危险废物焚烧烟气脱酸处理工艺研究

危险废物焚烧烟气中酸性气体含量高,对生态环境、人体健康和生产安全都会产生不良影响。针对危险废物焚烧烟气的特点,分析了烟气中酸性气体成因、特征,介绍了常见的几种烟气脱酸工艺。以某危险废物处理处置项目为例,分析了"SNCR+半干急冷塔+干式反应器+布袋除尘器+湿式洗涤塔+烟气再热器"的烟气净化复合处理工艺的应用效果。     

重油在危险废物焚烧处理工程中的应用

在分析重油燃烧特点的基础上,详细说明了危险废物处理项目中应用重油作为燃料的应用要点,并结合工程实例,证明了通过改进设计,重油是能够在危险废物处理中作为燃料应用的,为今后的危险废物焚烧处置项目提供了参考.     

危险废物集中焚烧系统优化设计

根据目前国内已建成的工业危险废物焚烧处置运行情况,针对回转窑式焚烧系统存在的一些问题分析,提出了窑式焚烧系统优化设计的措施。     

危险废物理化性质分析及两种焚烧方式的温度场仿真对比

回转窑焚烧处置危险废物,能够最大程度实现工业危险废物的减量化和资源化.然而危险废物种类多、性质复杂,焚烧过程二次污染严重,本文通过分析五种典型危险废物的基本理化性质,利用商业软件设计其焚烧过程的化学反应,模拟仿真顺流回转窑和逆流回转窑内的温度场分布情况,为工程示范提供理论依据.     

危险废物富氧侧吹熔池熔炼与回转窑焚烧处置工艺的对比分析

针对目前国内采用回转窑焚烧工艺处置有机类危险废物存在高能耗、低作业率和二次污染等问题,提出了采用富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺处置危险废物的新技术。以处理规模200 t/d、平均低发热值3 500 kcal/kg的有机类危险废物为研究对象,本文从工艺流程、技术指标、投资和运行成本等方面对比分析了两种工艺之间的差别。相比回转窑焚烧工艺,富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺的锅炉出口烟气量可降低约40%,单位设备投资增加5万元/(t·d-1),单位物料处置成本降低约849.3元/t,环保效果和经济效益显著。     

危险废物焚烧处理环境污染控制分析

危险废物高效无害化绿色焚烧是当前从事危险废物管理、运行、社会大众各方普遍关注的问题,本文通过数年对危险废物焚烧工程设计和典型项目跟踪调查,分析研究认为,控制危险废物焚烧过程的环境污染,除了依靠工艺流程合理、设备选择得当等基本条件外,还需要关注以下方面:废物收集贮存、预处理及配伍、药剂配置和投加、废物进料、灰渣收集、系统运行等污染控制,通过对这些过程的环境污染进行分析,提出建议和措施。

以典型的危险废物焚烧系统为例,通过对危险废物焚烧中的用水点与排水点的分析．论述了通过合理的流程设计,实现废水零排放的工艺研究。     

危险废物焚烧预处理工程的安全设计分析

介绍了国内工业危险废物焚烧处理处置建设、设计,运营和安全隐患发展情况,指出了《危险废物集中焚烧处置工程建设技术规范》(HJ/T 176-2005)的某些安全性缺陷,以及目前焚烧车间功能布置的存在不合理,宜新增预处理车间,并提出了危险废物预处理工程安全设计,从设计上解决和消除危险废物焚烧处理运营管理的安全隐患。
