TiO2是较为成熟的半导体光催化材料,但因TiO2分散性差、量子利用率低、比表面积小、难回收等问题难以工业化.多孔金属有机框架(MOFs)的引入可增强TiO2/MOFs复合材料的光吸收性能,提高电子-空穴对分离效率和提高回收率.基于TiO2/MOFs制备时前驱体添加顺序不同,综述了TiO2/MOFs的3种制备方法(即Ship-in-a-bottle法、Bottle-around-ship法、One-pot法)及TiO2/MOFs光催化机理与性能影响因素,并探讨不同MOFs与TiO2结合的作用机理.最后,对TiO2/MOFs存在的问题提出建议. 相似文献

金属有机框架材料(MOFs)具有比表面积较高、孔径尺寸可调、结构可设计和可以功能化的特点,近年来受到广泛关注,尤其是基于MOFs的复合材料在催化降解水中有机污染物的作用越来越突出,这是近年来MOFs的一个重要研究方向。本文综述了MOFs复合材料在催化降解水中有机污染物领域的研究情况;介绍了MOFs及其特性;说明了MOFs复合材料的负载方式;总结了MOFs复合材料在催化降解水中有机污染物方面的应用。同时,阐述了MOFs复合材料催化降解水中有机污染物的机理及其存在的问题。最后,提出未来MOFs复合材料在催化降解水中有机污染物的研究方向是合成形貌多样、结晶性能好的新型高稳定性材料以及开发新的MOFs及其复合材料的制备方法。 相似文献

溶胶水热法制备了TiO2粉末,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面积及孔径分析仪(BET)和透射电镜(TEM)对TiO2进行了初步表征,结果显示:纳米TiO2主要为锐钛矿相(含板钛矿相(121)),比表面积为106.2 m2/g.在紫外光(λ≤387 nm)照射条件下,以有机染料罗丹明B(Rhodamine B,RhB)和无色小分子2,4-二氯苯酚(2,4-dichlorophenol,2,4-DCP)的紫外光(λ≤387 nm)光催化降解试验为探针反应,低温(50℃)下制备的TiO2粉末具有较高光催化活性,对RhB和2,4-DCP有较好的降解效果.通过分析紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(FTIR)和总有机碳(TOC)测定,发现TiO2/UV体系能使RhB和2,4-DCP发生有效的降解,反应5 h后RhB和7 h后2,4-DCP的矿化率分别达到81.2%和86.8%.同时,采用辣根过氧化物酶(POD)、N,N-二乙基对苯二胺(DPD)分光光度法和苯甲酸荧光光度法分别测定了在降解过程中H2O2和羟基自由基(.OH)的变化,表明TiO2光催化机理涉及到.OH历程. 相似文献

TiO2 and TiO2-SiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel and supercritical CO2 fluid drying method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), etc. Their catalytic properties were tested through the photocatalytic degradation of phenol and aniline in wastewater. The results show that the developed fluidized photocatalytic reactor (FPR) and TiO2 catalyst had better performance in degrading pollutants as compared with slurry photocatalytic reactor (SPR) and commercial TiO2 catalyst. The composition and crystal form of TiO2-SiO2 composite oxide had obvious influence on catalytic effect and TiO2-SiO2 photocatalysts showed better catalytic activity and stability. 相似文献

Synthesized iron-terephthalate metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), MIL-101 and MOF-235, with contrasting morphologies are examined to elucidate the role of structural arrangement in catalytic aqueous pollutant degradation. MIL-101 demonstrates a larger pseudo-first order rate constant than MOF-235 (3.5 ± 0.2 molFe−1 · s−1 vs. 0.84 ± 0.07 molFe−1 · s−1) toward oxidation of methylene blue (MB) dye with excess hydrogen peroxide at ambient temperature, likely due to intrinsic differences in ligand coordination at their metal nodes. However, despite continued activity upon reuse, both MOFs undergo structural alterations resulting in formation of leached species active for MB degradation that have been obfuscated in previous studies. Detailed stability testing and ex situ characterization of recovered catalyst, examinations that remain underreported in Fe-MOF studies for pollutant oxidation, indicate that water plays a prominent role in the breakdown of these frameworks. Collectively, this work informs the interpretation and use of common Fe-MOFs for aqueous applications, relating material changes to observed reaction phenomena. 相似文献

Constructing favorable heterointerface to facilitate photogenerated carrier transport is an effective way to improve the photocatalytic activities of semiconductor catalysts. However, the fabrication of atomic-level interface remains a challenge due to the difficulties in constructing intimate interface contact. Herein, a unique atom-to-atom TiO2/ZrTiO4 heterointerface with the potential formation of Ti–O–Ti(Zr) bonds between TiO2 and ZrTiO4 was constructed through the in-situ formation of the two components using a one-step sol-gel method. The resulting photocatalyst exhibited superior photocatalytic activity and high stability, i.e., about 97% of Rhodamine B was degraded after visible light irradiation for 90 min for three consecutive photodegradation cycles. By further analyses such as refined X-ray diffractometer (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS), Raman microscope (Raman), photoluminescence (PL), and photoelectrochemical spectra (TP and EIS), it revealed that the atom-to-atom heterointerface of TiO2/ZrTiO4 with stronger interaction forces would greatly accelerate the charge separation as well as provide generous defect sites, boosting the number of photogenerated carriers available at reaction sites, thus contribute to the improvement of photocatalytic performance. The present work demonstrates a new approach of in-situ construction for interface engineering TiO2 based catalyst, providing design guidelines for heterointerface photocatalytic structures. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂有Cu2+、Ni2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、Fe3+的TiO2光催化剂,考察了其对水中甲醛的光催化降解效果,并用XRD对催化剂进行表征。对影响TiO2光催化效率的因素:掺杂金属离子的种类、掺杂浓度、反应体系中添加微量游离Fe2+等进行探讨,实验结果表明,Pb2+离子掺杂对TiO2光催化降解甲醛有明显的促进作用,在紫外灯照射下,当TiO2光催化剂用量为5 g/L,掺Pb2+离子物质的量分数为0.5%,向反应体系添加低浓度Fe2+(1.5 mg/L)时,反应20 h后,对甲醛的降解率可提高至99.23%。 相似文献

以活性炭为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同TiO2负载量的TiO2/AC复合光催化剂,运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对该催化剂进行表征.探讨了TiO2的负载量、光催化剂质量浓度、溶液的初始质量浓度等因素对孔雀石绿降解效率的影响,并对催化剂进行了回收再生实验.结果表明,TiO2负载量为30%时的复合催化剂为锐钛矿相,对孔雀石绿的降解具有良好的光催化活性,且回收7次重复使用降解效果仍在95%以上. 相似文献

超细Co/TiO_2和Ce/TiO_2的制备及光催化性能 总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13
以四氯化钛为原料、硝酸钴或硝酸铈为掺杂剂,以共沉淀或机械混合的掺杂方法制备了掺杂的Co/TiO2和Ce/TiO2超细粉体,并进行了X射线衍射表征和光催化活性评价。掺杂抑制了样品晶粒的长大,在500℃焙烧温度下,掺钴样品的平均粒径由未掺杂纯样品的47 7nm减小到了12 1nm(机械混合)和9 6nm(共沉淀),掺铈样品的平均粒径则分别减小到33 1nm和16nm;钴掺杂导致了样品在焙烧温度500℃时便有金红石相出现,而铈掺杂的样品和纯样品在相同温度下没有金红石相;通过甲苯在样品上的光催化氧化过程,证实了掺杂对样品的光催化性能有影响。在纯样品和掺钴、掺铈的样品上,140min后甲苯的质量浓度由初始的100mg/m3分别下降到17、2 3和7 3mg/m3;甲苯在实验条件下的光催化氧化符合一级动力学规律。 相似文献
