Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nChRs) are involved in the various pharmacological effects or disease states. In order to study the central nChRs by PET or SPECT, some radioligands have been investigated. In this paper, the procedure for synthesis of 2-[18F]fluoro-3-[2(S)-2-azetidinylmethoxy]pyridine (2-[18F]-A-85380), a potential PET ligand for in vivo imaging nicotinic acetylcholine receptor was described. 2-[18F]-A-85380 was prepared from the precursor, 2-nitro-3-[(1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-(S)-azetidinyl)methoxy]pyridine(4), which was synthesized with commercial (S)-2-azetid- inecarboxylic acid as starting material. The whole procedure for radiosynthesis and purification was executed in about 1h and 45-55% of the added fluorine-18 was found in the purified 2-[18F]-A-85380, with specific activity of 1.0-2.2×1011 Bq/μmol.  相似文献

Accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS) is an ultrasensitive technique for measuring long-lived actinides,e.g.,~(236)U,~(237)Np and Pu isotopes.In order to improve the detection limit for actinides abundance,and to increase the detection efficiency in actinides AMS measurement,a 16-strip silicon detector was used to identify actinides at the Center for Isotopic Research on Cultural and Environmental heritage in Caserta,Italy.The sensitivity of ~(236)U/~(238)U was 1×10~(-11) by special resolution and 5.0×10~(-12) by time resolution.The pulse height defect of~(236)U in an ion-implanted silicon detector in the low-energy range with 17.26 MeV is presented.  相似文献

Element profiles of some beach rock samples collected from South East Coast of Tamilnadu, India have been determined using single comparator method of INAA. The geo-chemical behavior of the elements in the region is discussed. The irradiations were done at thermal neutron flux of ~ 1011 cm-2·s-1 at 20kW power using Kalpakkam Mini Reactor (KAMINI), IGCAR, Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu, India. Around 19 elements have been determined from 15 samples by high-resolution gamma spectrometry. The accuracy and precision were evaluated by assaying the irradiated Standard Reference Material (SRM 1646a Estuarine sediment) and were found to be in good agreement with certified values.  相似文献

The 13C(α,n)16O reaction is believed to be the main neutron source reaction for the s-process in asymptotic giant branch (AGB) stars. The astrophysical S-factors of this reaction have been determined based on an evaluation of the α spectroscopic factor of the 1/2+ subthreshold state in 17O (Ex=6.356 MeV) by using the 13C(11B,7Li)17O α transfer reaction. Our result confirms that the 1/2+ subthreshold resonance is dominant for the 13C(α,n)16O reaction at low energies of astrophysical interest.  相似文献

Analysis of rain-and fresh water for trace constitutents is a mandatory part of environmental monitoring.This text gives a survey of neutron activation analysis(NAA) within the framework of current environmental water research programmes.based on the practice developed in co-operation with the Dutch Energy Research Centre at Petten(ECN).While the procedures reported in literature cover obout thirty five elements,our routine procedures of instrumental neutron activation analysis(INAA) is limited to ten to fifteen elements.THe use of some dedicated radiochemical separations(RNAA) adds another six,some of which are speciated as well.Current contributions of NAA to water analysis center on determination and speciation of anionic trace elements,notably Br.I,As,and Se,on the assay of some ultra traces like Ag,Au and Hg and on validation.  相似文献

The biodistribution of 125I-BMIPP and the variation of myocardial uptake of 125I-BMIPP using the metabolic intervention drug were reported. Myocardial uptake of the 125I-BMIPP in rats showed a peak of 5.70ID%/g at 2 min. The ratios of myocardium to blood, to liver and to lung at 30 min were 3.40, 2.64 and 2.88 respectively. The initial elimination half time of 4.0 min in rabbits was in accordance with the half elimination time of free fatty acid from blood. Myocardial uptake of 125I-BMIPP in the group of glucose-insulin was significantly increased (p<0.05) than those of the normal control. In vivo and in vitro binding test for 125I-BMIPP to HSA showed a rather constant level of activation up to 2 h. Partition coefficients (1gP) were 1.93 and 1.68, respectively.  相似文献

A fully digital data acquisition system based on a field-programmable gate array(FPGA) was developed for a CsI(Tl) array at the external target facility(ETF) in the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL).
