The dielectric hysteresis property of sodium vanadate, rubidium vanadate, cesium vanadate and their solid solutions has been studied in the temperature range covering their transition points. The hysteresis loop method is used for coercive field measurements. It was observed that the coercive field decreases with increasing temperature, and that it also decreases with increasing sodium concentration in the solid solutions (sodium-rubidium) vanadate and (sodium-cesium) vanadate.  相似文献

Tin-catalyzed silicon nanowires (SiNWs) were synthesized at various hydrogen gas flow rates using the hydrogen radical-assisted deposition method. Large quantities of SiNWs with various crystal phases were synthesized and their characteristics were estimated. Tin-capped SiNWs were straightly grown and their structures were changed with increasing hydrogen gas flow rates. Their diameters on the bottom side were increased ranging from approximately 50 to 200 nm and their lengths extended up to ~ 2 µm with increasing hydrogen gas flow rates.  相似文献

A powder processing technique is developed for the synthesis of zirconia-nickel cermets, which have similar microstructures as those prepared by plasma spraying using the same starting powders, in order to measure their thermophysical properties. The processing parameters are determined: pressing at 764 MPa and sintering at 1270°C for 50 minutes. The results show that yield strength and relative scratch hardness increase with increasing ceramic content and decrease after attaining their maximum values with further increasing ceramic content.  相似文献

Studies on user emotion as a vital part of the user experience have been increasing over the last decade. These studies indicate that it is important to take the user emotions into account when developing usable interfaces. Previous studies demonstrated that user's positive emotion towards a system could lead to good user experience and the system success. Although, users' emotions on Information Systems (IS) have been studied in the literature widely, this is not the case for Student Information Systems (SIS). For these reasons, 324 undergraduate students' emotions on a Turkish University's SIS were collected through Turkish version of Emotion Words Prompt List (EWPL-TR) to investigate whether students' emotions can differ based on their demographic information, their dis/liked features on a SIS or their recommendations for increasing usability of a SIS. Analysing users' emotional variations amongst different user characteristics is valuable because focusing on these variations has the potential to raise the quality of the user experience and learning experience with an IS. The results of this study will be important for developers who want to support their users by increasing the quality of their users' experience with a system, particularly in a learning environment.  相似文献

超市制冷系统的蒸发温度提高将导致:制冷压缩机匹数减小,成本降低;超市冷冻冷藏陈列柜蒸发器面积加大,蒸发器成本增加。通过研究这2个成本随蒸发温度提高的变化趋势,结合超市陈列柜和压缩机组的特点,找出最佳选配制冷压缩机的蒸发温度。这一蒸发温度,既要保证原有制冷系统的制冷效果,又要使整个制冷系统的设备高效节能运行,有效降低零售企业制冷设备的运营成本。  相似文献

为了使三元复合管道在腐蚀磨损和复合腐蚀等复杂工况下长寿命地使用,研制了由改性不饱和基体树脂和经偶联剂改性的SiO2粒子混合后于常温下固化反应而成的3种不同类型的耐磨耐蚀拼混树脂;对3种拼混树脂样品的力学性能(如吸水性、耐蚀性、强度、硬度及冲蚀行为等)进行了测定,着重分析了SiO2含量对拼混树脂性能的影响.结果表明,填充SiO2粒子对拼混树脂的硬度、弯曲强度、抗吸水性、静态耐蚀性以及对含固体颗粒的腐蚀性流体的动态抗冲蚀性均有不同程度的提高(尽管其拉伸强度有明显的下降),并使拼混树脂具有良好的力学性能.  相似文献

Commercially closed cell aluminium foams known as ALPORAS, have undergone a set of compressive tests at ambient as well as elevated temperatures in order to study the difference in their behavior in terms of the foam's density and test temperature. A compressive stress–strain curve similar to that of dense metals has been resulted. The effect of increasing the foam's density of ALPORAS foams on their mechanical properties was opposite to that of increasing the test temperature. Calcium alginate fibers were prepared by extruding an aqueous sodium alginate solution into an aqueous calcium chloride solution. The fibers were treated with a saturated aqueous calcium hydroxide solution for various periods and their apatite-forming ability was examined in a simulated body fluid (SBF). The calcium alginate fibers were treated with the aqueous calcium hydroxide solution for periods longer than five days formed apatite on their surfaces in SBF, and their apatite-forming ability improved with increasing calcium hydroxide treatment time. The amount of calcium ions released from the fibers also increased with increasing calcium hydroxide treatment time, resulting in acceleration of nucleation and growth of apatite on the fiber surfaces. The resultant apatite-alginate fiber composite is expected to be useful as a flexible bioactive bone-repairing material.  相似文献

The tensile behavior of two magnetically soft alloys, Fe-49Co-2V and Fe-27Co, has been characterized as a function of testing temperature, grain size, and degree of long-range order. Several trends in the yield strength of the two alloys have been noted and possible mechanisms for their occurrence discussed. Ordering is found to markedly lower the yield strength of the Fe-49Co-2V. Both alloys exhibit three distinct regions in their yield strength vs. temperature curves. At lower and higher temperatures, i.e. regions I and III, the yield strength shows the normal drop with increasing temperature. In the intermediate temperature range (region II), however, Fe-49Co-2V with a B2 ordered structure demonstrates an anomalous strengthening with increasing temperature while the yield strength remains constant in the disordered Fe-27Co. Both alloys exhibit a Hall-Petch type relationship in their yield strength as a function of grain size and show a decrease in the strain hardening coefficient with increasing grain size.  相似文献

The growth of nanotechnology has led to an unprecedented research and development effort in both the public and the private sectors; world wide, an increasing number of laboratories, fabrication and manufacturing plants develop or apply novel nanometre-sized materials for applications ranging from large-scale industrial materials, to electronic components and healthcare and medical products; an increasing number of start-ups have been launched to establish their nanotechnology-based products in a trillion-dollar market.

Very little, however, is known about the interaction of man-made nanostructured materials and living organisms, as studies of nanotoxicology are gaining increasing interest, but are still in their infancy. Despite the formation of many focus and lobbying groups, proper legislation of the environmental, health and safety aspects of nanotechnology will take years to be implemented. In the mean time, it is of utmost importance that companies working with nanometre-sized matter take appropriate precautions to protect their staff, the environment and the customer. Toxicology tests and agency approval of new nanometre-sized materials are prohibitively expensive, but, even if working on a tight budget, nanotechnology companies can achieve an ethical and safe business conduct via a number of possible routes.  相似文献

The relationship between dry sliding reciprocating wear, subsurface deformation and microcrack formation in Ti–35Nb–8Zr–5Ta–O(x) has been investigated. Three subsurface zones: a chemically altered tribo-layer, a plastic shear zone, and a plastic deformation zone layer were identified, their depth increasing with increasing contact stress. Transmission electron microscopy showed {110} and {112} planar slip deformation throughout the plastic zones, the planar slip band spacing decreasing with decreasing distance to the reciprocating sliding wear surface. Within the plastic shear zone {110}/{110} and {110}/{112} slip band intersections were observed, their number density increasing with decreasing distance from the wear surface. These slip bands intersections were associated with localized shear displacement, the magnitude of the shear displacement increasing with increasing oxygen. Finally as the tribo-layer was approached microcrack formation at intersecting slip band was observed. Microcrack propagation proceeded along the interface of the {110} slip bands with microcrack linkage being observed as reorientation of the slip bands occurred. Ultimately a featureless surface tribo-layer containing cracks running both parallel and perpendicular to the wear was encountered. These observations are consistent with a model for debris formation that involves microcrack formation, linkage and ultimately shear type II shear delamination.  相似文献

This review of social science bibliometric literature seeks to establish characteristics of the social science literature and to understand their consequences for the coverage of literature databases and for interpretation of bibliometric social science indicators based on such databases. The paper reviews what we know about social science publishing and database coverage of it. It examines the main reasons why social science bibliometrics are problematic, namely: the centrality of books in social science literature and their high citation rate; and the national orientation of social science literatures. The paper then looks at reasons why social science bibliometrics holds increasing promise, namely: increasing internationalization; and good coverage of scholarly journals.  相似文献

以钙基蒙脱石、钠基蒙脱石、酸活化蒙脱石为原料制备了载铜蒙脱石并研究它们对嗜水气单胞菌的吸附性能. 蒙脱石和嗜水气单胞菌的Zeta电位随pH值升高而降低; 载铜蒙脱石的Zeta电位随pH值升高而增大, 当pH=4~6时Zeta电位从负值转变为正值. 酸活化蒙脱石、钠基蒙脱石和钙基蒙脱石对细菌的平衡吸附率分别为36.5%、20.1%和14.3%, 其相应的载铜蒙脱石对细菌的平衡吸附率分别为99.6%、93.1%和87.4%. 蒙脱石对细菌的吸附率随着pH的增加而减小, 载铜蒙脱石对细菌的吸附率先随pH值的增大而减小, 到pH=5.0后随pH值的增大而增大. 载铜蒙脱石Cu2+脱附实验表明, 经过脱附后的沉淀物基本保持着原来的吸附活性, 而经过脱附后的上清液对细菌的吸附率很低. 载铜蒙脱石的抗菌作用是静电吸附细菌与铜离子抗菌的综合作用.  相似文献

FeAl/TiC composites were fabricated by pressing blended elemental powders,The effects of Ni-doping on the densification and mechanical properties of the compostes were studied.Results show that density of the composites decreases with the content of TiC increasing ,and the addition of Ni significantly improves the densification process by enhancing mass transfer in the bonding phase,The mechanical properties of the composites are closely related with their porostiy ,Besides increasin the density of the comosites,the addition of Ni improves the mechanical properties by other three effects:solution-strengthening the bonding phase,strengthening the FeAl-TiC interface and increasing ductile fracture in FeAl phase.  相似文献

The structure of oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotubes has been studied by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results demonstrate that oxidation disrupts nanotubes. Subsequent heat treatment at 300°C also changes the structure of the nanotubes, increasing their inner diameter and reducing their outer diameter.  相似文献

The influences of Re and W as well as their interaction on γ′ and topologically close-packed (TCP) phases have been investigated in seven kinds of Ni-based single-crystal superalloys. The results show that after full heat treatment, the γ′ size is reduced with increasing Re, but does not change with increasing W. After thermal exposure at 1000°C for 1000?h, the TCP phase is dramatically increased with increasing Re, but increased slightly with increasing W. The TCP phase volume fraction in higher Re alloys is much more than that in lower Re alloys which have the same total content of Re and W. This indicates that W instead of Re could effectively improve the microstructural stability of Ni-based single-crystal superalloys.  相似文献
