提出了一种大规模语料库可用性评测方法。通过分析语料库工程的生命周期,构建了大规模语料库可用性评测指标体系,运用层次分析-模糊综合评价方法实现了语料库的可用性评测,给出了语料库的可用性级别。分析语料库的评测结果,确定影响语料库可用性的瓶颈因素,进而提出针对性的改进措施。最后,举例说明了该方法在语料库上的应用。 相似文献

本刊于上期推出了“教育软件:完美离我们有多远(研发篇)”后,引起了广大学校信息技术教育主管人员的强烈反响。从一定程度上说,通过对教育软件研发的分析,使一线的学校领导、学科老师对教育软件的基本属性有了一定的认识和了解。 从另一个角度来讲,教育软件开发的目的是什么?归根结底还是“应用”二字。 本文从应用的角度出发,邀请了有丰富实践经验的一线教育教学人员、管理者以及教育教学研究人员,对教育软件应用过程中的一些认识误区和存在问题作了一些分析和探讨。同时,还对政府、企业和教师在教育软件的应用方面提出了一些要求,特别是对企业如何开发出适合教育教学需求的产品以及教师如何提高认识、增强教育软件使用的危机感提出了一些新的策略思路。 相似文献

为了更好地了解大学生对学校服务的满意程度, 完善管理, 以某校的大学生满意度调查数据为基础, 利用粗糙集理论进行数据分析, 根据数据分析结果将学生满意度评测指标进行分类后进行分级处理, 对分级指标各属性子集再进行约简及权重的确定来评测大学生对学校办学的各分项的满意度, 最后通过汇总各分项数据得到学生对学校满意度的综合评价。通过几年的实施, 此方法能很好地反映出学生对学校办学的满意程度, 收到了良好的效果。 相似文献

在构造决策树的过程中,分裂属性选择的标准直接影响分类的效果。分析了现有改进的ID3算法不同程度地存在学习效率偏低和对多值属性重要性的主观评测等问题,提出一种高效而且可靠的基于灰色关联度的决策树改进算法。该算法通过灰色关联分析建立各特征属性与类别属性之间的关系,进而利用灰色关联度来修正取值较多但非重要属性的信息增益。通过实验与其它ID3改进算法进行了比较,验证了改进后的算法是有效的。 相似文献

文章探究Arduino硬件接口的可用性设计决策方法以提高目标用户的使用效率。以艺术生为目标用户,以ISO及尼尔森可用性定义为基础,研究Arduino硬件接口的可用性因素。分析该硬件接口的主要构成,归纳出目标用户与硬件的主要交互方式,以求解最优交互方式为目标,建立层次分析法模型。通过用户访谈得到专家用户对于可用性因素的权重评分及新手用户对每种交互方式在可用性因素上的评分,层次运算得到各交互方式的综合得分。透过数据分析用户动因,以最优方案推理设计原则并重构Arduino硬件接口。通过验证,该设计决策方法能综合多层次用户意见,以结合定性分析和定量分析方式改进其可用性。 相似文献

随着IT行业的不断发展,软件的易用性越来越受到用户和专家的关注与重视。如何科学地量化软件产品的易用性,进而对产品质量进行综合地测评,决定了软件产品的竞争力和用户的满意度。针对软件的易用性,提出了一种基于投影和直觉模糊理论的评价方法。首先,依据用户调查得到的信息,给出评价软件易用性的直觉模糊评价矩阵,并在此基础上建立了评价矩阵的理想决策。其次,借助群决策的框架,给出评价矩阵到理想决策上的投影。然后,基于投影给出测评软件的优劣序。最后,用一个测评实例展示出本方法的有效性和实用性。结果表明,本文提出的模型是一种软件质量综合评价的有效方法。 相似文献

Model-based software development is carried out as a well defined process. Depending on the applied approach, different phases can be distinguished, e.g. requirements specification, design, prototyping, implementation and usability evaluation. During this iterative process manifold artifacts are developed and modified, including, e.g. models, source code and usability evaluation data. CASE tools support the development stages well, but lack a seamless integration of usability evaluation methods. We aim at bridging the gap between development and usability evaluation, through enabling the cooperative use of artifacts with the particular tools. As a result of integration usability experts save time to prepare an evaluation and evaluation results can be easier incorporated back into the development process. We show exemplary our work on enhancing the Eclipse framework to support usability evaluation for task model-based software development. 相似文献

可用性是体现产品质量和市场竞争力的重要因素,可用性评估可以考察软件的效率、有效性、用户满意度,该文研究开发的可用性评估平台为软件开发过程的可用性评估提供专家知识支持。为了使可用性评估平台根据已有知识向用户提供具有价值的建议,使用改进后的启发式归纳分类算法:ID3决策树算法。根据对已有知识的信息熵计算,建立多叉决策树,然后利用交互过程中用户选择的节点信息得到用户的知识分类,向用户提供知识建议。系统在交互过程中,通过层层深入的交互方式,不断引导用户进行思考,做出选择,细化知识内容,排除冗余信息影响,明确具体属性值,实现主动的智能交互。通过改进的ID3决策树算法配合分层交互的方法建立的可用性评估平台系统能够有效地帮助用户完成软件的可用性评估工作,受到用户的认可。 相似文献

Many efforts to improve the interplay between usability evaluation and software development rely either on better methods for conducting usability evaluations or on better formats for presenting evaluation results in ways that are useful for software designers and developers. Both of these approaches depend on a complete division of work between developers and evaluators. This article takes a different approach by exploring whether software developers and designers can be trained to conduct their own usability evaluations. The article is based on an empirical study where 36 teams with a total of 234 first-year university students on software development and design educations were trained through an introductory course in user-based website usability testing that was taught in 40 h. They used the techniques from this course for planning, conducting, and interpreting the results of a usability evaluation of an interactive website. They gained good competence in conducting the evaluation, defining user tasks and producing a usability report, while they were less successful in acquiring skills for identifying and describing usability problems. 相似文献

User satisfaction has always been a major factor in the success of software, regardless of whether it is closed proprietary or open source software (OSS). In open source projects, usability aspects cannot be improved unless there are ways to test and measure them. Hence, the increasing popularity of open source projects among novice and non-technical users necessitates a usability evaluation methodology. Consequently, this paper presents a usability maturity model specifically aimed at usability-related issues for open source projects. In particular, the model examines the degree of coordination between open source projects and their usability aspects. The measuring instrument of the model contains factors that have been selected from four of our empirical studies, which examine the perspectives of OSS users, developers, contributors and the industry. The design of any interactive computer system requires consideration of both humans and machines. Software usability is one aspect of human–computer interaction that can benefit from knowledge of the user and their tasks. One set of methods for determining whether an application enables users to achieve their predetermined goals effectively and efficiently is task analysis. In the present study, a task analysis was applied to the graphical user interface of fatigue modelling software used in industry. The task analysis procedure allowed areas of usability improvement to be identified and then addressed with alternate interface prototypes. The present method of task analysis illustrates a practical and efficient way for software designers to improve software usability, user effectiveness and satisfaction, by involving users in the design process. 相似文献

As the diversity of services in the financial market increases, it is critical to design usable banking software in order to overcome the complex structure of the system. The current study presents a usability guideline based on heuristics and their corresponding criteria that could be used during the early stages of banking software design process. In the design of a usability guideline, the heuristics and their criteria are categorized in terms of their effectiveness in solving usability problems grouped and ranging from usability catastrophe to cosmetic problems. The current study comprises of three main steps: First, actual usability problems from three banking software development projects are categorized according to their severity level. Secondly, usability criteria are rated for how well they explain the usability problems encountered. Finally, usability heuristics are categorized according to the severity level of usability problems through two analytical models; corresponding and cluster analyses. As the result, designers and project managers may give more importance to the heuristics related with the following usability problem categories: Usability catastrophe and then major usability problems. Furthermore, the proposed guideline can be used to understand which usability criteria would be helpful in explaining usability problems as well as preventing banking system catastrophes, by highlighting the critical parts in system design of banking software. 相似文献
