特厚钢板辊式淬火技术研发与应用

针对目前特厚钢板淬火生产存在的问题，在核心喷嘴设计、淬火区配置、残水清除、淬火技术、淬火策略几个方面进行创新。在舞钢成功研发世界首套特厚钢板辊式淬火机，并通过测试特厚钢板淬火过程中不同位置的温降曲线与组织性能，研究冷速与温度梯度对截面效应的影响。经工业验证，特厚板辊式淬火机从温度均匀性、表面质量、淬火板形、性能等方面全面超越水槽淬火设备。

金川硫化铜镍矿区找矿探讨

本文通过对金川矿区构造、含矿岩体的地质特征、矿体类型、金川铜镍矿床成矿模式等方面综合研究，提出了科马提岩是寻找硫化镍矿床的另一个方向；铁帽是超基性岩地区寻找硫化镍矿床的重要标志。通过对金川特富矿体的地质特征分析，指出了根据细脉浸染状矿体来寻找特富矿。

2009年4月16日，中钢集团衡阳重机有限公司针对南美特定地质环境而研发的新型YZ55型牙轮钻机整机试车成功，并开始发运。牙轮钻机是大型露天矿山的重大采矿装备，用于爆破前的穿孔作业。中钢衡重于20世纪80年代引进美国牙轮钻机技术，后经不断消化、创新，拥有了多项自主知识产权。
