烯基双酚A醚接枝LDPE的研究   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
介绍了烯基双酚A醚(DBAE)在引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)存在下,与低密度聚乙(LDPE)在Haake转矩流变仪的混炼器中进行熔融接枝反应的工艺。采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了接枝共聚反应和证实了接枝共聚物LDPE-g-DBAE的结构。并通过正交实验及数据分析,确定了合成LDPE-g-DBAE的最佳工艺条件。  相似文献

提出一种新型的二元光学二维纯位相型激光扫描器。首先利用计算全息图CGH的设计方法设计出扫描器的初始结构参数,最后把其看成衍射光学元件(DOE)对其进行成象质量优化。设计出一电视制式的二维扫描器,其扫描范围为±12.5°×(±10°)(水平×垂直),光斑尺寸约1mrad。  相似文献

利用聚碳酸酯(PC)改性环氧树脂(Ep)基体,以改善其玻璃纤维复合材料的力学性能,并通过与夹层基体的对比研究,考察了复合材料力学性能与界面作用的相互关系。研究了PC/Ep共混物基体的反应特性和冲击性能,并对不同的基体考察了单向连续玻璃纤维增强复合材料的预浸料制备工艺、复合材料成型工艺及最终材料的力学性能。结果表明,PC/Ep共混物基体在制备工艺和最终材料性能上均优于夹层基体。  相似文献

A novel solid atomization technology has been developed with a high-velocity gas jet stream containing solid salt particles as the atomization medium. Metal and alloy powders with a finer particle size, a narrower size distribution and a higher cooling rate than those of the conventional gas atomization technology have been produced by this technology. The affecting factors of the particle size of as-prepared metallic powders have been analyzed, especially the influence of the state of NaCl particles.  相似文献

Based on co-citation cluster analysis, we propose a knowledge-transfer analysis model for any technology field. In this model, patent data with backward citations to non-patent literature and forward citations by later patents would be analyzed. Co-citation clustering of the cited articles defines scientific knowledge sources, while that of the patents themselves defines technology fronts. According to the citation between the article and patent clusters, the landscape of knowledge-transfer including route and strength between scientific knowledge sources and technology fronts can be mapped out. The model has been applied to the field of transgenic rice. As a result of the analysis, ten scientific knowledge sources and eight technology fronts have emerged, and reasonable links between them have been established, which clearly show how knowledge has been transferred in this field.  相似文献

The hydrothermal technique provides an excellent possibility for processing of advanced materials whether it is bulk single crystals, or fine particles, or nanoparticles. The advantages of hydrothermal technology have been discussed in comparison with the conventional methods of materials processing. The current trends in hydrothermal materials processing has been described in relation to the concept of soft solution processing, as a single-step low energy consuming fabrication technique. Also some recent developments in multi-energy processing of materials such as microwave-hydrothermal, mechanochemical-hydrothermal, electrochemical-hydrothermal, sonar-hydrothermal, etc. have been discussed. An overview of the past, present and future perspective of hydrothermal technology as a tool to fabricate advanced materials has been given with appropriate examples.  相似文献

A microtechnology allowing the integration of thin metal electrodes and three dimensional highly doped bulk silicon electrodes on a hybrid PDMS/glass fluidic microchip has been developed. The fabrication involved anodic bonding of a silicon wafer onto glass substrate, deep reactive ion etching of 3-D bulk silicon electrodes, and plasma bonding of a PDMS microfluidic structure on a silicon/gold/glass substrate. The devices realized using this technology have been used for electrical impedance characterization of chemical and biological material. Microdevices with typical dimensions of hundreds of micrometers have been fabricated and tested in the determination of the conductivity of NaCl solutions. Smaller sensors, with critical dimensions under 10 m, have been achieved for single-cell characterization. Human hepatocellular liver carcinoma cells have been introduced in the microimpedance sensors. Measurements show the interfacial relaxation of the cellular membrane in the range. It is expected that other electrochemical sensors and electrokinetic actuators can benefit from this technology.  相似文献

The loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method is one of the Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs) that allows for the amplification of target regions without using a thermal cycle. With its unique primer design, LAMP ensures the rapid replication of the targeted DNA region with high specificity and high efficiency. LAMP technology is used for diagnostic purposes in pathogen detection due to its ease of use, low cost, and simplicity without requiring complex equipment. A wide range of LAMP diagnostic platforms have been developed for applications in bacteria, virus, and parasitic pathogen detection. Herein, the methodology of LAMP technology and its applications in pathogen detection and SNP genotyping and mutation detection are discussed. Point-of-care (PoC) LAMP platforms designed with the principles of microfluidic chip technology, including LAMP-on-a-chip, paper-based LAMP, and smartphone-based LAMP applications have been elaborated. LAMP technology represents a fast, robust, and reliable diagnostic platform for point-of-care testing.  相似文献
