根据大型楔横轧机采用预应力机座的结构特点,开发三维弹性多物体接触问题的边界元一有限元耦合新方法,计算出H1400大型楔横轧机的整体刚度。本法更新已有材料力学、弹性力学及有限元法的变形分离计算理论及其解法,以及传统计算轧机刚度不包括辊系的做法,具有综合性强、接触型计算模型假设少、计算速度快和计算精度高等优点。 相似文献

针对1580 PC热板带连轧机油膜轴承在装拆与使用过程中的锥套损伤问题,建立锥套装配的边界元力学模型及边界条件。利用三维弹塑性接触问题边界元法定量分析轧机油膜轴承锥套与轧辊辊颈过盈装配过程中的变形和载荷特性,通过设定不同加载模型的参数,对锥套装拆过程进行数值模拟。讨论油膜轴承偏载时锥套接触应力和变形对锥套与辊颈损伤的影响,得出装拆过程中不同胀型压力和轴向推力条件下的应力和应变变化规律,找出导致锥套损伤的根本原因,给出防止锥套与辊颈装配过程损伤的具体改进措施。利用制造出的两台轧机油膜轴承样机试验验证理论分析结果的正确性,并且找到油膜轴承损伤的根本原因。 相似文献

A method has been developed for recording the elastic roll body contacts in the load zone for both radial and thrust rolling element bearings subjected to various static loading conditions. Employed in this investigation were a ball bearing and four types of roller bearings which included cylindrical, needle, tapered and spherical. Inspection of the contact areas, or footprints, yields a qualitative measure of the extent of loading arc, load sharing among rolling elements, contact characteristics such as end loading and effects of misalignment. Quantitative data on individual contacts permits the determination of load and stress distributions. Summation of the vertical components of individual roll body loads agrees with the total load applied to the whole bearing, thereby demonstrating the practicability and accuracy of this technique. Correlation of roll body loads with theoretical values varied, depending on angular position from the radial load plane. Finally, this paper indicates how static stress levels on the most heavily loaded element may be obtained and used as a basis for bearing life prediction. 相似文献

楔横轧多楔成形工艺是生产长轴类零件的先进方法,但生产过程中模具工艺参数对轧件接口质量的影响比较复杂。根据楔横轧多楔模具的工艺特点,建立多楔轧制长轴类零件的三维有限元模型。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元模拟软件,在不同模具工艺参数下对多楔轧制过程进行了有限元模拟,得到模具工艺参数对轧件接口质量的影响规律。在与模拟工艺参数相同的条件下进行轧制试验,试验结果和模拟结果一致。通过对理论模拟和轧制试验获得结果的分析,得到工艺参数中过渡角对轧件的接口质量影响最大、展宽角对轧件接口质量影响最小的结论。综合考虑各工艺参数的影响,给出保证轧件接口质量良好的过渡角选择范围。研究结果为多楔成形长轴类零件的模具设计提供理论依据和参考。 相似文献

Aiming at the discontinuous traction on contact elements of roller bearing, new concepts of sub- and micro-element are put forward. In the sub-element and micro-element, traction influence coefficient has been modified, which is calculated by the former boundary element method (BEM) with roller bearing load. Hence, three-dimensional distribution of load on roller bearing is calculated accurately. In practice, it has been proved that this method has higher calculation accuracy. An effective numerical method is offered for analyzing load characteristics of roller bearing to improve service longevity of roller bearing and operation efficiency of rolling mill. 相似文献

To improve roll system stability of aluminum foil mills, roll system stability of 2200 highspeed aluminum foil mill is analyzed with energy stable method. Two different restrictive conditions which gaps between chock of work roll and window of stand whether exist or not, are studied respectively. A new concept of roll system with open /closed compound pair conies up with as well for re-newably synthesizing restrictive mechanism of aluminum foil mills' chock. Through these studies, the conflict, whether reserving the gap for the roller replacement or eliminating the gap for roller's normal work, is successfully settled. This concept and analyzed result give the actual mechanism with open/closed compound restriction and the method of realizing high-speed rolling and prolonging longevity of end thrust bearing on work roll. It has important theoretical meaning and engineering value for modern technical reform of aluminum foil mills and plate strip mills. 相似文献
