduction of robust statistics theory in the context of watermark detection. Specifically, the epsi-contamination model was applied to describe the host signals, and statistically robust (SR) watermark detectors assuming known embedding strengths were derived. In this work, we investigate the robust detection structure for multiplicative watermarking. A detection-simulation (DS)-based approach to determine the contamination factor is also presented. Moreover, considering that the strengths of the watermark signals may be adapted to host signals and will very likely change after being distorted by attacks, we go further to propose the asymptotically robust detector for multiplicative watermarks, which can be viewed as the SR counterpart of the locally most powerful watermark detector in the same sense that the SR detector with full knowledge of the watermark strengths is the corresponding parallel for the optimum detector. Quality affinity isolation experiments are necessary to identify valid protein-protein interactions. Biological error, processing error, and random variability can reduce the quality of an experiment, and thus hinder the identification of protein interaction pairs. Appraising affinity isolation assay quality is essential to inferring protein associations. An important step of the assay is the mass spectrometric identification of proteins. To evaluate this step, a known mixture of proteins is processed through a mass spectrometer as a quality control mixture. If the mass spectrometer yields unexpected results, the process is currently qualitatively evaluated, tuned, and reset. Statistical quality control (SQC) procedures, including the use of cumulative sum, the individual measurement, and moving range charts are implemented to analyze the stability of the mass spectrometric analysis. The SQC measures presented can assist in establishing preliminary control limits to identify an out-of-control process and investigate assignable causes for shifts in the process mean in real time.  相似文献

代数多重网格(AMG)是众多数值模拟应用的核心算法,在基于多核的NUMA架构的机群系统上,AMG的并行扩展性暴露了新的问题。通过设计感知NUMA架构的内存分配器,将划分给多个线程的数据分割并绑定到运行对应线程的CPU所属的NUMA存储节点上,从而改善了OpenMP多线程并行的数据局部性,使BoomerAMG程序在大规模多核计算平台上具有更好的并行扩展性。在单节点和小规模机群的测试中,使用NAAlloc分配器分别获得了最高16%和60%的性能提升。  相似文献

SOCRATES is a rule-based expert system that optimizes combinational logic for a specific target technology. The system performs substitutions of equivalent gate configurations, thereby reducing the overall area of the implementation and improving the speed of the design. A control mechanism uses various backup strategies to choose the rules applied to the circuit. Users can easily extend the library of transformation rules through a rule generation module that automatically encodes rules and inserts them into the knowledge base. Timing constraints placed on the circuit can be modified to allow the designer to explore a large design space in a matter of minutes. Implementations generated by the system are comparable in area and speed to circuits designed by experts.  相似文献

针对具有退相干效应与测量反馈随机噪声的随机开放量子系统, 采用对状态影响较弱的连续弱测量在线获取一系列状态的部分信息, 实现量子状态的在线估计.由泡利矩阵构造初始测量算符, 并推导出在线的随时间变化的测量算符; 基于压缩传感理论来减少测量次数; 采用最小二乘优化算法对自由演化中的量子密度矩阵状态进行重构, 完整地给出了量子态在线估计的过程.所提出的在线量子态估计方案, 在一个量子位系统上进行了系统仿真实验.数值仿真实验结果表明, 在满足压缩传感理论的条件下, 仅需2次连续弱测量所得到的测量值之后, 就可以高精度地实现在线变化的单比特量子密度矩阵估计.  相似文献

Hybrid systems serve as a powerful modeling paradigm for representing complex continuous controlled systems that exhibit discrete switches in their dynamics. The system and the models of the system are nondeterministic due to operation in uncertain environment. Bayesian belief update approaches to stochastic hybrid system state estimation face a blow up in the number of state estimates. Therefore, most popular techniques try to maintain an approximation of the true belief state by either sampling or maintaining a limited number of trajectories. These limitations can be avoided by using bounded intervals to represent the state uncertainty. This alternative leads to splitting the continuous state space into a finite set of possibly overlapping geometrical regions that together with the system modes form configurations of the hybrid system. As a consequence, the true system state can be captured by a finite number of hybrid configurations. A set of dedicated algorithms that can efficiently compute these configurations is detailed. Results are presented on two systems of the hybrid system literature.   相似文献

Fractional order PID (FOPID) controllers have recently found an increasing application in different fields of control. Comparing to traditional PID algorithms, FOPID controllers provide more flexibility and better performances. The simple and non-model-based structure of FOPID controllers has boosted their usage in real-world applications. However, due to having two more control parameters than regular PID controllers and the non-linear structure of FOPID controllers, the tuning procedure of these controllers is still a challenge. The authors of the present paper have recently proposed a Taguchi-based gain tuning algorithm for tuning of control parameters of FOPID controller. The present paper is an experimental evaluation of the proposed method. A custom made SEA, FUM-LSEA, is used as the test bed in this study. Deriving a dynamic model of the FUM-LSEA, feed-forward terms are added to the controller to compensate for disturbances from motions of the output block. Optimal gains and orders of the controller are obtained through a set of experiments suggested by the Taguchi method. The Taguchi optimized controller is also compared to a Ziegler–Nichols tuned controller. The experimental results indicate 45% improvements in force tracking error.  相似文献
