介绍用交流伺服变频调速器SIMOVERT(SC),通用变频器M.Master和可编程序控制器S7-300组成的铜带坯水平连铸生产线控制系统。系统中应用智能模块FM354进行银带坯的闭环位移控制,配置的多台PLC之间采用多点通信接口(MPI)建立全局数据通讯,设置的PC/PG既作上位监控器,又作PLC的编程器。该系统具有结构简单合理,可靠性高,自诊断功能完善等特点。 相似文献

A transverse magnetic flux type of induction edge heater for hot strip mills that can sufficiently heat the edge portion of a transfer bar from the very head end to the very tail end was developed. This was accomplished not only by applying the magnetic flux leakageless C-type edge heater that consists of a single magnetic circuit but also by developing an algorithm for setting the optimum air gap between the upper and lower inductors and the firing angle compensation circuit. This circuit enables the main power source thyristor inverter to be operated even when the applied load is so light that the thyristor devices of the inverter cannot commutate without the circuit. Mechanical characteristics inspections of hot strips heated by the edge heater show that the elongation characteristic of the edge parts is improved from the head to the tail end of hot strips. From this it is possible to obtain uniform distribution of the elongation characteristic all along both the width and length of hot strips. Thus, the contribution of the new edge heater to the improvement of the quality and yield rate of hot strips has been confirmed 相似文献

A functional diagram of a temperature controller of electric resistance furnaces with temperature difference compensation in thermal zones by means of automatic correction of power arriving to the thermal zone is given. The additional power required for compensation of the temperature difference in thermal zones of the furnace is determined. The power depends on the temperature difference between thermal zones during heating, heating temperature, and given permissible temperature difference between thermal zones. Dependences of the relative additional power upon the temperature difference between thermal zones at heating temperatures in a range of 700–1600°C and permissible temperature differences between thermal zones 5, 15, 30, and 50°C are determined. Recommendations on the control system adjustment are given. The adaptive control system for thermal zones of electric resistance furnaces is developed. 相似文献

Polynomial methods for synthesizing robast digital regulators of a frequency-controlled asynchronous electric drive are considered. It is shown that the use of robast regulators makes it possible to significantly reduce sensitivity to changing object parameters and increase the adjustment of disturbing actions. The author presents several linear and nonlinear models suitable for transient and steady-state analyses of induction machine drives. The models are presented in equivalent circuit form to preserve the identity of nonlinear parameters. The circuits, designated as Γ or inverse Γ form, are simpler than the conventional T-form circuit. Their parameters are readily determined from terminal measurements. The major effects of magnetic nonlinearity are included in the models in a way that is more accurate than that usually obtained with the conventional T-form circuits.
