Efficient one‐step syntheses of α,β‐ and β,β‐dihaloenones were achieved by ruthenium(II)‐catalyzed reactions between cyclic or acyclic diazodicarbonyl compounds and oxalyl chloride or oxalyl bromide in moderate to good yields. This methodology offers several significant advantages, which include ease of handling, mild reaction conditions, one‐step reaction, and the use of an effective and non‐toxic catalyst. The synthesized compounds were further transformed into highly functionalized novel molecules bearing aromatic rings on the enone moiety using the Suzuki reaction.

X‐ray crystallographic study of 2,2′,2″,2′′′,4,4′,4″,4′′′,6,6′,6″,6′′′‐dodecanitro‐1,1′ : 3′1″ : 3″,1′′′‐quaterphenyl (DODECA) has been carried out. Nonbonding interatomic distances of oxygen atoms inside of all the nitro groups are shorter than those corresponding to the intermolecular contact radii for oxygen. By means of the DFT B3LYP/6‐31(d, p) method a difference of 136 kJ mol−1 between the X‐ray and DFT structures of DODECA was found. The bearer of the highest initiation reactivity in its molecule in solid phase should be the nitro group at 4′′′‐position, in contrast to those at 2′‐ or 2″‐positions in its isolated molecule. The most reactive nitro group in the DODECA molecule can be well specified by the relationship between net charges on nitro groups and charges on their nitrogen atoms, both of them for the X‐ray structure. The 15N chemical shift, corresponding to this nitro group for the initiation by impact and shock, correlates very well with these shifts of the reaction centers of the other six “genuine” polynitro arenes.  相似文献

A regio‐ and enantioselective copper‐catalyzed 1,4‐conjugate addition of trimethylaluminium to linear δ‐aryl‐substituted α,β,γ,δ‐unsaturated alkyl ketones was developed. A series of γ,δ‐unsaturated alkyl ketones were obtained in good yields with high regio‐ and enantioselectivity (up to 88% ee and 96:4 dr). Expansion of the reaction scope to substrates containing aromatic heterocycles also afforded good yields and enantioselectivities (up to 91% ee) with very high regioselectivities, exclusively providing the single 1,4‐products.

In the present study the derivatization of two water‐soluble synthetic polymers, α,β‐poly(N‐2‐hydroxyethyl)‐DL ‐aspartamide (PHEA) and α,β‐polyasparthylhydrazide (PAHy), with glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride (GTA) is described. This reaction permits the introduction of positive charges in the macromolecular chains of PHEA and PAHy in order to make easier the electrostatic interaction with DNA. Different parameters affect the reaction of derivatization, such as GTA concentration and reaction time. PHEA reacts partially and slowly with GTA; on the contrary the reaction of PAHy with GTA is more rapid and extensive. The derivatization of PHEA and PAHy with GTA is a convenient method to introduce positive groups in their chains and it permits the preparation of interpolyelectrolyte complexes with DNA. © 2000 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

By carefully screening the organoselenium pre‐catalysts and optimizing the reaction conditions, simple dibenzyl diselenide was found to be the best pre‐catalyst for Baeyer–Villiger oxidation of (E)‐α,β‐unsaturated ketones with the green oxidant hydrogen peroxide at room temperature. The organoselenium catalyst used in this reaction could be recycled and reused several times. This new method was suitable not only for methyl unsaturated ketones, but also for alkyl and aryl unsaturated ketones. Therefore, it provided a direct, mild, practical, highly functional group‐tolerant process for the chemoselective preparation of the versatile (E)‐vinyl esters from the readily available (E)‐α,β‐unsaturated ketones. A possible mechanism was also proposed to rationalize the activity of the organoselenium catalyst in the presence of hydrogen peroxide in this Baeyer–Villiger oxidation reaction.

The mesoporous metal‐organic framework MIL‐101 is an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the selective allylic oxidation of alkenes with tert‐butyl hydroperoxide. The selectivity towards α,β‐unsaturated ketones reaches 86–93%. The temperature of the catalyst activation strongly affects the ketone yield. MIL‐101 is stable to chromium leaching, behaves as a true heterogeneous catalyst, can be easily recovered by filtration, and can be reused several times without loss of the catalytic performance.  相似文献

An X‐ray crystallographic study of 2,2″,4,4′,4″,6,6′,6″‐octanitro‐1,1′ : 3′,1″‐terphenyl (ONT) has been carried out. The dihedral angles between benzene rings vary from 84.9° to 89.4°. Nonbinding interatomic distances of oxygen atoms inside all the nitro groups are shorter than the intermolecular contact radii for oxygen. On the basis of the DFT B3LYP/6‐31(d, p) method it was found that the difference between the X‐ray structure in the solid phase and DFT result for the gas phase is 98 kJ mol−1, and the bearer of the highest initiation reactivity of the ONT molecule in the solid phase should be the nitro group at 4″‐position, in contrast to those at 4′‐ or 6′‐position that play this role in the isolated molecule. It has been stated that the nitro groups at the reaction centers of the ONT molecule are relatively well specified by their 15N NMR chemical shifts.  相似文献

Herein, we disclose the N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC)‐catalyzed [3+3] annulation of challenging esters with methyl ketoimines for the highly enantioselective synthesis of intriguing δ‐lactams featuring various substituent patterns. The annulation occurs under mild conditions and offers good tolerance, good yields and excellent enantioselectivities. The six‐membered heterocyclic products are valuable for the synthesis of bioactive molecules.

Chemoenzymatic dynamic kinetic resolution of β‐hydroxy nitriles 1 has been carried out using Candida antarctica lipase B and a ruthenium catalyst. The use of a hydrogen source to depress ketone formation in the dynamic kinetic resolution yields the corresponding acetates 2 in good yield and high enantioselectivity. It is shown that the ruthenium catalyst and the enzyme can be recycled when used in separate reactions. We also report on the preparation of various enantiomerically pure β‐hydroxy acid derivatives and γ‐amino alcohols from 1 and 2. The latter compounds were also used to establish the correct absolute configuration of 1 and 2.  相似文献

A highly enantioselective Michael addition of cyclic 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds to β,γ‐unsaturated α‐keto esters catalyzed by amino acid‐derived thiourea‐tertiary‐amine catalysts is presented. Using 5 mol% of a novel tyrosine‐derived thiourea catalyst, a series of chiral coumarin derivatives were obtained in excellent yields (up to 99%) and with up to 96% ee under very mild conditions within a short reaction time.  相似文献

A variety of substituted 2,2′‐bipyridines were synthesized by a 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe)/cobalt chloride hexahydrate (CoCl2⋅6 H2O)/zinc‐catalyzed [2+2+2] cycloaddition reaction of diynes and nitriles, with all reactions exhibiting exclusive regioselectivity. Thus, symmetrical and unsymmetrical 1,6‐diynes and 2‐cyanopyridine reacted in the presence of 5 mol % of dppe, 5 mol % of CoCl2⋅6 H2O and 10 mol % of zinc powder to provide the corresponding 2,2′‐bipyridines. Under identical reaction conditions, 1‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,6‐diynes and nitriles reacted smoothly with exclusive regioselectivity to produce 2,2′‐bipyridines in good yield. 2,2′‐Bipyridines were also obtained by the double [2+2+2] cycloaddition reaction of 1,6,8,13‐tetraynes with nitriles. Similarly, 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridines were synthesized from 1‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,6‐diyne and 2‐cyanopyridine. The regiochemistry observed can be explained by considering the electronic nature of cobaltacyclopentadiene intermediates and nitriles. A survey of the exclusive regiochemical trend gives reasonable credence to the synthetic potential of the present method.  相似文献

The concatenation between a Pd(0)‐promoted deallylation catalytic cycle and a Pd(II)‐promoted heterocyclization catalytic cycle (an example of what we have named “sequential homobimetallic catalysis”) has been shown to occur starting from 1‐(2‐allyloxyphenyl)‐2‐yn‐1‐ols 1 to afford 2‐benzofuran‐2‐ylacetic esters 2 and β,γ‐unsaturated esters in high yields under carbonylative conditions. In view of the conceptual as well as the synthetic importance of the process, the mechanistic aspects and the synthetic scope of the reaction have been investigated in detail. All the experimental evidence is in agreement with the sequential homobimetallic mechanism, and the reaction has proven to be of general synthetic applicability.  相似文献

Poly‐α,β‐(3‐hydroxypropyl)‐DL ‐aspartamide (PHPA) was synthesized by the ring‐open reaction of polysuccinimide (PSI) and 3‐hydroxypropylamine. The polymer was characterized by 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, FTIR, and GPC. Mark–Houwink coefficients were obtained from viscometry and GPC measurements, K = 5.53 × 10−3 and α = 0.78 in water. The acute toxicity of PHPA was examined and it revealed no death in ICR mice up to the dose treated of 15.3 kg/kg, and hematological parameters showed no significant difference between treated and control animals. The potential use of PHPA as a drug carrier was also investigated. In a typical case, a contraceptive drug, norethindrone (NET), was bonded to PHPA, and the drug sustained released as long as 120 days an in vitro test. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. An intramolecular imination/azidation sequence has been realized through the tetrakis(acetonitrile)copper(I) hexafluorophophate [Cu(CH3CN)4PF6]‐catalyzed reaction of γ,δ‐unsaturated ketone O‐benzoyl oximes with trimethylsilyl azide (TMSN3). The reaction proceeds via the copper‐mediated N O cleavage and subsequent C N forming 5‐exo cyclization. The thus formed intermediate is then azidated to afford the corresponding dihydropyrrole product. Preliminary mechanistic investigations suggest that the cyclization step does not involve a radical intermediate.

A new class of nitro‐functionalized α,β‐unsaturated esters has been prepared by a regio‐ and diastereoselective Michael addition of nitroalkanes to β‐nitroacrylates, performed at room temperature, under carbonate on polymer as promoter, and in the presence of ethyl acetate as eco‐friendly solvent. Moreover, by the modular choice of the reaction conditions the method allows the synthesis of 1,3‐butadiene‐2‐carboxylates.  相似文献

We have developed and optimized an enantioselective Michael reaction of malononitrile with β,β‐disubstituted nitroalkenes. This reaction was catalyzed by a cinchona alkaloid derived thiourea catalyst, producing products of high yields (up to 98 %) and stereoselectivities (up to 93 % ee). One of the adducts was used as an intermediate for the synthesis of dihydropyrrole derivative bearing a synthetically valuable quaternary chiral center.

The first organocatalytic enantioselective aza‐Michael addition of purine bases to α,β‐unsaturated ketones has been developed, affording Michael adducts in moderate to high yields (up to 96% yield) and high to excellent enantioselectivities (up to >99% ee). A wide range of α,β‐unsaturated ketones including aliphatic and aromatic enones are tolerated in this process, generally demonstrating good reactivity, regioselectivity and enantioselectivity. The aromatic α,β‐unsaturated ketones showing quite low reactivity in the reported catalytic systems, were first successfully employed as Michael acceptors in this transformation, yielding high enantioselectivities (up to 94% ee). The utility of this method was also applied for the synthesis of enantioenriched non‐natural nucleoside analogues with potential biological activities.  相似文献
