为了探究Custom 450钢的动态再结晶行为,采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,在变形温度为1 050~1 200℃和应变速率为0.01~10 s~(-1)的变形条件下开展了单道次等温压缩试验。研究结果显示,在变形温度为1 050~1 200℃和应变速率为1.0~10 s~(-1)的变形范围内,钢虽发生了完全的动态再结晶,但应力应变曲线未表现出明显的应力峰值;钢的动态再结晶的晶粒尺寸随着变形温度的升高和应变速率的降低逐渐增大,当应变速率为0.01 s~(-1)时,动态再结晶晶粒发生长大。采用双曲正弦函数构建了Cutom 450钢的热变形方程,并建立了钢的动态再结晶动力学、临界应变、峰值应变及动态再结晶晶粒尺寸与Zener-Holloman参数的定量关系。  相似文献

通过Thermecmaster-Z热模拟机研究了(%)0.084C-1.05Mn-0.026Nb-0.003Ti-0.007Mo-0.003V微合金钢Q345E,在变形温度1 000~1 100℃,变形速率1~10 s-1时,单道次变形时变形温度和变形速度对临界应变和动态再结晶的影响,以及在变形温度950~1 050℃,变形速率10 s-1双道次变形时变形温度和停留时间对静态再结晶的影响。试验结果表明,单道次变形时高的变形温度促进钢的再结晶,但高的变形速度加速钢的硬化;双道次变形时,停留时间延长和变形温度升高均增加静态再结晶百分率。  相似文献

为制定中温中压容器用钢13MnNiMoR的热加工工艺提供理论依据并实现其工业化生产,利用单道次热压缩模拟实验研究了变形温度(900~1150℃)和应变速率(0.01~1s~(-1))对其热变形行为的影响.结果表明:当应变速率低于0.1s~(-1)时,新晶粒有足够的时间进行形核和长大,奥氏体容易发生动态再结晶;当变形温度降低或应变速率增加时,实验钢在变形过程中主要发生动态回复,流变应力也随之提高.基于测定的流变应力曲线,通过拟合得到实验钢在热变形时的应力指数为4.29,动态再结晶激活能为319kJ/mol,据此建立了13MnNiMoR钢在高温变形时的热加工方程.  相似文献

为分析贝氏体非调质紧固件用钢的静态再结晶行为,在Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机上进行了双道次压缩试验,并计算了静态再结晶软化率。研究表明,所研究钢种的奥氏体在1 050℃以上易于发生静态再结晶,在850℃以下静态再结晶发生困难;所确定的再结晶模型1可用于预测所研究钢种的静态再结晶的发生情况;利用道次间的静态再结晶细化奥氏体,适宜的轧制温度应控制在950~1 050℃,热机轧制温度应控制在850℃左右。  相似文献

采用了MMS-200热力模拟机以40CrMnMo钢为实验对象进行了热压缩试验,研究了变形温度850℃~1150℃,变形量0.8,应变速率在0.01~10s~(-1)条件下实验钢的热变形行为。通过分析高温下变形参数对流变应力和奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响,建立40CrMnMo钢的稳态动态再结晶晶粒尺寸模型。结果表明:变形温度为850℃~1150℃,实验钢在应变速率0.01~0.1s~(-1)下发生连续动态再结晶,应变速率1~10s~(-1)下发生动态回复。通过引入Zener-Hollomon(Z)参数表征变形参数对稳态动态再结晶晶粒尺寸的影响,建立了稳态再结晶晶粒尺寸的数学模型,得出提高应变速率或变形温度较低能使Z参数增大,峰值应力升高且动态再结晶晶粒减小。  相似文献

取得800 MPa级和900 MPa级ULCB钢,在1100~850℃进行单道次变形的热模拟试验,变形量为40%,应变速率为2 s-1。将应力-应变变化特征和显微组织观察相结合,分析研究变形温度对ULCB钢奥氏体动态再结晶的影响规律。结果表明,温度低于950℃时以形变硬化和动态回复为主,奥氏体形变再结晶主要发生在1000℃以上的高温变形中;奥氏体再结晶百分数随变形温度升高而增加,在1050℃变形后奥氏体再结晶百分数约40%,在1100℃变形后则发生完全再结晶。  相似文献

通过Gleeble-2000热模拟试验机研究了850~1 050℃双道次变形(第1道次60%,20 s-1,第2道次20%,10 s-1)及不同道次间隔时间(10~50 s)对含铌低碳贝氏体钢(%:0.21C、1.50Cr、0.20Mo、0.047Nb)再结晶的影响和应变诱导析出Nb(CN)与热变形奥氏体再结晶的相互作用.结果表明,该钢在1 000~900℃变形10 s后,开始应变诱导析出Nb(CN),延迟静态再结晶过程;通过双道次变形,可获得≤10 μm奥氏体晶粒.  相似文献

本文以金属U75V为研究对象,用热模拟实验研究U75V金属的静态再结晶行为,通过分析得出该金属发生静态再结晶的温度。通过模拟两道次热变形,研究试验金属的动态再结晶行为,分析该金属发生动态再结晶的温度和变形速率大小,结果表明:U75V金属变形速率为1/s时,在850~1250℃之间变形时,均能够发生动态再结晶,而变形速率增大到10/s和70/s时,只有在850℃变形时发生了动态再结晶,而在950~1250℃变形时,仅能够发生动态回复;变形速率一定时,随变形温度升高,最大应力降低,该金属的热变形激活能为370.3324KJ/mol;静态再结晶曲线表明:该金属再结晶温度在1000℃以上,950℃以下由于碳氮化钒的析出,推迟了再结晶。  相似文献
