介绍了氧压浸出尾气有效洗涤清洁化及尾气冷凝液余热重新再利用的一种方法,将氧压浸出生产过程中闪蒸槽、调节槽产出夹带的酸性液滴、固体颗粒的尾气进行有效洗涤,洗涤率达到99%以上,排放的清洁气体达到环保要求,同时将尾气进行冷凝,冷凝液的余热用于主流程的液体加热,实现了能源循环再利用。

套筒窑上料卷扬控制系统的优化

结合套筒石灰窑在济钢的运行情况,对套筒石灰窑使用的上料卷扬控制系统进行优化,上料小车运行曲线的改变说明了优化的方法和过程。通过对上料卷扬控制系统的优化,解决了上料系统设备没有点检、润滑和维护时间的问题,提高了设备运行可靠性。     

管式炉、导热油炉余热利用改造实践

利用实用新型专利技术对管式炉、导热油炉进行余热利用改造,对烟气余热进行回收利用,降低排烟温度,达到节能的目的。改造后,管式炉废气排放温度由364℃下降到204℃,明显减少了废气带走的热量,煤气燃烧完全,废气含氧量从原先的高于10%下降至4.8%,热效率提升8.6%。改造后的导热油炉高温尾气预热助燃空气,排放温度由280～320℃降低至139℃,导热油炉的热效率提升了5.7%,煤气单耗由827.51 m3/t下降到了730.31 m3/t。
